Burger King Review 🍔👑 Burger King is always a good option for quick fast food, but I especially liked this branch for its clean infrastructure and comfortable setup. The service was okay, and I really liked the cozy couches and plenty of seating space. They also have card desks, which help avoid long lines at the counter — super convenient! 💳 Prices are reasonable for the meal options. Worst user experience no possibility for card payment at the counter Manager was rude as well The self ordering machines are slow and payment at this machines suck Almost 10-15 people went back within 30 mins just because the machine was not working for card payment and manager was denying card payment at counter even when he had an option to do so. Waiting almost for 30 mins for a burger is not feasible instead get an another option there are many of them near by. Suggestions to Burger King close this outlet or change the manager and system there your service sucks

The food came incorrectly: single cheeseburger instead of double. We told staff and they replaced it with another single, so we had to go back up a third time to finally get what we ordered. Clearly someone is mislabelling things. Also, the fries were of mixed quality, it seems they had mixed stale old ones with fresh ones. The drinks also tasted slightly like cleaning liquid. Toilets are pay to use even for customers with a receipt. Would not come again.

We ordered menu for each-came not very Warm. And we want to use the toilet. You have to pay for that...being a client. Bizzare really. We paid. After that automat broke and the cleaning lady was very unpleasant for the next guy who paid and tried to enter. Unpleasant experiance even for fast food.

I ordered a veggie burger which was surprisingly really good, I got my order even faster than expected, something like 2 minutes only. So the burger was good but the fries were awful, couldn't eat them, they were just dry and not tasty at all, so disappointing. Also what's up with encouraging people to pay for the toilets? Burger King is a multi-billion dollars company, they are able to clean their toilets without begging for money.

Terribly prepared food. Unfriendly staff. Charge customers for toilet use AND charge €1 to give you change so you can use the toilet.

It was an awful place, dirty and smelly toilets, you had to pay for a toilet that is not even clean. You had to pay more and more and siste get in the bathroom. Sink bearly worked. Smelly and dangerous atmosphere

When I came to this burger king I didn't expect this restaurant to be so good! The service is awesome and so nice! The milkshake stands out. Great that it's under a hotel too.

This Burger King is located in Alexanderplatz Plaza. We stopped in for ice cream today. This Burger King is quite large and was busy, yet the service was great. The restaurant was clean and had hand alcohol gel dispensers available. The staff were very friendly. Honestly, this is one of the nicest Burger Kings I have ever been to.

Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said by many other people? The burger tastes raw, the bread roll is hard, they put way too much sauce on the burger, so it slides right out the back when you bite into it. In fact, there is so much sauce that it drowns out the taste of a lot of the other ingredients. The fries are OK I guess, but the onion rings are soggy and sickly, and drinking their milk shake is so difficult, you end up getting a nose bleed. I'll be sticking to McDonalds from now on, thanks.

My friend was pretty gung-ho for BK so I ended up here....twice. That's about two more times than I would've preferred, but oh well. Compromise. The first time around was right after we arrived in Berlin. It was late and food options were sparse. BK was a few blocks from our hostel, so we walked over. On the way, a pair of sketchy looking men followed us in. They proceeded to sit right across from us and stare. It was appreciated and oh-so very appropriate. Since it was late, BK was packed. After we ordered, the line spiraled and it didn't seem like there were enough people working. It took a long time to get my food -- fries and a cheddar bacon burger. My fries were better than average but the burger was meh. I didn't finish it...and it was expensive for being fast food quality. Would I return? Only if nothing else in the entire city of Berlin was open and I was really desperate.

I have heard so many good things about Burger King especially about the famous Whooper. One of the goal my friends and I had during our stay in Berlin was to give Burger King a go. I got the whooper and I didn't find it as tasty as I thought it would be (probably because of high expectations). The only difference I found with a buger from Mcdonald was the mayo they put inside instead of ketchup or another sauce, which gives it a greasy taste. Well, Burger King you're not bad but I won't regret you 3 stars !

WARNING: Bring cash as this Burger King DOES NOT accept debit/credit cards that are not issued by German banks, not even other EU-based cards. Not sure if this is the practice at all Burger Kings or just this one, and also unsure if this is bad/lazy management, xenophobia, or something more indicative of Germany's past!!

Well we've confirmed it. Burger King is barely edible everywhere it exists in the world. We definitely hate it in the US and we were fascinated to find the number of locations that we saw in Europe. Curiosity doesn't just kill cats and we finally decided to investigate. Global sucking ensued and to top it all off, they handed us a Coke Zero that tasted like they'd warmed it a bit in a sauce pan before dumping it into a cup with no ice and handing it to us. I'll never understand how the people of Europe can enjoy warm soda and other drinks. It pretty much just ruins them for me. After any meal at Burger King, you immediately grapple with the regret of your decision and then an immediate need to find a restroom and get as much of it out of you as you possibly can, as quickly as possible. As with every public restroom experience in Europe, you have to go down some stairs to find the restroom in this establishment. What does this entire continent have against just having a restroom on the same floor as the rest of the business? I went down the obligatory flight of stairs and at the bottom, encountered some sort of European Bathroom Troll who wanted me to pay to use their restroom. It wasn't wearing a Burger King uniform so for all I know, it was just some freelancer with a folding table bilking customers as opportunity struck. I told it that I didn't have any cash and they tried to turn me away. I picked up a wad of paper towels off of their folding table and told it that I would figure something out. Apparently that statement scared them as I offered no specifics about what that might mean so they relented and allowed me into the restroom. The bottom line is, Burger King is gross everywhere, just say NO!

Nice fries, half-good soda, tasty burger except for gross pickles, delicious oreo shake.

Be sure to ask for your receipt if you want to take the restroom. Very unfriendly and rude lady asking for either the receipt or money in front of the restrooms. Told her we didn't get a receipt and she responded in a very rude and angry way!!
