The U.K.’s Burger & Lobster to make multi-million dollar Las Vegas debut - Eater Vegas

"Recently filed paperwork also revealed the U.K.’s Burger & Lobster chain is making a huge investment for its third American expansion, building on a global footprint that includes restaurants in New York, Singapore, Bangkok, Kuwait City, Dubai, and one of Resorts World’s own sibling destinations, inside the SkyAvenue dining and retail venue at Genting Highlands, Malaysia. For its Las Vegas branch, Burger & Lobster has already allocated an estimated construction budget of $4,023,152 for the remodel. Each of its 16 global ventures feature unique interior designs while maintaining a price point and laid-back style aimed at casual diners. Created in London back in 2001, the original very basic menu offered three staples, now adapted into a 10-ounce burger, lobster rolls served on brioche with Japanese mayo, and a 1.25-pound whole lobster, plus expanded options including lobster Benedict or truffle omelets for brunch, the B&L, surf-and-turf combo, and the dramatic Big Boy Lobsters, over-sized crustaceans priced per pound." - Bradley Martin

The name says that it's not gonna have much vegetarian things but they do have black bean burgers and avocado wraps. Cocktails were nice. And the garlic bread was delicious. Prices a little high for a ground floor restaurant with a street view, but the staff are really friendly.

The lobster roll was amazing as always!! Fresh and full of flavor, never disappoints. Even the side salad was surprisingly good. Definitely a favorite every time I come here.

Ordered the Lobster and Burger platter for 3 of us guys. I think it is more than enough with another side. Taste wise as good as before. Pricey these days compared to where I had this years ago in London. Service and all is top notch. Suggest you make a booking if you are there on a weekend or dinner. At least secure a table than trying your luck to walk in. It is quite a cosy setting for business lunch as well. Not noisy and tables are properly placed. The servers are very attentive and cheerful. Ask the for the bigger Lobster if you fancy something off the norm and also they make good drinks recommendations. For the food we ordered. See my photos. You can pay by credit card. I will surely be back again if time permits! To try their different flavours. Thanks Burger & Lobster Bangkok!

We went out in Bangkok for the evening and decided to try Thailand’s Burger and Lobster. I have eaten at the New York restaurant and it was delicious so I thought we would give it a go here. We started with a couple of drinks (old fashioned and their cocktail Over the Moon) which were made very well. We moved onto the spicy crispy calamari which I loved so much. The sauce was perfectly spicy. My girlfriend got Chili Lobster which they described as a steamed lobster served in a hot clay pot smothered with a homemade aromatic chilli sauce with a choice of rice or warm toasted brioche. It was very good and she destroyed the whole thing. I was very impressed and proud. I ordered the Roll combo which was their Original lobster roll and original 6oz burger with fries, salad and a lemon and garlic butter sauce. The lobster roll was delicious but the burger, which I ordered medium, came out rare. I ended up just picking at it as I was already almost full and didn’t want to make a big deal about it. The staff was very friendly and attentive which seems to be the standard in Thailand. Be prepared to spend some money here as it is quite expensive. I think we walked away spending around 6,000฿.

Nestled conveniently close to the BTS station, this restaurant offers a fantastic culinary journey that combines two classic favorites - burgers and lobster. The moment you step inside, the atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between casual and sophisticated. The standout feature is undoubtedly the food. The lobster is absolutely spectacular - fresh, succulent, and cooked to perfection. Each bite delivers an explosion of maritime flavor that seafood lovers will truly appreciate. The burger is equally impressive, with a well-crafted patty nestled between perfectly toasted buns that provide just the right amount of crunch and softness. Service is another high point of this establishment. The staff are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. They're quick to offer recommendations and ensure your meal meets expectations. The restaurant's location is a major plus - being right near the BTS.

Ordered the combo plate with full lobster and lobster roll and burger with fries. In my opinion the best thing in the dish was the lobster roll by a long way. Lobster was well cracked but it was missing a bit of that deliciousness 😋 in the flavour that we know and love about lobster. Staff was great, we came with a baby and his stroller and they helped us all the way. Also ask for the fries with the truffles.

Incredible meal and overall experience. The place was not too big and not too small. Very intimate. Service great, food, even better. Worth every moment.

The food arrived cold and the service was slow and rushed, we were among only few customers. Honestly in comparison to the high prices, our experience should have been way better. We came in as a small group so it should have not taken that long to serve us, wasted our time and money. We did not eat much too because the food was not cooked well. It felt like to was bad
