I'm not even sure where to begin. Right up there with the worst. First red flag was steven, the manager who was taking our order (I believe he was the manager) had terrible hygiene. His fingernails were absolutely disgusting, completely packed with grime. I wanted to vomit, but for some unknown reason we continued to order. Huge mistake.
Next I'm getting my tea, the spout blows off the tea canister and shoots all over my clothes and shoes. Not a huge deal, it was accidental and unavoidable, but they have no napkins to clean up with, so I'm standing there asking numerous times for napkins before I receive any. Awesome.
Then as we are standing there, this steven character with filthy fingers and everything else is vocally talking with his workers about the customers, as many customers are standing there listening, going on about how they will just pay them to go down the street to macdonals and get quarter pounders if they don't like "it", whatever it is. I can assure you, macdonals would have been much better. After all of this, we didn't even get any resolve, no apologies, nothing. Barely the napkin I mentioned. I even had to come back into the store and grab my new cup since the spout ended up in my last one...it was a medium and they gave me a large, so courteous.
I pretty much had to get dragged out of there before I spontaneously combusted.
Additionally when we were sitting in our vehicle prior to our escape, we saw another couple walk out without food that was behind us in line. I'm sure they were equally as repulsed.
Avoid at all cost.
We are waiting on a call from corporate to actually get this huge problem resolved, those people are killing that burger King and it's not right.
