Burger King

I’m not sure what the heck was going on there today there usually really good and friendly but today however I was so shocked by there attitude . We went for ice cream nuggets and fries . The nuggets I’m serious was either not cooked properly had some kind of dough coming out picture below I asked the girl for a cup for my kids ice cream they was already melting when she handed them to me we go there once’s a week never a issue but she like I’m gonna charge you for a empty cup ? To put ice cream we just paid for that was melting really she said yep like rude much the guy just kinda Smiling . Very disappointed do better …. Omg please update y’all’s phone number so people can actually complain

Not sure what was going on here today but the drive thur manager sucked!! He is usually friendly smiling & great customer service. I ordered an online pickup order. I couldn't change my fry to a "NO SALT" fry which I have have done over 12 times when picking up my order. He instantly told me that my order was already ready. I stated that I change to a no salt fry at the window because the app doesn't allow me to. Instead of arguing, I just said cancel my order & pulled to the window. Once at the window he said you need to cancel it yourself. I then asked why can't I just have a no salt fry, I get it all the time. He closed the window. Open it and said you will have to wait....pull to the front. I told him the wait is fine. Customer service just doesn't exist anymore.......I understand we all have our days. That's the purpose for PTO days!!! I've worked customer service for over 25 yrs & I have always tried to never push my problems off on others....

We stopped by for dinner on the way back to Houston from Austin. The interior is clean and beautifully furnished for a Burger King, which we don't see often. The burgers were good, I always enjoyed the flamed broiled taste. Brookshire, TX Burger King

I order in this establishment today at 9:14 PM we are on December 6, 2025. I went through the drive-through cause I got some rewards with them so I try to get my rewards. I order in the lady named Lucero. She was so rude so mean she didn’t wanna give me my order she didn’t even let me show her the receipt and she told me that if I didn’t leave establishment, she was gonna call the cops on me just because she was pushing me too much getting me mad for no reason so yes, I call her stupid because of her attitude. She even have the audacity to call me a delinquent and that she couldn’t give me my order because it wasn’t on her screen, so that’s why I called her stupid She even told me that her manager told her to not validate the rewards crowns that us as customers we are the ones who have to deal with it, not them that that’s not their problem, and even though you have proof of your order redeeming, your crown rewards, she cannot validate it because that’s what her manager told her to do so.

Ordered two bacon double cheese burgers, large rings, med coke. Payed for BACON double cheese burgers. No bacon. Onion rings greasy and soggy. Asked for extra ketchup for Large onion ring, got 4 total. Coke was all ice, one sip of coke.

The customer service is so great here. The food is always hot, fresh, and quick. Today, I ordered a whopper, and it was genuinely the best whopper I’ve ever had, and the fries with my meal were fresh.

Super Clean, Amazing Service. My meals where hot and fast, fries crispy and my order accurate. Very friendly staff. I recommend this Burger King in Brookshire, TX.

The employees are always helpful with the coupons and mobile orders they always take care of me I will continue coming to this great establishment

Literally one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Burger King. I was irate being there. The soda machine was not working at all and there were no signs to indicate that. Then my fries were not fresh and my burger had literally been slapped together with no even a fresh patty. The workers weren't paying attention and the manager had an attitude. I do not recommend coming to this location.

I typically love Burger King. They have great burgers but just now I sent my hubby to get a burger. He was the only one in line and it took 15 min to get 1 combo. So he gives me my burger and it's charred completely and so dried. I was so disappointed how did the cook even sell this burnt meat. I was shocked. I can't even express how burned it was lol black. I forced my self to eat some. From hunger.

I stopped here to get a quick bite, and settled on a bacon cheeseburger. was without a doubt the worst burger i have ever had. 1-the bun was hard 2-the bun was cold 3-the burger was not even warm If i took a burger and let it sit for about a week it would have been like this burger. Driving down i-10 i was debating to either throw it out or wait till i go home to do that. I opted on the safe side as i did not want this for lack of a better description bovine hockey puck to cause a accident if a car ran over it. At one point i thought if it was a bit bigger it may make a good spare tire. My suggestion is go to one of the other fast food places in that area. Lesson learned, read yelp reviews before buying. If i had i would have hit up McD's. Management should read these reviews and clean the place up. Fast food does not have to mean bad food.

Dropped in for a burger but turned around and walked out when they told me I had to have a mask. Place smelled horrible anyway. There is NO mask mandate in Texas! Besides the fact they don't work. Won't ever eat at Burger King again.

Swung by here on the way home back to San Antonio. Service was fast and food was SO hot. I can't remember the last time I had fast food this hot. I actually had to let it sit and cool off!

It's better now but 1/3 I go there something is wrong with the order. But I don't blame them my family and my uncle come the get food from here together so it a lot of food to cook and get ready so I think it worth going to I love the burger and fries here it's great just not for a big family to come and order. Ps: get the original chicken sandwich it's great

So I love bk once in a while but last night I was really disappointed. I went ordered 3 whopper meals a mini cinnamon rolls and a order of nuggets. I came all the way home to see I was missing a burger, so I go back and I was going to get off but lobby was closed at 9:53 I went threw drive threw got my whopper they didn't even apologize for forgetting my burger they just said I gave you extra fry. I was like ok thanks. When I got home my burger was cold like the meat, and what really pissed me off was the cinnamon rolls. It was hard and old and didn't even have any glaze on it very disappointed. Come on bk get it together y'all aren't even busy.

Worst customer service. More than half of our order was completely wrong. The manager accuses me of lying. She said her staff "is not stupid enough" to make that much wrong. She identifies herself as Anita, the GM. Poor service. Stay away. The owner of this franchise should be embarrassed.

This place is disgusting. The dining area was filthy, the soda machine was way passed retirement. You couldn't see what you were pushing because it was so worn out... But hey! They may not be able to clean ANY of the restaurant, but they were able to have a brand new screen next to their menu! Wow. They need to get their priorities in order. The bathroom smelled and looked like blind drunk men use it all the time. Wonder if that's why BK isn't as popular as it used to be. Ugh. Gross.

I take my semi-positive review back. I went in the other day for some small fries and watched them do them in the fryer, then that same employee came into the restroom a couple seconds after me, used the urinal, and went right back to work. I came out and watched him scoop my fries into the cardboard fry box. I immediately demanded a refund, which they refused to do. A manager came and told me they can't refund debit (but they can charge it? Okay.) and offered me a free burger and upgraded fries. I left called my bank and immediately got my transaction refunded. Disgusting employees, unprofessional behavior, and an obvious lack of knowledge in how to use their equipment. Will NOT be going back again.

This place is one of the cleanest places as fast food and food always good and fresh I travel a lot every time I go this place always happy faces friendly people this place is always clean clean clean for fast food it's really great keep up ur good work people

Menu was out of date. They were out of first two things I ordered. The guy over the drive thru speaker sound like Beavis or Butthead only dumber. I backed up over a curb to get out of this joke called a restaurant. Two words. Sht hole.

Ok, I know this is fast food and all but gross! I got the number 11 chicken grilled tender meal and the bread is so stale! The fries are good tho! Sprite taste fresh from the fountain. The bathrooms are disgusting, I would advise you holding it if you can! We waited five minutes to get our order taken b/c no one was working the front! Overall, never again will I stop here!
