"The street-food-truck-turned-restaurant best known for its bacon butter burger is opening its first of two new sites in Borough Yards (SE1). It channels a pleasingly trashy yet pared-back take on the 'gourmet burger' era—rooted in American diner excess rather than novelty-for-novelty's-sake—and offers indulgent items such as tater tots piled with bacon, Parmesan, ranch and buffalo sauce and rich builds like pancetta with brown-butter mayonnaise on aged beef.
