I had a truly wonderful experience at Burger King and wanted to share how impressed I was with both the customer service and the food. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Urayle, who took my order. Urayle was extremely proficient, friendly, and impressively fast. Despite it being a busy time, they handled everything smoothly and made sure my order was accurate. While my meal was being prepared for my family, the manager, Amy, also took the time to greet me, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice to see management actively involved and making customers feel welcome. That extra attention truly made the experience stand out. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Everything was prepared just right, and my family enjoyed every bite. It’s clear that this team takes pride in both their service and the quality of their food. Thank you to Urayle and Amy for providing such a pleasant and efficient dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Probably one of the most disgusting restrooms. I've been in in a restaurant in several years. The log for the bathroom check was weeks old. And hadn't been checked, and who knows how long. And you could tell by the grime, built up on the sink.I didn't even want to wash my hands.I felt that they would they would end up more dirty than if I just didn't wash them after using the restroom. The food was okay, nothing spectacular.I got the onion burger, and I was like three teeny, tiny slivers of crispy onion very disappointing.

🚨🚨🚨DONT COME HERE 🚨🚨🚨 Was waiting at the drive-through line for somebody To take my order and got no response, drove up to the window to see if they would take my order at the window and it is 9:19 AM and they yelled through the window (didn’t even open it) to say they are closed The lady that was making food, just ignored me, kept turning around and looking at me, but ignoring me, and the man that was cleaning the fry machine didn’t do anything but wave me off and yellled “CLOSED”. I hope this place gets shut down, it’s a dump, always dirty, workers always suck. service is terrible !!

Waited 30 mins in line, food was cold, buns were soggy, we requested light mayo, buns were clobbered with mayo like it had been sitting for awhile, I mean longer than 30 mins. Lettuce or something tastes awful.

passed through on the way to Houston from Denver, on Christmas night, nothing else was open, and the place was absolutely packed. and yet, everything was fully staffed, the crew was moving quickly but efficiently, super friendly, and our order was correct, hot, and yummy. grace under fire, five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Restaurant is clean and have ample of space inside. Outside there is a bad smell in the parking lot. The staff is courteous and keep customers happy by serving on time. The drive thru is fast and food is warm. The bathroom is clean and available for public use.

Had lunch here in January 2026, and the food was good. The restaurant appeared to be short staffed and it took almost 25 minutes to receive my order.

Best BK lounge in town. Food is nice, made right, and restaurant is clean. Say less, go eat here. Much better than 45th and coulter

If you have 30 minutes to waste, come order food at this Burger King. You will have so much fun catching up on your Instagram feed while waiting for your food. Once you receive your food, be sure to check it over and see how it took them 30m and still managed to completely screw it up!

This location is very under staffed. The small blonde girl was working her butt off getting everything together.. I went in with a Mobile order and had to wait a few extra mins.. I noticed how hard and fast everyone was working.. It was awesome seeing the girl on duty getting everything done so fast. Burger king you need to look over your labor and give more hours to these places. they are over worked big time!!!!

Absolutely rude! I work for a company and I usually order 15-20 sandwiches on a regular basis at another store so I figured I would change it up this time and go somewhere else. The whole time I could hear the employee on the microphone complaining about the day to another customer then when I said I wanted to 9 sandwiches of one kind he sighed really loud. I just told him that I would go elsewhere because I didn't want my food tampered with because it put him off to take my large order. Last time I checked Burger King makes money by customers ordering food. Will never go back. If you own this restaurant you might want to get your employees back into training and remind them of how they get their paychecks.

Don't stop here because you will wait for such a longtime then to hear that the order is lost and is not their problem anymore. I had to skip lunch because their employees have no experience in fast food or in customer service.

Went through the drive thru only to be told that their system was down and they were not taking orders for the rest of the night. When I drove out to leave I could see 3 or 4 workers just sitting in the dining room area.

Nastiest and slowest BK I have ever seen. Rude employees and poor service. They kept us in line for 25 minutes. Drive through is sad.

Despite the reviews below, I really enjoy coming to this Burger King. This is one of the only locations I've been to where they are making food fresh to order. The French Toast Sticks are fab and the staff is always friendly when we swing by in the morning.

This is a terrible Burger King! When I got to the drive through there was a car at the window and one at the speaker waiting to order. I was there 10 minutes then the pickup who was waiting to order drove off. I pulled up to the speaker, waited, was about to drive off when a very unfriendly guy came on and took my order. I placed my order, drove ahead and again waited. The first car was still at the window. As I was waiting, I looked around the parking lot to find trash everywhere, the windows were filthy! After waiting 15 more minutes, I squeezed around the car at the window and left without my order! Won't be back!

Slow service as always, manager not wearing a mask, when handed me my food. Hashbrowns were old and cold. Worker had mask on. But worn it improperly. She had it underneath her chin. Hopefully I dont get sick.

One of the worst I've been to. We went when they were not busy, but that did not matter. The family before us received all their food, but they ran out of something the child ordered and did not even tell them until they noticed it was missing. The whole family ate while the made her new order and then they didn't even bring it out. We had 5 people (5 different orders). All the burgers were cold and they forgot to make my son's order. When I complained they said they were having a problem with the warming drawer all day. So why didn't they say so? We already had to wait for my son's food, so make me a hot burger???!!! They never apologized or even offered to remake anything. Terrible experience. In retrospect I should've demanded my money back. Don't waste your time or money.

Went Friday after work line was short one car I front but the wait took almost 20 min after receiving my food I got home and ate it that was the only thing I ate that day and I ended up with food poisoning. Do not recommend going to this bs place

This Burger King deliberately makes my impossible burger wrong and this time had spoiled lettuce and a bun that was hard as a rock. The reason I know it's deliberate is because twice now they have given me a receipt with the survey code torn off. This place needs to be shut down.

Me and my husband food was not hot a fresh. It was disgusting and it didn't look cooked at all. I hate all the service made my stomach hurt and I threw up so many I can't cook or even look at food anymore. the workers were all fags I hope they all stubs their toes. The manager was rude. That burger king isnt burger king more like Kurger bing tf outta here with ur nasty ass food.

Stopped here for breakfast in our way to Arizona. Already not too happy. It's 9:20 am and we ordered bacon croiss'wiches.....they are out of bacon...WTF! Then the order comes...with bacon

The place was so gross. Cigarette butts and fries all over the floor. No changing table for babies. And my kid threw up at 2 and we think it was the food. I'd pass if you're a traveler and looking for a place to eat in Amarillo.

Very good food, it's always hot and fresh them employees are helpful and very very kind. Burger King on Ross is probably the most friendly place to eat at

My wife & I ate late & we discovered this place said they were open to 12 midnight. We showed up about 10PM & went in. I overlooked the fact that the place was less than clean & some things like the ketchup dispenser weren't working. The problem came when we were ready to leave at about 10:30pm on Friday Oct 20, 2017. The manager told us we couldn't go out the door we came in where our car was. He used the excuse he couldn't unlock that door from the inside ??? He unlocked another door for us & as soon as we stepped outside he shut & locked the door. We found ourselves on the drive up road with no sidewalk dodging the traffic coming by. We tried to get back inside but they ignored us & wouldn't even answer the drive up speaker. We managed to get down the driveway without getting ran over & started around the building going through grass & ankle deep mud holes to get to our car. Very expensive for 2 hamburgers ending up costing $100 or so with my wife's ruined shoes. Apparently Burger King has no concern whatsoever for their customer's safety. Not only will I not go back to this one I have scratched Burger King off my list everywhere after this experience.

Nastiest place I've ever seen. Not drinks, no napkins and no ketchup. I ended up with food poison. Never going back,ever.

The hours display 6am to 12am. I arrived shortly after 6 am and the doors were still locked. The lady inside just looked at me. I went thru the drive thru and placed my order. It took to long to get my order and then, after leaving to get to the job, I realized I did not get my hash browns, which I had been charged for. I recommend checking your order before you leave.
