The sweet sourdough bread is good!! But everything else could be improved. I arrived for pick up, 5 minutes before it was to be done. After leaving I headed to the break room. Idk if my food came rite off the grill. But in that short 4 minute walk. The meat was no longer hot/warm. I also had pepper jack cheese added. Which I didn’t taste at all. The tots were pleasing to my eyes. Yet hard for me to ok eat, as they were too crunchy. Would I order here again? Not for the burger.

Excellent burger and fries with plenty of options to create a variety of different combos. Strawberry milk shake is available for a limited time as they only do it when strawberries are in season, so go get one now! I like to get the burger with the lettuce bun now but they have several great options for buns if you like. Patties are smashed and flavorful with crispy edges, every sauce option is unique and tasty, and the toppings aren't your garden variety bs. A must try!

Well seasoned fries, quality beef and honestly the best burger & fries combo in Houston. The location is a little difficult to find but that would be my only complaint ( their website has a YouTube video to aid you in your quest to find the awesomeness). Thanks burger-chan for making my dreams come true!!!

Excellent burgers! I want to expand on this. This is prob my favorite burger joint in Houston. Period. The food is always fresh and very good. The burgers and sandwiches are highly customizable so there's something for everyone (vegetarians included). Service is always top notch. In addition, they are yet another business being responsible in the time of COVID. They are taking online orders only which you can drop by to pickup or have brought to your car with curbside. The original spot is kind of hidden away and a bit hard to find but trust me when I say it's worth it! Pay them a visit if you find yourself with a longer lunch hour.

I typically go here for breakfast (almost every morning). The food is always fresh and tasty. The customer service is excellent, owners are typically around ensuring every thing is up to par.

Kuma Burgers has fantastic burgers and is well staffed with friendly faces so it's fast too. The fries are frequently a little soggy and would be better if they were crispier, but despite that, it's one of my go to places in the Greenway Plaza food court. I'm updating my review to 5 stars because the food is fantastic, the service is really great and the owners are really nice. I just saw their response to my review and though I haven't specifically asked for crispier fries, they are much better than they were previously.
