Burger King

I've been using the recent coupon codes for meal bundles. This location is always really efficient. Even when it's an off time of day, the food is freshly cooked and hot. The atmosphere is pretty typical for Burger King otherwise. Free WiFi.

I went to the drive thru on Sunday just before 7pm. The lights were on but no one was in the restaurant. Not anyone! It's like they took the money and left. It has happened before when no one is there when supposed to be open. Seems like the owner doesn't care and no managers. Make me question if the food is sanitary.

Never fails. ALWAYS wrong. Not sure how much easier it can get when filling a simple order asking for PLAIN sandwiches, yet they NEVER are. They ask 3x and yet cannot get right. Nothing but incompetent people. Never fails with fast food in SW Florida. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $$ to have a good meal from a fresh, well rated establishment.

Bug filled. 2 dead bugs just laying around and like 5 flying around. I walked into an empty story, and I still had to wait at the front for someone to come help me. I ordered $10 worth of food and I couldn’t even be given one dipping sauce for my fries?

So I placed the mobile order around 930 want to pick it up around 10 Even placed another order while I was there for some chicken nugget and fries course I used the coupons they didn't want to take them originally but I talked to my cashier and for some magical reason he was able to use the coupons And when I got home I opened my baconator only to realize there's no bacon in it I tried using the app to complain but wasn't that about job so I googled the phone number to the Burger King called the Burger King somebody answered blame it on the new person there asked for my phone number said they were going to call him next day to help me they didn't call me the next day I called them the day after that they said well you would have to bring the burger in So check your bags in the parking lot before leaving I wish I would have taken a picture next time I will

I stop in here once or twice a week I get a whopper with cheese everything no onion. To date they have been delicious and I expect them to continue to be so hot fresh and friendly faces.

Just want to say I don't know if there's new management but about 5 months ago this place was rated a five star this is now gone down to a one-star rating. The past four times that my husband and I have been here dine in and drive through the french fries have been cold every time, one time the Whoppers weren't good and the other three times the Whoppers were good. The other night when we went through the drive-thru we told the lady that these fries are cold and she took the Fry's back after they were in our hands through the window which is disgusting first of all that is a health department no no first of all but besides the fact her comment was that the element in the fryer was going out if that's the case why hasn't the manager contacted the maintenance or the CEO or higher up to fix the element of the fryer if that's even the truth or is it just because they're lazy and don't care so when she took the fries back through the window she was gone maybe a minute and a half no more than 2 minute the fries he gave us back we're definitely the same ones and microwaved. I will be contacting higher management. This is unacceptable.

I've been in Cape Coral since 2010 and this has been the best Burger King continuously since I've been here. Scott has been there a long time thats probably why! I don't eat at the other Cape BKs anymore.

I don't eat fast food often, but when you're bored and hungry, and in the mood for some nostalgia, Burger King, why not? 2pm on a Thursday the dining room was a pig sty! Filth everywhere: food packets, unwanted French fries... And the smell? Burned, stale fry oil with a heavy helping of despair in the air. Disgusting and Depressing! Ugh. I ran back to the car.

slowest Burger King EVER don't go here. they take forever to take orders. you would think they would know how to handle lunch rush. but they DONT

This BK on DelPrado Blvd. Recently reopened after a complete makeover. I thought I'd give it a try! while everything about the store is new and improved there are still some that are not as they were, the window staff were friendly and efficient the line was never more than a couple of cars and went quickly. And the building and dining area were spotless! I ordered a BIG FISH sandwich no lettuce and extra tarter sauce. I did receive the sandwich how I asked for it but it Certainly did not live up to its name! the Fish-patty was thinner and much smaller than I remember them Pre Covid and like everything else is not what it used to be. The taste was there the flavor was good and it came to me Hot so other than portion size it was a good experience

The food is disgusting it made me have stomach cramps Your food looks like the dumpster. Everything in Burger King is sold out

I told the guy at the drive thru I had the app and the Whopper Wednesday deal. But the lady who took the money was pretty rude. She literally said "so you want me to redo all this?" And I said I just want to use the promo that I mentioned earlier. Hell yeah I'm saving the $3 regardless of it's a minor inconvenience! The guy who I think was the manager then took over, and did it without issue. So was all good. But just kind of a crappy experience. Food was decent but tasted not so fresh.

My new go to for a very good burger. FRESH ingredients every time I go, and nice people at drive thru. I never go back to the macdonalds on Del Prado anymore as they consistently sell old expired burgers and even though they say they are 24/7 in reality they are not -- they close early morning for a while so are not dependable.

This review is specifically for take out. I have been meaning to try the Impossible Whopper, because, although I am not Vegan I try to eat less meat whenever possible. I got the sandwich and fries, which were pretty pricy but the burger was huge. I couldn't even finish it. The burger was cooked well and my parents both sampled: neither them nor I could tell it wasn't beef. In fact, it tasted identical to an actual whopper. Everything was tasty, although they really loaded on the sauce and I had to scrape off tons of ketchup and mayo. Other than that I will be frequenting for convenience and fast service when I am tired after work.

This Burger King is our favorite. Always pleasant and food is always fresh. The restaurant is very clean.

Probably the worst BK I have ever been to. Food was old and cold. No quality or price whatsoever putting these meals together. Last but not lease the clerk acted like I was bothering him placing my order. It's the holiday weekend and he probably hates being there but still. All and all the need to doze that BK rebuild hire all new employees. Start from scratch lol

Burger King, Del Prado, Cape Coral, Fl, Here is my 2 cents on the food and some chit chat. I went here to try the new menu items of hot dogs. 1 regular dog 1 chili dog. About 5 bucks. Chili dog pretty good not so salty as other places. Hot dog just a hot dog. I would like to know what idiots in the corporate structure decided to have ketchup as a regular thing on a hotdog. Only 5 year children, mental defectives, un americans and republicans add a ketchup to the classic Hotdogs. Anyway service was quick folks nice. What you expect at a fast food joint.

I just ordered an impossible whopper in the drive thru and it had a bloody cotton ball and bandaid in it . Absolutely disgusting! Feel like I'm going to throw up. I called and spoke with the manager who stated that they wear gloves but knew immediately who it came from and apologized. Was offered a new sandwich but I just couldn't return nor did I want it.

As far as fast food the shopper had a unique flavor. You know it's bad for you but it does have a unique and flavorful taste. Decent value if you're on a budget.

Soooooo incredibly disappointed in every aspect ordered onion rings knew they were just going to make them umm well mushy greasy nasty was what was given forgot to give me my large drink and when I returned ok yes it was 11:05 supposedly 5 minutes after close although your website says open till 11:30 recently updated I pulled up to the drive through with a curt we are closed I said I was just there less then 10 minutes earlier and you forgot part of my order then answered with a I told you we are closed nothing I can ffg o for you ok well called today guy I spoke with was no better would not even remotely engage in a trying to rectify that I spent money on items not received and was given poor quality food ( not the first time but willing to try again when everyone wants onion rings) but really you need up your game cause you certainly have struck out here

Worst Burger King service experience I have ever experienced. Not that expected much from a fast food franchise anyways but as an employee you should have selfless service.

I was in the bathroom, and a young man knocked on the door swung it open and said bathroom check. I don't know if that's what you're supposed to do, but at least knock, say bathroom check, and if no one answers open the door.

Sat in line for nearly half an hour at 9pm on a Tuesday night. When I got to the window I waited another fifteen minutes for a tendercrisp sandwich and a drink. Completely unacceptable for a fast food establishment.

Dude. I ordered a Whopper and when I got it, there were no buns, there was just a bunch of fucking ingredients in a salad container. I'm sorry, but I didn't know I was supposed to specifically ask for BUNS on my BURGER.
