Solid fries and onion rings but unfortunately the burger patty is super dry and tasteless. They try to use the spicy mayo to mask the lack of patty taste. Way better burger options a stone throw away in the vegas area for the price imo.

It's a burger joint inside a casino- it's going to be overpriced, as is everything else. The price is the smallest issue I have with this establishment, as I received one of the worst cases of food poisoning I've ever had from here. This was 2/12/25. My hamburger was either undercooked, or there was something else seriously wrong with it. I noticed this after I had eaten over half of it, due sauces getting in the way of seeing how pink the meat was. I was seriously ill for the next 4 days. I couldn't drink liquids for 48 hours, and could not eat solids for 4 days. Resorts World treated me as if I was attempting to scam them for a refund after I called to report it, despite spending several thousand dollars during our stay. Not to mention, I was passed from department to department with no care for how badly this affected me and my entire trip. They're still supposedly going to to "call me back" with a resolution... it's now a week later. Hopefully this post can serve as a warning for others if they are still selling bad food, because they definitely didn't care to properly document how sick this food made made me and possibly many others.

The burger I ordered has good, but I found two big pieces of plastic while I was eating it. One of them had a sharp edge, and it could have hurt me if I had swallowed it.

Ordered a simple plain cheese burger. Cheese and meat only! No special sauce! Confirmed with staff and wrote request on ticket. Simply put, no one read the ticket. Complained and got an apology. They charge a service charge and we tipped 20%. Lesson learned. Tip only after meal is prepared as ordered. Zero star if possible!

Wouldn't recommend. Over priced. Underwhelming flavors. You don't have the option to customize your burger. You order then tell them what you don't want or what you would like more of. Cheap with the burger sauce. Bun was a little burned. I'm not sure what grease they used or what they season the burger with but it's unflattering. The fries were only ok. (The size of fires was good). But they didn't taste that good and they were overcooked/slightly burned. Two burgers, two drinks one order of fries came to $42. Do not recommend.

Google
Very good cheeseburger and lucky french fries. They were well done, not burnt or under-cooked/fried and definitely worth the price. The seasoning was also exceptional. Amazing food, not so sure why reviews of others aren't great. Recommend 5/5 and will be back!

Best burger I had at Resorts World. I got the Lucky Tiger Burger, but my husband said even the normal cheeseburger was good. Can't wait to get it again.

Google
Burger was awful. It was thinner than my phone. The cheese sauce is spicy thousand island dressing. How is there a burger place in resorts world that is worse than all fast food places.

Yelp
I always think quite poorly of Vegas hotel food court places, but I think this spot was the one place I needed! Resorts World is towards the north end of the strip, so you'll get a bunch of ...nothing when you're hungry late at night. This burger spot was one of the only ones open in their international food court. You order on tablets placed around the dining room, and arrive at the counter to pick it up. They took quite a bit of time to prepare it, so I probably waited an extra 15 minutes. Sure enough, it arrived, and the staff was super friendly. The burger was great, with a toasted brioche bun, lettuce, tomato, and a well put-together patty. It was filling, no-frills, and just what I needed after I landed

Yelp
The fries were so salty we just threw it away. Quick service but how can you really get fries wrong?

Yelp
I don't know what they did with this food but I ate that $h;7 up expeditiously. It was so good! I got the Lucky Tiger Burger and the Lucky Fries. The burger came in a charcoal burger bun and the works on the burger. Usually I put ketchup on my burger but it was so juicy and good that I didn't even need any condiments. The fries were awesome too! Definitely tastes hand made. Great crunch on the outside, soft inside, seasoned well. I would love that fry recipe if I could have it! Service and ambiance is a little irrelevant because you order from the Famous Food Stalls kiosk but they were nice people when I picked up the food. Great experience! Price wise - honestly just the typical price hike for food on the strip inside a hotel but that's Vegas for you! Still a 5/5 nonetheless!

Yelp
Food was good but nothing special really. Patties were too well done for our tastes. We ordered a cheeseburger ($14.50), a cheeseburger with extra patty (+$5) and lucky fries with was fries with seasoning ($6.50). The menu is simple and easy to order on the screen. They texted me when it was ready. They did mess up our order and forgot the extra patty. The workers offered to make the patty on the side which was confusing for us to stick in a cheeseburger.... But the cook was kind enough to offer to remake the burger immediately which we appreciated!

Yelp
The ordering system isn't useful if you need to customize your order. The burger was nothing special, but their fries are good. I ordered a burger, no cheese. There's nowhere on the ordering screen that tells me what condiments come on it. I had to ask. Their special sauce has dairy in it, so if I didn't ask, this would have made me sick. They gave me packets of mayo, mustard and ketchup. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Yelp
Food 4 out of 5 Value 2.5 out of 5 The food was really good, especially the fries, well cooked and seasoned. The spread has fish sauce in it and was definitely something new for me. It was good, but not something I would run to. The food was definitely over priced, 2 double cheeseburger combos and sodas came out to 66 bucks and change. The bottles of Coke Zero were 6 dollars each...definitely not a value. All in all, if you are at Resorts World and looking for a burger, its a really good experience quality wise, but hits the wallet more than I feel it should.

Yelp
I throughly enjoyed my burger here, the fries were also absolutely delicious! The only thing I wasn't particularly fond of was the ordering system that never told us our food was ready, so it was just sitting at the counter for some time.
