Burger Baron Drive-in & Dine-in

Sometimes, when my husband and I go for a morning hike at Elk Island, we stop here for lunch. Mushroom burgers of course, with fried onions and pickles. Messy but oh so good. An order of fries is enough for the both of us. A can of soda washes it all down. There's a picnic table on the northside of the building so in the hot Summer you can sit in the shade and enjoy your meal.

Pretty brutal. Got the kids hot dogs, massive buns the hot dog itself was about 4" shorter than the bun. Hot wings were hot but fried well, it was 50$ for 3 hot dogs, wings, mozza sticks (5), two milks and a pop. Would have been cheaper and gottwn more food for our buck if we drove to McDonald's in Fort sask lol.

Always amazing pizza! Great crust, good tasting sauce and ample toppings. My absolute favorite is the one with spinach and garlic. Just ordered takeout today and it's consistent and fresh and the owners were lovely when we stopped in. Ate it too fast to take photos- will try and remember to add next time. Thanks so much.

The food was fine. However, when be called to order for pickup we were quoted a price $49. When we arrived to pick up the order told again $49. (This part is partly my fault ) the machine was handed to me and without checking I just tapped. When I got home I checked my bank account and I was shocked they actually took $54. I then looked at the bill to see if I could find the discrepancy. There it was $5 tip,that they automatically took without asking me. I am not against tipping, what I am against is a business just helping themselves. I will decide first of all If I even want to tip. Secondly I will decide the amount.

The people were SUPER nice and the food is good! Omg I could not stop eating those spicy fries! I recommend ordering in advance if you don’t wanna wait cuz everything is made fresh.

Really enjoy their Donairs and their Fries! The staff is always super friendly and makes sure my order is made quick and delicious. Little sad the poutine doesnt have cheese curds but the gravy definitely makes up for it...

Never in my life have I ever seen a burger with turkey bacon nor have I seen a burger advertised as having pickles that gets served with relish instead. I'm in total disbelief that nobody approached me and asked if I'd like to order something different considering they clearly didn't have 1/3 of the ingredients to make the item I ordered which was a simple cheese burger with bacon. Also the gravy they forgot tasted like oregano. Needless to say I won't be back. Super disappointed, heard the fried chicken was good, guess I'll never know. No I didn't bring my food back or call in, I figure why would they care now if they didn't care while my burger was being made and I was sitting right in the restaurant waiting. P.s. turkey bacon on a burger is gross, don't try it.

This is THE place for quick burgers n fries. So yummy. Staff is super friendly and glad to see and serve you.
