The U.K.’s Burger & Lobster to make multi-million dollar Las Vegas debut | Eater Vegas

"Paperwork revealed that the U.K. chain Burger & Lobster was planning a Las Vegas expansion with an estimated remodel budget of $4,023,152 as part of its third American location, building on a global footprint that includes New York, Singapore, Bangkok, Kuwait City, Dubai and a site inside the SkyAvenue dining and retail venue at Genting Highlands, Malaysia; each of its 16 global ventures features unique interior designs while maintaining a laid-back style aimed at casual diners, and its menu—originating in London in 2001 from three staples—now includes a 10-ounce burger, lobster rolls on brioche with Japanese mayo, a 1.25-pound whole lobster, lobster Benedict and truffle omelets for brunch, the B&L surf-and-turf combo, and oversized "Big Boy Lobsters" priced per pound. However, a Resorts World Las Vegas spokesperson says Burger & Lobster "will not be part of Resorts World's F&B portfolio." - Bradley Martin

We had our team building dinner here and I coordinated everything beforehand with Amir via email. Although it was almost impossible to communicate with their staffs by phone, the entire arrangement with Amir was incredibly smooth. He was helpful, informative, and very efficient throughout the planning. On the day itself, the restaurant was packed, but Amir still made sure every one of our orders was correct and personally checked in on us throughout the night. His team was just as impressive—despite us ordering around 60 items in total, the food came out fast. I don’t think we waited more than 10–15 minutes for anything. Everything arrived hot and fresh, not pre-made or cold. The main dishes were delicious across the board, but the real star was the espresso semifreddo. It reminded me of tiramisu, but with a hint of sea salt and a bit of crunch (not sure what it was, but it worked perfectly). Hands down the best dessert I’ve ever had! We’d love to come back for our next team dinner—budget permitting!

I finally had the chance to bring my family to dine at Burger & Lobster in Sky Avenue Genting, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We ordered two grilled lobsters and burgers, and both were outstanding. The grilled lobster was fresh, juicy, and perfectly charred, with a smoky aroma that paired beautifully with the rich lemon butter sauce. The burgers were equally impressive — thick, juicy patties full of flavor, served with crispy golden fries. Both dishes truly lived up to the restaurant’s reputation. What really stood out, besides the food, was the service. A big shout-out to our waiter, Puvin, who made the evening even better. He was attentive, friendly, and very professional, always checking in without being intrusive. His recommendations and warm personality left a really positive impression, making us feel well taken care of despite the busy crowd. Overall, Burger & Lobster at Sky Avenue Genting is a must-visit. Great food, lively atmosphere, and top-notch service — especially thanks to Puvin. Definitely a place I’d return to.

We had an amazing time at Burger & Lobster Genting! The lobsters were absolutely delicious – fresh, juicy, and cooked to perfection. A little tip: don’t make the mistake of thinking one lobster is enough to share. It may look big, but it’s just right for one person, so definitely order individually. Every lobster dish we tried was outstanding, and the burger was also fantastic. The quality of the food, presentation, and flavors really made the experience memorable. We spent about RM1129 (around SGD343) for our group – definitely on the pricey side, but absolutely worth it for the quality and experience. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Genting!

This place is a fantastic find for a weekday lunch. We visited and were pleasantly surprised—there was no wait time and it wasn't crowded, making for a very relaxed meal. The star of the show was undoubtedly the B&L Beast Burger. We ordered it medium-rare, and it was absolutely perfect—incredibly juicy and packed with a rich, umami flavor. The combination of the high-quality beef patty and the sweet, tender lobster meat was a match made in heaven. The serving size was standard, leaving us perfectly satisfied. We also tried the Surf & Turf Rolls, which were equally impressive. The rolls were generously stuffed with a delicious mix of lobster meat and beef patty. What really tied everything together was the Japanese mayo sauce; its creamy, tangy flavor was the key that enhanced the overall taste and brought the dish to another level. Overall, a top-tier experience with standout dishes. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu

Went there with my love and had a wonderful experience! The customer service was excellent. Special thanks to Lulu.. She was super friendly and attentive throughout our meal. She made sure we were well taken care of, explained the bestsellers, and recommended what’s worth trying. She even offered to open the lobster for us and did it perfectly, got the whole lobster out in one piece! Lulu was very pleasant and communicated well with us. Great service, keep it up! As for the food, we had the lobster roll and chilli lobster. Everything was tasty and the lobster was really fresh, paired nicely with the gravy. Just a small note, the gravy was a bit on the sweet side. If that could be adjusted, we’d definitely finish it all...

Opened since 2017, Burger & Lobster has consistently drawn crowds — every time I’ve visited Genting Highlands, there’s almost always a queue outside. Recently, I decided to finally give it a try and treat my sister and brother-in-law, choosing to go on a non-peak day to avoid the long wait. The service was definitely a highlight: the waiter and even the manager greeted us politely, making us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we stepped in. The freshness of the lobster itself lived up to its reputation — succulent, sweet, and cooked just right. That said, the price is undeniably on the premium side, and personally, I felt the portion could have been a bit more generous to make it feel fully worth the splurge. One thing that would make the experience even better is if they could offer some vegetarian options on the menu — it would be great for vegetarians who want to catch up with friends and family without missing out on dining together.

[got event ah?] 1) Overall - Lobster place located in skyavenue, Genting Highlands, spacious seating but do expect queue during peak hours, chill environment, friendly service, signature food selection such as lobster roll, chilli lobster, grilled lobster with brioche and more from Burger & Lobster Genting 2) Chilli Lobster with Brioche - Succulent lobster coated in a spicy-sweet chilli sauce that packs flavor without overpowering. The buttery brioche pairs perfectly to soak up the sauce, making it both indulgent and satisfying.

Yelp
I wasn't sure if Burger & Lobster in Genting could serve a similar standard to the original London Mayfair's location. Luckily my fear was unwarranted for, as this was by far the best meal of our whole Genting trip. Since my friend and I couldn't decide whether we wanted a Grilled Lobster or a Lobster Roll, we ordered one of each and split them. Both hit exactly the right spot, the grilled lobster had a nice smokey flavor without overpowering the lobster. The roll had big chunks of juicy lobster but could use a bit of more spice. I also really liked the South Carolina Tea, this gin based cocktail was the perfect to go with the food. It was refreshing and not too sweet. My only peeve is that it arrived way later than the food. In fact, the service was just a-ok, especially considering that it was still early and the number of staff vs customers was quite high. Nevertheless, I wish we had a Burger & Lobster in Singapore, I would definitely go there.

Yelp
I am disappointed to announce that while this is in fact the exact same restaurant as the ones that are found in London, the gap in quality is as far as the distance from London-Genting if not more. The quality of the food here is below par, and in comparison to its London counterparts - a lot worse. My family and I went here for lunch, and was instantly met with a 40 minute - 1 hour long queue. We expected to have to wait, but we thought the branch here would have adopted the system that its counterparts in London have; by giving us a call / provide us with a paging device that vibrates and lights up when we were next in line. Adopting the system would allow patrons to walk around and explore the shopping mall instead of waiting in line for hours. We ordered a 5kg lobster to share (half grilled half steamed) and a bowl of chilli lobster (which I'm assuming is specific to Malaysia) and were disappointed by both the dishes. The chilli lobster was bland and forgettable. The lobster might as well have been cooked in canned tomato puree because no one would have known the difference. As for our 5kg Big Boy Lobster, mannnn was it disappointing. Not only did it cost a BOMB and a whole lot more than you would get anywhere else - it tasted absolutely bland. It was a terrible waste of such a beautiful lobster. Not only were the main dishes unexciting, the side dishes are too. The side salad's dressing is tasteless, and the french fries look like it came out of the freezers at local supermarkets - obviously not fresh, nor hand cut or made in house. Not only that, but you have to pay an extra RM 8/9 to add on salad and fries - mind you, the original branches in London serves its patrons bottomless (FREE!) fries and salad refills. Thank goodness both those side dishes tasted bad, thus there was absolutely no need for refills. I suggest that anyone who expects to have a great lobster meal here to turn around, and head instead in the direction of Bangsar because Pince & Pints offer better quality food of the same type.
