I had breakfast here for the first time, and the croissant sandwich and French toast tasted very good. The coffee was also good, why did I only have breakfast at McDonald's? No trailer parking zone but right next connected Chevron gas station can park a while have a foods . As soon as you get out of the freeway, it's on the right, so it's convenient to enter. Staffs are nice and Kind !

The food was excellent for fast food. The service was definitely poor. I asked different questions about different meal deals and the man taking my order answered so quickly I didnt understand. Then while trying to give him my order he yells at me, I can't hear you. If a car hadn't been behind me I would have left and gone elsewhere. When I came up to thw window to pay..his rude treatment continued. Maybe he was having a bad day...no excuse for how he treated me. Food is expensive as it is then to be so rude to me. I will not go back there I'll drive to another Burger King.

Fast service great food. Went through drive thru. Can not rate atmosphere.

Well I would love to tell you about the food but my wife drove from Yucaipa to get food on 11/21/25 around 11:27 pm and the stores hours are posted open to 12:00 Well sat there in the drive thru for just about 10 mins she started honking and than drove up to the window and there where hiding and playing games. She said was wearing a hat and and the headset but disappeared we she pulled up to thw window!! There was a white car in the parking lot.

I will say food is good never disappoints other than when you ask him for no onions and they put it on there anyways but I pulled up to the order today and the individual talking over the intercom sounded like he was having a very bad day and didn’t want to be there didn’t listen to what I was ordering asked several times if I could repeat it then I get to the window and he’s rude. Short little Hispanic dude with a bad attitude just basically gives me the bag and closes shut the window. I’ve been at this establishment plenty of times first time I’ve seen him working there but I think they need to find somebody better because I’ve never had an issue before this. Sorry to say that their service has gone down.

Idk what happened to burger king fries, but the coating has changed and they're not as good as before. The whopper just doesn't taste as good as before as well. Super disappointed... I rarely go to Burger King, and now I understand why. Miss the quality they had in the early 2000's

They make sure you can't call. Meaning you HAVE to turn around and go in again after you've made it home. They generally get it right but today I used my points for a double cheeseburger plain and it wasn't in the bag. They have been overall polite when I've remembered to check my order before walking out and needed something fixed. I should not have to that every time though. Thinking of deleting the app.

Very Very Rarely Do I ever rate a fast food or give it five stars.. This BURGER KING definitely deserves my attention. I live nearby and rarely ever come inside as I usually go the the pick up window.. This Burger King has got to be the cleanest one I have ever been in.. When the lobby looks like this, the kitchen does too and that says a lot about the managment.. This store is clean.. The staff are very welcoming and have a smile on their face. I ordered the #4 Bacon King with onion rings and a soda.. The food was hot and fresh and wasn't thrown together. The burger was juicy and tasted great.. Thank You Staff and Burger King for a great visit..

Do not eat here they gave my husband a raw burger!& the lady tried to tell me that's how the impossible burger comes no I bought two and the other was cooked!ohhh and they don't even have a phone to call the store!!

This has become my stop for dinner coming our going when on my way to or from Arizona. The crew most of the time is generally very friendly, meal is always quick to be ready, and hamburger is always done perfect. I've come to look forward to my stop-over here at this location. If you're in the area, this is a great stop to eat!

So bent, my girlfriend and I frequent Burger King multiple times a week or use to, no more. Today, I show up with a coupon, and the manager wouldn't take it because the little code in the corner was torn off. If your coupons were preferred, it would not have been missing. I asked her if she knew the code, and she said no. How ridiculous. I never have this problem at Winersnitchel or or other fast food places. There are 31,000 people in Banning Ca and 5000 plus live in my community. We have several Facebook pages within our community, and I am going to blast this on every single one of them. How ridiculous that you treat customers who are in your's restaurant multiple times a week like this. Don't tell me the manager can't override stuff and change the price of things. What a joke you will not see me or my girlfriend for a long time a very long time. And to save you the trouble I don't want any free coupons. You can keep them. Don't waste your time, don't even contact me. I'm tired of trying to get a hold of somebody, and I won't take your calls now. I've called every single number.I could find online and none of them.Work including the number to the restaurant. PATHETIC.! This is Bannin Location, not Calimesa.

They pulled a McDonald's and said their ice cream machine isn't working at 7pm. They're suppose to be open until 12am ? Not worth a late night visit and I'm sure its not the first time they turned someone away tonight because they didn't want to use their ice cream machine during the hours most people ask for it.

Annoying!!! Do I have to put my fingers in my food in the drive thru to make sure it's correct???? For 20$ an hour these fast places sure have crappy service! I'm marking this place off of where I will frequent. Bun is hard fries taste like they sat in oil!!!

Ice cream machine wasn't working came back a few weeks later said let me try the Slurpee. What a surprise or Slurpee machine wasn't working or didn't have the flavor, some excuse like that

Stopped at drive through around 9:30 had to repeat myself multiple times. Order was incorrect and guy at drive through was so stoned he couldn't figure out what he was doing. He forgot to add an entire meal and told me I had to go back around and order all over again.What a clown

This review is for Marvin the cashier; I had just come from Loma Linda hospital seeing my Dad ( who swares he's dying) my daughter 25 yrs old used the restroom while I ordered; Then my daughter took another five minutes at the register not knowing what she wanted ; Marvin showed a lot of patience and kindness... he didn't have to .. he even inquired what was wrong with my Dad and actively listened. The service was good too! THANK YOU MARVIN FOR BEING KIND Burger King keep up the great work!!

It seems every Halloween season they advertise and promote the specials, but the food never comes out as advertised and the quality in general at this location is absolutely terrible.

Food was good! I ordered a double whopper with both bacon and cheese (could use another bacon strip btw), a second double whopper and big fish sandwich which I expected more of. What was unexpected was the price!!! Eleven dollars for a double whopper? Wow!

Whoever bagged orders at 5pm 6/7/2023 was high as hell. Not only am I missing like 5 items but the person put odd combinations of food into the kids meals. Instead of chicken nuggets I get two apple sauces and two cookies? No fries to speak of. If I was manager I would definitely see who was working based on this review and have them drug tested.

May 12th 10:55 pm I just got out of work and decided to get burger king. Me and my girlfriend looked it up to see what time they close and website said 12 am. Showed up and saw two cars parked outside and lights inside still on so assumed it was still open. I pulled up to the drive thru and waited for about 10 min saying hello to the talkbox and no response i pulled forward saw some thermo cups but no employees. So i assumed the information on website was wrong i then decided to pull forward and park and look up what else was nearby to eat. As i did that 2 cars pulled into the drive thru and i got a glimpse of employees emerge from the kitchen still wearing their headsets. They literally hid to not give us any service. And so i pulled back in the drive thru and waited another 10 min and they refused service to the other 2 vehicles and myself. No word was said from them. Thought it was have it your way not stay your ass away. Waste of time and horrible service. And this is why i came to del taco

Got my order wrong, but did not notice until I got home. Tried to call and there is no working number. This is not the first time they got my order wrong either. Done w this location!!!!

OMG. WOW. WOW WOW My children and I were standing in line to order.. .. I asked a lady behind counter to give us code so my kids can wash their hands.. I couldn't believe it. She told me NO the bathroom for paying customers only.. we were standing in line and she would not give me code until we paid Hahahaha. We left. Never eating here again

The gave my grandson expired milk, tried to call several times but goes straight to voice mail, I guess they get tired of hearing about all the screw ups and just let it go knowing that the customer will probably return anyway, Well not me, not no more.

Most overcooked fish sandwich I've ever had. I dont want a refund or another sandwich. Just get it together.

Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and add tomato. They gave me the cripsy chicken sandwich with tomato and lettuce. Store phone number doesn't work. Made a complaint on their website to customer service. You guys suck.

We pulled up tired exhausted after a 12 hour trip and then employee and the manager took excellent care of us we really appreciate it it's so nice to be welcomed and received excellent customer service thank you Burger King for having such great employees

Honestly. I've lived in Yucaipa by whole life and have always come to this Burger King. Food has always been acceptable but we went yesterday and wow. Food was fresh. Nearly wrapped. Impeccable timing and the order was 100% right. They deserve some stars for this especially because they're fast food!!

Closes before closing time. They looked like they were close way before what is stated on yelp or google.

I can't even begin to tell you how rude these people are. I was the last car in the Drive-Thru and they couldn't take my order. If you know the drive-thru then you know you can't back out very well. I sat and waited and washed her serve four people in front of me. Both Google and your Yelp app shows that they're open till 11:00 for drive-thru I was there at 8: 45 p.m. I sure hope the remodel wasn't for nothing because I'll never go back.

Chicken Nuggets and their fries are sooooooo goooood they make great food ordered doordash and food was fresh and getting orders correct

1st of all it's way too expensive! I ordered 2 Whoppers with cheese and it came to $20.24! Then when I expressed my surprise at the price, she asked if I still wanted the order, I said "Yes", but she didn't hear me because of the drive thru. So I wait in that line b/c I have to and I'm hungry, and it turned out she didn't put my order in! OMG. So now, after a day of moving and stress, I have to wait in the parking lot for my 2 little burgers. Goodness, and we are paying HOW MUCH for minimum wage??

I ordered three family meals through Grubhub. Along with the meals I also ordered two large onion rings. The food was delivered and there were no onion rings. I called the restaurant and the phone went straight to voicemail. Grubhub doesn't respond to inquiries so I'm out $11.00 for food this restaurant failed to put in my bags. Apparently there is no recourse from both of these inept institutions.

Visited the Calimesa Burger King today for an impossible croissant breakfast sandwich, I ordered it without the egg or the cheese.... the lady that took my order repeated my order back to me; when I arrived home to enjoy my breakfast sandwich it had the egg and the cheese on it.... I removed the egg but the cheese was stuck to the bread I left a message for them on their website just to let them know of the mistake and to maybe listen to their customers, no one got back to me like they stated disappointing way to start my day needless to say I won't be returning to this location again and unfortunately I don't believe they care looking at everyone's comments....

Service was fine. Free chicken nuggets were in the bag. But the original chicken sandwich...not good (see pic).

The drive thru worker was rude. She sounded like she was bothered to take our order. Then it seems the whole order was messed up on purpose because of this. The entire salt shaker must have been used on the fries because I had more salt than fries.

Tried a Chile Dog, did not remotely resemble the picture... It was terrible, Micro-Waved bun, Chile was toasty from the Micro wave!!! Place felt dirty, bathrooms were dirty, while all the help were all standing around laughing & talking!!! The service at this place sucks almost as bad as the food!!! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else to eat!!!

We came here for breakfast through drive through & we specially said 6, number ones just the sandwiches. Which is a croissant, sausage egg & cheese. When we got home we checked and all we got was egg & cheese croissant. We knew this guy wasn't paying attention so we repeated the order 3 times..! This was on just this morning at 11AM June 27 th 2020 !!!!!!! This is not the first time we have a bad experience here

They make the best impossible whopper around. Seriously hats off to whoever has the ratios of ingredients perfected on those sandwiches. They are substantially better than the ones I have tried in redlands...

went here and ordered, forgot to ask for ketchup on my hamburger so I ask and the worker is irritated once I get my food a worker in the back says "throw it in there face" all cuz I forgot to ask for something, horrible.

Went to calimesa burger king to try the tacos.. the advertisement shows ground beef. Sauce. Shredded lettuce and shredded cheese. We got something that we can not even call meat.. chuncks of slimy lettuce and a slice of cheese.. looked and smelled disgusting. Gave it to a dog tha eats everything and he spit it out.. emailed Burger King to get an explanation of what this was and just got a generic email back... this was horrible and we will not be going back there

Absolute horrible service. I went through the drive-through told him at least three times what I wanted. When I got up to the window still wasn't right. They proceeded to make the order wrong at least three times and I had to give it back to them. Then when they finally got it right and I took it home to eat my chicken sandwich tasted absolutely nasty. I will never go back to this restaurant I am hoping other people read this and decide not to visit there either you'll be saving your money.

$10 for a burger that is drier than my messaging app. Both the burger and onion rings are room temp. You have got to be kidding. Will not be going back.

Just went throught the drive through since the dining room is under construction. Ordered 2 for $7 dollars fish sandwiches no sauce. 6 PC nuggets and 2 large diet cokes no ice. Got to window first thig was both cups filled to top with ice. Told the young man I Ordered no ice. Oh was all he said and redid drinks. Got my bag left Got ob freeway going to phx. Just past desert center was hunger pulled out nuggets. Ok. Pulled out sandwich they both were double meat small stacks. Very disappointed as this store very rarely gets orders right and when you tell them they give attitude. First time in there for over a year thought give it a try... guess have to good back to wendys..

I will never eat at any Burger King again. I ordered a Whopper and medium Fries $10 ten bucks! Seriously?! The fries were soggy and cold and the hamburger was dry. I didn't get any ketchup and the cashier was rude.
