I would rate zero stars if possible. I went through the drive thru after being in the hospital for days with no food. My bacon egg and cheese biscuit had the top part of the biscuit, a half of piece of egg, and a slice of cheese. It was in pieces thrown in the wrapper. No bottom part of the biscuit. The sandwich looked like it had been squeezed in a ball. The other sandwiches were all like this. The hashbrowns was still completely frozen. I go back to let them know they messed up my order, where they proceed to tell me (with attitude from all 3 workers standing in the window) that their cook has been awake for 2 weeks straight and that was why our food was messed up. The manager then keeps going on with attitude saying she could not and would not refund us, after we finally say we just wanted a refund. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Extremely rude staff. Pretty sad with the prices we pay for food these days, that we can't even get the food we pay for, or a refund for them refusing to give us or food. Disgusting.
