Burbs Burgers Ballard

Having been to Burb's a couple of times, I think that their chicken sandwiches are better than their burgers. Their fries are so amazing though and they give you a lot for 1 order. It's comparable to McDonald's fries if you catch it freshly made! --- This location is inside Great Notion Brewing and so depending on what time of the day you go, there might not be available seats inside anymore. We ordered to-go and our food came out reasonably fast considering the number of people that ordered before us. --- I always get the Spicy Chicken Sandwich (great) and a side of fries (amazing). This time, we tried the chicken nuggets and I'm sad to say that I do not recommend it. It doesn't taste anything to me, but the special sauce makes it a bit better. --- I believe they have a restroom inside, but I personally cannot confirm. No dedicated parking, but plenty of parking spots nearby. --- I would still go back to Burb's next time. My two suggestions are 1) get the fries and 2) avoid the chicken nuggets.

Located inside great notion brewery is burb’s. You can order for pick up or eat there. Their items are really reasonably priced and pretty good. Recommend both the burger and chicken sandwich which had juicy breast meat. They’re also generous with the bacon - it’s not bacon strips but more bacon bits. Fries are also pretty generous for the price. Overall good food but better price!

Showed up for my order that was supposed to be ready at 545pm. We have kids so flexibility is fine but we did not receive our food until 6:15. The gentlemen taking orders told us three times our order was next... It was never next. Food is ok but their staff is actually some of the most trash customer service people I've ever interacted with. It must spread to the patrons because one of the gentlemen there was also rude because we were standing there waiting for our food inquiring on our order. That gentlemen also received their food before us...I think they knew the staff. Don't go to the Ballard location until they run a rapture on that staff. Food is meh... From this location at least. Fried chicken sandwich was solid though. Not sharing picture cause service was so bad and don't want to justify coming here.

Burbs is a local burger place that has a couple locations, and this one is inside Great Notion in Ballard. They have a good amount of seating and food comes out decently quick, but it's all to order. Price per portion is crazy good, it's actually pretty cheap for the size and the taste. We got 2 burgers, a chicken sandwich and fries all for under $20! Would definitely recommend coming here during the week to try it out.

Finally found a favorite burger bar. These guys are located inside of Great Notion. No brainer, we order amazing beer while we waited. The perfect combo. We so werent expecting such an amazing experience. The bartenders were so helpful and made the experience even better. I ordered the special with bacon and extra patty and side of fries. So good I can almost taste it all over again days later. It was pretty juicy. It was very messy. Lol. I couldn't stop eating it. Not the best or biggest or juiciest burger I've ever had, but still absolutely amazing in its own way. I also had some of their chicken nuggets. Very small nuggets also very crispy. But not too much breading. The sauce was also a bit more watered down than I was used to so I had to drench my chicken in sauce for flavor. Still good tho. The sauce in the packets was thick and flavorful like normal so I used those for my fries instead of the cup of ketchup the meal came with. I can't wait to come back. Perfect spot to go on a summer day. They had the large windows open for people to sit both inside and outside. Not too small but for sure not a large establishment. I really enjoyed the decor and layout. The best part. I didn't have a hard time finding parking. It's is a bit if a cluster jam in their location, but parking is scattered all around. Also don't expect your food to come out fast. There was only one person working and he already had a few orders ahead of us and even more came after we ordered. In other words, he was very busy.

Dang good prices, burgers, chowder with toast, and fries! Just classics all around. Something about that easy smashburger special with special sauce and onions just hits different. The Chowder is also loaded with clams too and chunky potato, super flavorful. Appreciate that they have a no charge substitute for a meatless burger patty too and it was very similar to the real thing :) lovely efficient ordering system too!

Walked up and ordered. Took about 12 min for order to be ready. They have a little space in Great Notion bar. Good value for what you get. The chicken nuggets are plentiful.

My wife and I love the crisp ‘smash’ patties. I had the special with grilled onions and sauce. It is one the the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. Reminds me of my favorite from Indiana, Steak ‘n Shake. I’m coming back!
