Ordered a big breakfast and few other items this morning went home and seen that in big breakfast she only gave me bacon and pancakes there is an egg and potatoes usually there . Mistakes happen of course I called them to alert of the issue she listened and said we didn’t have those items and still charged me full price and hung up on me and refuse to answer any calls after horrible experience horrible service .

The service was amazing, everyone was kind and friendly. It was. Very clean place, food was good too! Manager Kaywana was an absolute angel and made sure the food came out fresh and on time!

Fries were very good! They were nice and crunchy and what I ordered tasted so good! Restaurant was nice and calm woukd recommend to my freinds

Poor service from worker Amanda! She constantly had an attitude while we were ordering and when we got to the window she claimed apparently we had to do her job and then proceeded to tell us to leave.

The dark atmosphere makes me not wanna go here it’s depressing

They’re listed as open until 10pm, but when we arrived at 9:15pm, the manager was already locking up and wouldn’t let us in. If they close earlier, they should update their posted hours and website to reflect that.

I'm not the biggest fast food fan, but compared to other fast food restaurants in the area this one has always been the smoothest for me. I come when I've been out and about and I'm too hungry to wait for "real" food. The drive thru is super fast and they always get my order correct!

T-Mobile Tuesday is the reason I placed my online order. Whopper with cheese and bacon, and a small vanilla milkshake. Ordering online is easy with the option to pick up inside, or use the drive thru. The drive thru is tiny, and packed, and when it was my turn I was asked to hold up the line for less than 5 minutes so they could clear the line. Lucky me no honking and yelling customers behind me, as I wait for the line to be cleared (This is BPT). In less than 5 minutes it was my turn to pick up my stuff. The vanilla milkshake is just right, also the size is good--larger ones fill you up, and way too much calories. Fast food doesn't have to make you fat! The whopper was okay, a bit off balance taste wise. First bite sweet, second bite salty, third bite cheesy... 3 bites and it's gone. Allright Thursday snack for lunch, thanks BK & thanks T-Mobile!

Stopped by late night tonight on Sunday just before they closed. I had to try this impossible burger/whopper. It's a plant based burger. I must say it is very tasty. You almost don't realize that you're not eating an actual meat burger. It's hard to describe something like this. It is definitely NOT like any veggie burger you've ever tried. It is totally different. You almost wouldn't know you're eating a plant based burger that doesn't have a stitch of beef in it. It's unreal. Very good. You should try it. It is worth a stop at burger king I almost forgot to mention the staff. Very accommodating. Very warm. Very friendly.

Went through drive through, they wouldn't speak English so I left. I tried talking several times but was not responded in English.

The food was good knowing I don't get fast food.The customer service was amazing the employees were so polite.Good overall

After Uber delivered half my order and cold I drove to the location and informed the manager what hat happened, he was more than helpful in explaining that the driver was late and COMPLETELY remade my order without hesitation. Thank you to Josh and the crew for remaking the order and getting me on my way as quick as possible.

Service was bad the lady had whole attitude always had a mean face got mad when I ask a question look like she didn't snag anybody there

Nice staff, quick service pleasant atmosphere but I just am not wild about the food itself, particularly the french fries. I do not eat much fast food anymore but I think MC Donalds has the better fries and Burger King has the better burgers. To bad they are not merged so you could get the best of both worlds. But that being said I have family members who love Burger King and like them a heck of alot more than Mc Donalds or any fast food place. The staff here seems quite nice. I would not rule out coming back here.

This is the worst Burger King ever only 2 people in the place can speak English. This makes 3 times I have gone there and orderEd a double hamburger with no cheese and the third time that they put cheese! I don't understand what the problem is. i need a high school diploma to get a job and these people don't even have to know what the difference between a damn hamburger and a cheeseburger. I'm done I will go elsewhere. The manager didn't even offer me a damn French fry to compensate. Pathetic

Typical BK. Good service. Restaurant is very clean. It was recently remodeled. Plenty of parking since it is located in a shopping center.

Don't go to this Burger King branch. The manager is rude and unprofessional. I don't know why she's a manager in the first place. I work in the food industry for years and she's something else. I didn't get her name. Honestly she needs to find a new profession coz this one is not working for her. So anyone who's gonna read this please do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. They don't give receipts and service is unacceptable.

Want there a couple of weeks ago it was buy one and get one for a dollar so I ordered a Whopper with cheese and a fish sandwich. The guy at the drive-thru said that will be $10.49. I said I thought it was buy one and get one for a dollar so I asked how much was the Whopper. He said $9 no way in the world is a freaking Whopper $9. Pulled away and left I called and talked to the manager and she said a Whopper was 649 which was still incredibly High. Food is not that great there anyway I will not be going there again

The worst service I've ever had, there were no fries being served yet I paid full price with no substitutions and then the proceeded to get the order wrong I will not be going back

One of the employees left their post just to serve my friend. And gave him extra mozzarella sticks. Mad props yo

I've frequented this BK a few times without issue, the employees have always been nice and respectful as well as the place pretty clean.. today I was extremely disappointed.. I believe the woman was the manager, they were not busy.. she messed up our order and when brought to her attention she was very agitated and rude, I had ordered onion rings and got fries, when I told her that she said I put in fries, I k ow, I ordered onion rings she then wanted to me to pay for an order of rings, I said take back the fries, we also order 3 Hershey pies only getting two and again she was annoyed with us, like really? REALLY? Own your mistake and make it right. Horrible customer service today, if I had her name I'd gladly post it, I gave 3 stars only because of the rest of the employees, she would have gotten 1 and I would be being generous!

Food is always pretty decent but showed up at 630 a.m. and cashier had a bad attitude. We asked her if she was open and she responded with well u here now! I mean if u dont like your job feel free to find other employment. Mind u it says online they open at 6 and its already 630 a.m. at this time.

Worst BK I've been to. Firstly I was waiting in the drive thru for close to 10 mins (no exaggeration) before someone took my order. Secondly when the employee took my order she had a attitude. Thirdly when I got my food I was missing food from my order as well as the food be cold on top of it and when I went back they were pissed at me for THEM getting my order wrong. I'll never go back to this BK I made a yelp just to save other people from the bs I had to deal with.
