Burger & Lobster Leicester Square

I actually came here years ago when this branch opened and I worked locally. I’ve had great memories since. Now the food was b very good I bench marked against a recent lobster roll in Milan this venue was great. One thing I don’t like is paying £216 inclusive of a £25 tip to staff when my 30g caviar was on a flat plate covered in ice that quickly melted and ran off the table onto my chinos. I would have expected some form of compensation? Not even a sorry was given.

Food was superb, as expected. Wagyu croquettes were nice, something different. However, we’ve ordered Caviar which was brought in on a plate of ice? Once I’ve started melting, it became messy. Presentation was off, and this is something that has made this a bit unpleasant. Attached are some pictures of how it started and how it ended up. I would have expected this to be more thoughtful and something that should have been presented in a different manner, which is disappointing overall. Service charge was automatically added and given the experience and us constantly chasing for things to be fixed or drinks taking ages to be brought - I wish I have actually removed it from the bill. As that part of our lunch was disappointing. Water dripped everywhere, our clothes is stained. Food was brilliant though. Shame for the other bit.

Absolutely one of the best burgers and lobsters I’ve ever had! 🦞🍔 The lobster was perfectly cooked and buttery, while the burger was juicy and full of flavor. Service was fast, friendly, and professional. Special thanks to our special waiter “Marta” ❤️Great atmosphere and value for the quality you get totally worth it!

The food was so delicious, the ambiance stunning and the waitstaff incredible. Bran was our waiter and was attentive and helpful. Will be coming back and recommend the calamari especially. I think the photos speak for themselves

We enjoyed the lobster rolls and the steam lobster. The grilled one was also good. All food was fresh and delicious! The service was great. Umar was attentive and cheerful. Wonderful dining experiences.

UGO was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. His positive attitude and attention to detail really made the experience special. Thank you and lovely meeting you, UGO, for such great service — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Oh my gosh, the food here is absolutely amazing. The lobster tails are grilled to perfection and the burgers are absolutely to die for, but definitely don’t forget about the calamari. Calamari was so good. You didn’t even get a picture of them, but you got the effect. If you’re in Leicester Square I definitely recommend.

Beast Burger was a BEAST! Favourite on our table. We were there at 9pm on a Friday night - the place was packed with people and service obviously took some time - around 40mins for the burgers to arrive. But the staff was nice despite being in a rush and the food was delicious - highly recommend!
