Absolutely amazing interactive event from beginning to end. An incredibly entertaining event with attention to detail down to the selection of drinks. Nicely done.

I would like to comment the sales associate Amil, ho helped me to pick a perfect addition to my dress. She was very helpful, professional and polite. She even showed me how to fix the scarf that will match with the dress. She wrapped the box so pretty. Thank you Amil.

The Vault Speakeasy was an amazing experience. Took us right back to the days right after Prohibition ended. Very talented singers, gymnasts, & dancers. Especially enjoyed Madame G!

However, the package was just left in the mailroom. I'm so disappointed.

This was a unique experience from the moment you walked in. There were many photo opportunities all themed related to the 1920’s. The performers were terrific and we had a blast.

This store has the BEST customer Service! After coming out of the WORST Gucci Store Pretty Woman Moment I have ever had- Burberry made it all better! We came in and were greeted warmly by a male associate and a female associate- I stated what I was looking for and she brought out some lovely options for me-They let me test dive all the bags and let me put some things in the bag as it was going to be my computer tote and walk around the store- they both got to know me and my friend, they offered us some beverages and we just laughed and has a fun time- What a great no-pressure shopping experience where I got a beautiful bag- and since I was over-packed they shipped it to me and I received it about 2 days after I arrived home... The Burberry staff at the Beverly Center are outstanding! Customer service is the best! They are lovely to deal with, very knowledgeable about the Designer, Creative Director and Burberry Collection. So impressive. Fantastic reflection on the brand. My preference would be to shop with Burberry at the Beverly Center over Rodeo Drive.

Fabulous shopping experience. A friend of mine and I went to the store after getting back from the spa, we looked rough. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, didn't feel pressure, didn't get followed around. Joanna helped me locating a wallet I was eyeing up for a while and I did end up purchasing. They offered us water, understood we wanted to try things on etc. I have other Burberry items and this by far was the best one. I wish other high end brands would take a hint from this store.

This seems to be a smaller Burberry store (wish they had more wallets to choose from; they had plenty of scarves). The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't feel pressured to buy when they were assisting me. Tiffany was the manager when I came in and was awesome and courteous in helping me purchase this really cute, thick zippered hoodie. They had a large selection of nylon fabric backpacks. Their construction seemed solid - what else would you expect? Also a marked down clothing section in the back area of the store. I love Burberry's signature plaid design. Just wish this store had fewer clothes and more bags and accessories.

Ok so I am new convert to the Burberry Brand and a HUGE FAN of the Beverly Center dream team led by Derek (Store Mgr) and Tiffanie (Asst GM) and my awesome salesperson Randi! You know the truth about a company's service level when they help you resolve an issue where they do not make a single cent. - Well I came in with a fit problem on some loafers I purchased online - Tiffanie was 5 stars in service on so many levels: attitude, kindness, professionalism, communication, etc. - Based on how they handled my issue, I was so impressed now I am huge fan and am willing to drive to this location ONLY, from the OC Recently, there was a special sale coming up. Randi reached out to me but caught me in the middle of my mom's recent health issues (a mini heart attack scare). Because of Randi's special heart, sincere concern for my mom, etc. we were able to correspond via email, and txt to get the cool sale items. - Randi is super professional, persistent yet polite - Her follow up skills are off the charts / 5 stars all the way!!! - It's just the right amount / balance where you sense she has true concern for you without being pushy - Ultimately she got me products that were to my liking / ultimate satisfaction We arranged to have everything delivered to the store to pick up all in one shot. - Randi was there at the appointed time and ready for me - She set up a room where I could try on all the shoes to ensure a great fit - Super organized, thoughtful, and prepared! - While waiting (sipping on champagne, sparkling water) the whole dream team (Derek, Tiffanie and Randi) checked in on me regularly - It was like passing time with old friends (It felt like I found my tribe!) - It was also a pleasant surprise that Randi prepared items I hadn't considered (and absolutely LOVED!); She intuitively got me the D-Ring wallet with Forest Green contrast, there were three types avail, we didn't discuss it but she ordered the one I liked best! Randi Gets Me!!! - We also discussed a small new Burberry shoulder bag where my current wallet was just too big - Tiffany brought out store samples, a measuring tape to ensure the smallness of the cellphone wallet in blue would be a great fit to suit my needs - We also ordered new flats that were just released as well The TOTAL experience was like getting the full support of a team, a DREAM TEAM to help me with all my needs. - Absolutely FLAWLESS experience I plan to shop till I drop in November 2019 and March 2020 too (after I close some BIG BIG deals). Looking forward to celebrating with them again and again. Loved the total immersive experience of shopping with the help of great friends with huge hearts and without a doubt - unparalleled professionalism! You guys have branded my heart...w BURBERRY of course! hahahaha

This location is awesome. I came here twice within the last couple of days to treat myself. I had the pleasure of having Kyle assist me with finding a card holder/money clip. Kyle was friendly, attentive, and just down to earth. My 2nd time I came back to get the matching belt and had the pleasure of being assisted by Louis. The team here is friendly and you won't be disappointed by the service.

The selection here is much less than the one at Rodeo drive. So I probably won't come here again. But the sales associates are very nice here though.

Came here to see if a complimentary fitting for a coat I received for Christmas was needed. I was helped by Kyle, who was super friendly, non-judgmental and helpful. He helped me in explaining that in fact, I did not need to hem or adjust anything on the jacket. Instead, he took about 20 minutes helping me style my coat, from using the buttons and belts in different ways to style and adjust the coat. Great customer service so I will be back in the future to use this location to find my next Burberry purchase.

Of ALL the stores at the Beverly Center, the team at Burberry is THE BEST. Consistently helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, Derrick and Juan in particular are always so fun to shop with! There are some great brands at the Bev Center, but honestly some of the stores don't have the quality of employees/customer service to properly represent. Burberry (and Prada) are always amazing.

I came in here to buy a double-breasted trench coat for my Dad - he thinks he looks like Humprey Bogart ;-) The coat needed to be shortened to be more in style; the helpful staffer arranged it for me with their tailor. When I picked up the coat, it looked wonderful! Exceptional merchandise, and helpful staff that go the extra mile :-)

There is brown plaid and it's definitely Burberry. I had to exchange my T-shirt that someone gifted me couple of months ago! So, when I got there, they didn't even ask any questions or anything. I was surprised because I was from a month a go and I thought they won't accept it. They were really helpful and polite. The customer service experience I received was great.

Even though I didn't buy anything from this store I did love the service I got here. It wasn't as bad as some places are and they really seem to want to tell you a lot about what is in and what is coming out. Just great advice and soo many friendly staff that I wanted to write about this place. I have been looking for a coin wallet for a really long time and haven't found one yet. But at this Burberry the coin wallet was super nice but expensive at $300.00. If you have money to spend there is also this cute teddy bear for $1,000. But yes I would say the things in this store can be a little bit on the pricier side.

Stopped by to have an old coat repaired and was pleasantly surprised that I can be in and out the store so quick. The store manager, Derek, was able to locate the purchase record and walked me through the process. It was ready within the estimated timeframe and the pickup was also effortless. Derek and his team are progressional and deliver superb customer service. Thank you for the best customer experience of the year!

From the cologne to the belts to the shirts you can tell all the merchandise has all been handled with as much care as a new born baby. Every article I touched seemed to be worth its value, which is paramount in a high fashion retailer outlet. The lady who greeted us was pleasant and asked us if she could help locate anything we were specifically looking for. I always love the service at Burberry and this store was no exception. I think when you leave a store feeling enlightened, refreshed, and determined to return, you have found a 5 star store.

In an age where customer service seems to have taken a back seat, it's refreshing to know that Burberry has maintained its standards. I have been shopping at Burberry for 35+ years. I took an older trench coat in for a button replacement, but that button was no longer available. The salesman kept me up to date with available color and style options. My coat looked clean and beautiful, and they refused payment. I will always be a loyal customer!

This place is amazing. The Sales Staff is absolute 5 Star. These clothes are so comfortable and gorgeous. I bought a beautiful $500 belt . it had some issues I went back and they replaced it without hesitation. I LOVE this store. it's my favorite in beverly center. Randi, Derek, Jessica, and everyone their so so nice. These clothes are worth every penny.

Great experience at Berberry yesterday I forget the girls name to give her credit but she was very nice and pleasant and probably the reason why I even bought anything

So I purchased an umbrella from a Burberry store in NYC back in February. When I purchased it, I was originally told it had a two year warranty, and then the associate corrected himself and said that it was a one year warranty. I was still okay with that. I used the umbrella twice...and this past Sunday, when I used it the second time, the button would not close the umbrella. I went searching frantically for the receipt, which I knew I had put somewhere for safekeeping but could not find it. I decided to call the Burberry store here in L.A. to see if they could just look me up in the system as proof that the umbrella was still less than a year old. I speak to an associate named Daniel and tell him I'd appreciate it if he could look me up in the system. He tells me that first, he's never heard of a warranty on their umbrellas, and second, if I bought it in NYC then they can't look me up in the system here. I was completely shocked, and immediately asked to speak with the manager. I was told the manager wouldn't be in until the next day. So the next day arrives...no call. Turns out Daniel isn't in. Why do I give this store 4 stars you may ask? Because of the manager, Blake. I call the store, speak to him, and tell him what happened. He tells me that he can look me up in the system (so that means Daniel lied because he was too lazy to do so). He finds me in the system, and its shows I bought the umbrella in Feb. He tells me that they dont have warranties on outerwear, but I tell him that means I was lied to by an associate, and on top of that its the button that's not working, which is a defect and not something I could have done. He tells me he'll exchange it for me. So I went in...and ironically he was able to close the umbrella with the button, but he had to push really hard. I couldn't even do it using both thumbs. I told him it's not supposed to be that hard. So he gave me a new one and made sure I could easily open and close it. I would have given this store 5 stars, but the fact that the sales associate Daniel lied to me about not being able to look me up in the system kind of ticked me off.

I have a weakness for Burberry. I love my trench coat, umbrella, scarves and some of the other pieces I own. The clothes are sharp, clean and simple. I'm not a fan of the purses, but my bf bought me a beautiful wallet that I simply adore. This particular location is small and narrow. As you walk in the front of the store you can browse the sunglasses, shoes and purses. In the back of the store is the clothing. I suppose because it is a small store it really seemed as if they had a limited selection of merchandise. I was a bit disappointed after visiting some of the other locations like South Coast Plaza and Las Vegas. The salespeople were helpful and attentive without being overbearing or breathing down our necks, but this store was just too small and too limited. I'll stick to the other locations after this.

Yes, this place is small.. but whatever. I usually go to a designer store when I KNOW what I'm looking for. The service was actually really nice and helpful - unlike some of the other reviews I've read.. I was greeted right when I walked in and was offered assistance while I was perusing around the belt section. The belt I was looking for (as a gift) was in the system, but they couldn't locate it at first in the stock room.. however after 10 mins they found it was a brand new shipment that came in and found it. The associate that was helping me was apologetic and always had a smile. Overall a good experience shopping here.

Always come here to check out new additions for shirts and polos. I find everything here that I can't find at other department stores. Today was my first time buying something at this location and I will definately come back because of their customer service. Suvda was the lady that helped me and she was beyond helpful. I was offered water while choosing polos to wear and when I almost didn't find anything she brought me this bad ass polo that I did not see when looking and it was purchased at that moment. #blessed

Went in to the store today and was amazed at how helpful these staff was. They helped me to find what I was looking was. Very respectful and clean, neat store. Would recommend anyone to visit and see for yourself!

This burberry store is crap!! I called in and a woman who barley speaks English answered and I asked her a question if they had something in stock and this woman had the nerve to hang up on me, and it was on purpose. I called back and asked for the manager and I explained to her what happened and she kept making excuses and had the nerve to say- well we ARE busy. I don't care if you are busy! You do NOT hang up on a customer. I told her I will take my business to the Beverly Hills Burberry and she kept apologizing after that. Yeah, a little too late! Skip this store if you hate being treated like crap. Beverly Hills one is great!

Came here to buy a Burberry backpack! I had called 3 days before and put one on reserve for me to come in and pick it up. When I came in, the SA's greeted me and helped me get my backpack from the back. It was wrapped up and the SA put it in the bag and rung me up. It was quick and he was very helpful. All of the SA's told me goodbye when I was on my way out. They were all nice and not pushy at all. Will keep coming to this location!

I love Burberry. Especially the trench coats. I am really into vintage london fashion and Burberry has maintained that image. I recently moved to the harsh canyon part of Las Vegas, where the winds are unforgiving, and it rains and snows all the time. I asked the lady who works here which coat would help me survive the freezing cold temperatures, the rain, the snow, and the powerful winds. She recommended the vintage trench coat. I immediately liked the design and thought it was cool how it even had the D-rings on it to hold grenades(apparently the coat is designed from their World War 2 line when Burberry used to make coats for the British Army). The customer service was very good. They didn't come on too strong like at other places, and made me feel comfortable shopping. The coat was actually much cheaper than I anticipated. On the website it says that the coat is $2500+. But at the store it was only $750. I saved a lot of money. Unfortunately, apparently Las Vegas does not have the sophisticated type of people that Beverly Hills has. When I walk around in my Burberry coat in Beverly Hills, I get a lot of complements by women who recognize that it is indeed a Burberry product.... In Las Vegas, people ask me why i am wearing a woman's coat? The people here in LV are just something else.

Great Customer service. Went in and found exactly what I was looking for. It was a great experience considering I live elsewhere so they made me feel at home. I'm not sure what her name was but the girl who helped us was super sweet and not pushy at all, to you thanks! Great experience. Will visit again when I'm in the area.

I just bought a scarf here the staff were super helpful and my scarf came in a lovely box with pretty ribbon. I'm so glad I went here.

British. Sophisticated. Classy. Arrogant. Understated. This is Burberry. I went here on 2/16/13 and was immediately greeted by a helpful employee (Carrie). She stuck with me, answered all my questions, but was not pushy in the least. She helped me pick out a wallet, told me all of the features (and their pros & cons) and gave me a reference as to what kind of people typically bought the styles I asked about. Selection was very good and they let you touch everything without hesitation. I love this store, and I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again!

My brother bought me a trench coat at Heathrow Airport (I know, what an amazing brother!) but when I tried it on, I thought it looked too snug over my suit. We called the store and Kathy said we could do a straight exchange for a different size. I went in and from start to finish, Kathy helped me brilliantly. First, she took one look and said that going up a size would be a bad idea. She pointed out the shoulder area to me and said it looked like a perfect fit. She said it might feel snug because it was the Sandringham, which is a more tailored fit. I looked at myself in front of a big mirror in that brightly lit store and agreed: my coat was perfect the way it was. Kathy helped me with my order to get the sleeves altered; again, she explained that I only needed a half inch off because the sleeve was supposed to hit my wrist when I lifted my arms. I'm so glad I had Kathy to help me with my first Burberry trench coat! I would've been lost without her. Btw, she also had on a black suit that looked very smart! Since I'm always wearing suits, I asked where she got it. It's a Burberry suit that all the employees have to wear. I think she said I could find some suiting at the Rodeo location. If not, I will definitely check online.

0 stars! racist white female blonde hair sales associate didn't great my friend and I, first thing she said was " sales items are in the back!" wtf? sale? we don't shop sales, I was carrying a limited edition burberry handbag so how the f would she figured we would be interested in sale items? my friends joke around and call me ms. burberry because of Burberry collection. that sales rep ruin a good day! is it because we weren't white? well we aren't black either so i can only imagine the worst for other minorities. So we just walked out, I don't like racist sales rep. this was last sunday dec 22 around 1-2pm management should check the schedule and see who that blonde girl working that day and time was so they can have a talk w/ her!
