Burger Head

As a burger connoisseur - I have been to Burger Head a number of times & can confidently say I have never been disappointed! Fries are always fresh, burgers are delicious, smash patties are on point & value for money is solid.

I deliver through the Uber Eats app. Like any other pick up I go to the front service counter to show staff who I’m picking up for. A young woman working behind the counter instructed me to go behind the building and wait at a black screen door. I waited for 10 minutes then I called the store (no answer but I could hear the phone ringing in the store) another Uber driver arrived at the back door and we decided to go inside but we were walking into the kitchen area. The kitchen staff said go to the back of the front counter ( the side staff work from with cash register and all), we found the same woman who told us to go around the back. She then asks the name I’m picking up for and grabs the food from under the counter and gives it to me. This is not normal at all, it is also very unsafe as I have no formal training to be in a commercial kitchen and the tiled floor was slippery from what I think is cooking oil. I don’t understand the runaround, going through the back door and walking through the kitchen and standing behind the front counter where I felt uncomfortable and out of place. Also the staff had their handbag visible and unattended on a lounge where it can easily be stolen. I won’t be accepting any more pickups from this store in the future. In my experience the staff at this store are unprofessional and offer terrible service. **If the store replies to this and they say it didn’t happen - I assure you it did happen** Photos attached Strangest Uber eats pickup I have ever made :(

Best burgers in town!! Serve is generous and staff very friendly and helpful. Last night it was six of us and they made sure that we all get food at the same time...and everyone paid separately. Not a problem. And don't forget to ask staff about theirs specials. I could score it higher only if they'll have a beer on tap.

Best burger in NSW hands down. Worth the trip from Sydney and have recommended to many people. Currently on a 100 burger challenge and Burger Head is my number 1 rated burger. (My preference)

Been to this joint a few times:) if i keep coming back, it must be okayy, but hit and miss sometimes. They have good deals and vouchers every now and then which is a bonus, as their burgers are pricey-ish, especially when you're feeding a family of 4 hungry monsters!!😱😂 I actually prefer the chicken burger over the beef 😋 The latest burger we tried was the Murrica burger...that was too salty,😖 so that was a shame, coz it set us back $17 :/ And i think the burgers have TOO much sauce on them, that it gets too sloppy to eat 😬 maybe its a preference or maybe others feel the same 🤷‍♀️

Best burgers out west with delicious beef paddies, or fried chicken, they have your standard burger options and more fancy versions. Pictured with this review is a weekly special which involves truffle. The portion sizes of the chips are quite generous and there are a few different sauces you can purchase that will go with the fries.

Thought we would give burger head a crack. But we will not be returning ordered a cheeseburger which was pretty good. Also got a clucky burger but chicken was over cooked and swimming in sauce. The chicken bites were way over cooked which I had to take back as they were uneatable which they were happy to remake and were much better the second time. The chips were a decent serving size.

Not too many stand out places to eat around Penrith so this place is refreshing. The beer burger was lovely and really tasty and juicy the chicken burger wasn’t quite as flavoursome. If I went back we’d only bother with the beef. There is always a decent crowd but I haven’t seen it too busy The service is friendly enough for a take away shop. All the staff seem be quite young.
