Very friendly employees. They don't make you feel like your a bother to them. You are greeted with a smile most the times and the food comes out hot. Great service, clean store, and employees always look busy doing something weather making food, cleaning , or stocking shelves.

The manager is rude and wouldn't except proof of order that was in her face. She yelled at my husband and has no customer service skills and needs to go find another job where she doesn't interact with people. I have my original receipt and she wouldn't take it off my phone after she said show it to her at the window. She need to be replaced.

Food was cold and greasy. The whole kitchen was shouting at or to one another. Cashier was playing on her phone. And off duty staff was walking in and out of the kitchen area out of uniform. We had to clean our own table even though the dining area was empty.

I normally don’t eat fast foods but today was an exception! I stop there after an event. I ordered a whopper with cheese and a bottle of water. The young man at the window greeted me with a smile and confirmed my order. He gave me my order and told me to have a great day with a big smile. My bottled water was ice cold, just the way I like it. My sandwich was hot and fresh, along with the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. I was very pleased with the service and my food.

Was it many people inside of the restaurant, food was cold especially the french fries when I asked for hot fries it seems as though I received a little attitude and was told she would have to ask the manager if I could get fresh french fries. All of the tables were not clean, even though no one was eating there and no one seemed to take time to clean them

The drive thru cashier was RUDE and couldn’t count money. She scooped the ice out of the machine with her dirty hands, when I said something about it she put foaming sanitizer on her hands and let it drip into the ice. The manager tried to talk to her and she fussed at him. The food was bad and her attitude was terrible. If I could give them a ZERO I would. The cashier was a large dark skinned girl

Stopped in here for a late lunch. Ordered the Bacon Double Cheeseburger - but had them make it like a Whopper - with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onions, and pickles added. Plus an order of the Cheesy Tots and a bottle of water. Burger was made to order and was close to room temperature when it was served to me. The Cheesy Tots, however, were hot and crisp. I considered taking the burger back up to the counter and having them remake the burger so that it was hot - but I was starving and in a hurry. One other thing of note - several of the employees were engaged in a rather loud and boisterous conversation - I could hear every word they said as they loudly discussed their personal lives. Get it together folks - you don't need that level of volume and we don't need to hear all the details.

The location has slowest Burger King in the Western Hemisphere. The service was so slow that my kids complained the entire time. Wasn't worth the wait for the same food that could have been made somewhere else and that arrived quickly. Just skip.

The restroom smelled like a sewer. The cheesy tots I only got 4 but they didn't tasted good. Like all BK food they had too much breading. My bacon wasn't all the way cooked on my breakfast croissant. It took awhile to get waited on. One guy walked past the counter talking on his phone and went in the back. After I gave my order 2 women came out from the back and started working and as I was leaving I saw 3 more workers outside smoking. Wow a very unpleasant breakfast experience Maybe only 1 or 2 workers should take their break at the same time?

They get a horrible rating for a reason. Every time I see a low rating I tell my husband no way are we going there but he wanted to try. Good god. We sat 5 minutes waiting to even order! Then they come on and say hold on another minute, what? Go home and make your lunch, it's faster.

I drove the ordering machine and immediately she said " give me a second" with an attitude. Which I understand customer service jobs can be really annoying granted probably a rough day. I sat there for about 10 minutes minimum and the people behind me left. I thought something must've happened so I drove to go exit the parking lot. By my suprise they were all sitting peeking out the second window and no one was even at the first window.

Was the worst sandwich I ever had. Burnt and got the order wrong. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. Couldn't even eat it.

If it says you close at 1am then close at the correct time. I've been sitting here for over 20 minutes waiting for someone to talk to me.

The ketchup pump was empty during the lunch hour. The long line moved rather slowly. I gave one star because the staff was very nice and thanked everyone for waiting. The majority of customers looked to be construction workers so maybe they just weren't ready for the crowd.
