I used the drive thru but didn't open the wrapper until I finished my fries and this is what their big fish looks like? It was too late for me to turn around to confront them, they just lost a customer. I will be conducting business in the area next month and know where we WILL NOT be going, horrible, not recommending.

Talk about a turnaround! This BK used to be one to avoid, but my, how times have changed! We’ve had 3 consistent, excellent experiences with this location over the last two months. Food and ordering are quick. Food is hot and delicious; orders complete and correct.

BK’s Royal crispy chicken sandwich and frozen coke are always the best in fast food restaurants of burgers. Whoppers are fresh but the patty sometimes tastes old. This location is great with crowns, free WiFi, and clean room.The question is that I felt sorry to see there were only two ladies working on drive thru and dining in at this BK during dinner time, which made the service really slow. They have to hire more staff to help these two kind ladies. The How To Train Your Dragon crowns are lovely!!!

I had a fantastic drive-thru experience at Burger King! From start to finish, everything was smooth, fast, and friendly. The intercom was clear, and the staff member taking my order was polite, patient, and got everything right the first time. When I pulled up to the window, I was greeted with a smile and great energy. My order was ready quickly, and everything was hot and fresh. The Whopper had that classic flame-grilled taste, the fries were crispy and perfectly salted, and even the drink was filled to the top with just the right amount of ice. What really stood out was the attention to detail—napkins, straws, and condiments were all in the bag without me having to ask. The staff clearly takes pride in their service, and it shows. If you're looking for quick, quality fast food with excellent customer service, this Burger King drive-thru nails it every time. Highly recommend!

I just stopped here today on my way home from work and all I have to say is; this is probably the best burger King I've had in a minute! I did uave to pull up and wait while in the drive thru but everything is super fresh and delicious! The staff were nice as well! Overall great experience :>

I live close to this place and it had been one of my regular stops. I however won't be visiting it again. The newest crew doesn't understand English, they cannot get my order right, they then sell you to upgrade the size and give you cold fries/rings etc. Likewise, their soft drinks served to me were not diet and others tasted like nothing but sweetener. I can only assume this fast food establishment is only currently serving the ignorant. Hopefully the word gets out and the owner stops degrading the BK brand to pad their wallet.

You're probably asking yourself, a Burger King getting an upgraded review? Yep, I couldn't help myself! I don't do fast food often, but when I do it's typically Burger King because they have an Impossible Burger (veggie burger). As a vegetarian the options tend to be slim, so when the craving hits, this is where I go. During my last visit, I quickly noticed that they have entirely new staff. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru, it was clear as day. The fella taking my order had the best energy and put a real smile on my face. When I pulled up to the window, the vibes were the same! My food was also clearly made fresh to order and it was quick. I enjoyed them so much that I had to tell them their positive attitude was noticed and appreciated. Oftentimes it's people that make the biggest difference and I can confirm that here.

The ladies' bathroom looked clean but stunk. The service was fast and friendly but the food was inedible. I ordered a chocolate shake which was so sweet that neither myself nor my husband could eat/drink much of it. My husband ordered onion rings and after eating a few, he said "these onion rings have no onions"! I tasted one and it tasted somewhat/vaguely oniony so I googled it and read that they are made from minced onions. So those were also mostly inedible. First time ever we actually threw away fast food!

Good, fast, service. Drive thru was clean and organized into two lanes but only one lane was open. Outside of the store was clean and in order. The cashier was friendly and it was an easy transcation and no wait. The food was hot and delicious. I had to wait a minute or so before biting into my whooper with cheese as I could feel the heat, and wanted to give that cheese a little time to melt. It was good across the board and glad I stopeed.

Literally everyone knocks on BK5 but I've never ever had an issue here (unlike Wendy's on Olentangy... that's a whole other mood.) I'm partial to a Whopper and BK fries, but I will never turn down an OG Chicken sammy either! The last two times I've come through the drive thru here the employees were really nice. Zero issues with my order. They even asked me if I'd like to wait a few minutes for hot fries and brought them out to me, despite her working drive-thru alone.) So haters gonna hate but I love you BK5. I won't ever forsake you or your delicious fries!

I've been going to this Burger King for a while and it's kind of hit or miss. A lot of the times they're perfectly fine, if take a bit. Other times you get there and it's people that can't do the most basic of things. I don't blame the workers though - most of them seem to be doing their best and you know they ain't paid enough to live in this town. I blame the people that are above them.

Horrible for DINE-IN! I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and NOBODY gives a fuck about me. There are only 3 employees and they were too busy serving DRIVE-THRU orders. Absolutely NO RESPECT for dine-in customers. Would not recommend this place at all. If you want to feel IGNORED, this is the place to go. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I asked for a whopper with cheese and no pickles and they gave me two buns two patties and cheese for a burger. I would give negative stars if I could, disgrace of an establishment... there was no wait in line and as I roll up there are 3 employees just standing around laughing. I dont care that youre trying to enjoy your time while you work but come on you cant even get a simple order right and there is no line. Shouldnt be an excuse for that

Avoid at all costs. This has to be the absolute worst Burger King in Columbus. The only way you can order is via the drive thru. You'll pull up, and they'll ask you to wait before taking your order. And you'll wait and wait and wait. On average, I sit there in my car for a good 10-15 minutes before they ask me what I'd like to order. Time of day doesn't matter - early morning, lunch/dinner rush, or any other time of the day - it takes at least 30 minutes to get my food every time. The food's good and they get my order right most times as long as it's not customized in some way. However, when I order through the app and customize my burger, they never get it right. This BK is the closest location to me, but I'd rather drive 10-15 minutes out of my way to a more decent BK for my food.

So like previous reviews they struggle to have anything, mine was ICE, like u have 3 machines but no ice, also they failed to make a double cheese burger correctly, how u fail at adding two patties and cheese outside of that manager was honest of ICE and swapped me out for ICEE " how ironic. Otherwise it is what it is with this store. Bathrooms also needed cleaning it smelt awful. No point on saving this place just close it down.

Who is running this business. 5:45 pm. The dinner rush time. All of the doors are locked, okay it's post Covid. At least put a sign on the doors. Tried the drive thru. The lady was very nice. She informed me before I placed my order, that they had no cheese today for the orders. Really.... there is a Giant Eagle near by. Send someone. Also the soda machine was broken. Come on management get it together. This is I a good looking restaurant, probably just updated. Probably won't go back to this one.

Congratulations you have chosen a location that doesn't like business. While on a bus that is 12 1/2 feet tall 45 feet long we pulled in tried to go in to place our order with masks and everything and the doors were all locked. So the driver walked around to the window to explain that we wouldn't fit through the drive-through where a male "manager" told him we are not allowed to come there we are not allowed to be there and that we need to leave his parking lot right now. Take your money elsewhere. Anywhere else.

I would give them zero stars if I could. First off...this place has two drive through windows and NEVER use both of them so there is always a minimum 15-20 min wait in line. Today I waited for 29 minutes, got to the intercom to order and they informed me that they could only take cash for which I did not have any. 20 minutes of my life I can't get back. They could have at least used a sharpie and a piece of cardboard to make a sign and put it up at the entrance. Fucking incompetent assholes. Never going here again.

Willing to bet this is the worst BK in Ohio. I've given it a try 3-4 times and each time is a new level of horrific experience. Food is cold, out of many items, extremely long wait times, staff is rude...the list goes on. The most recent time I went was an early Wednesday afternoon. I waited at the drive-through for 10 minutes and nobody said anything through the speaker, so I pulled around to the window. When I pulled up, a worker with 3 teeth aggressively opened the window and yelled something at me. I couldn't understand what he said so I asked, "are y'all open?" The man yelled something that sounded like "Closed 20 minutes...count the register". Then I left. And that's the whole story. Probably won't try going again unless I just want to have a laugh about how bad it is.

4:30 pm 2 cars at the parking lot and with 3 ppl inside. We drove to drive thru only car in line, waited 8 minutes just to put order. They said short on staff. Checked yelp and saw review and no we didn't stay and waste more time with this pathetic Burger King.

I'm on a Chicken Sandwich tour and Burger King was on today's stop. I ordered online and got a special offer of 2 Spicy Ch'King Combos for $11.00. Great deal. Meal was ready on time and fresh. They even gave us extra fries.:) The new sandwich was fantastic. Probably the best sandwich I've ever had from the King. In my rankings it comes in at #3. Way to go BK!

This is by far the WORST burger king i have EVER been too. EVER. i get its fast food but the guy taking my order was so unbelievably rude and cut me off before i could finish my order, then got loud when i said i wanted 2 drinks with my order. did not even get all of the food i ordered, and food was made incorrectly. now i know why this place is never busy. go anywhere else but here. don't waste your money. if i could i wouldn't even give it one star.

Tried to pick up a door dash order at 947 (they close at 10) and the lady in the drive thru told me they were closed (once again they close at 10). If you are going to close 15 minutes early why allow a customer to order through door dash online? Very rude service

Disappointing. Took my kids to Burger King in Grandview as they had remodeled there and it looked like it would be a quick good meal via the drive thru which had recently upgraded to two lanes which indicated they were busy enough to streamline the traffic. Asked for an impossible burger....reply was, we don't have any. Asked for a veggie burger....reply was, we don't have that either.... and finally....asked for a vanilla shake....we don't carry those (despite all of these items were on the menu). Service took about 10 minutes to get what they did have....which was not much. Will not be back.

Why am I reviewing a fast food chain?. Because this particular drive thru made me legitimately both mad and sick to my stomach "literally". I seriously question the type of meat used to make that original chicken sub sandwich. This can't be chicken. No effin' way man. I actually enjoy eating unhealthy and go thru a fast drive thru once or twice a week. But come on... At least give me an unhealthy good end product, not a sloppy super-salty patty of something totally indigestible. No excuses here. Shame on such a legendary name.

You can renovate all day long but you can never renovate how this place is managed. They take your order when they feel like it. Hours sign says Drive-thru open till 11pm. Got there at 10:40, lights and menu lights are on. Was told "sorry honey we're closed". Lazy. .. and stop using the word "honey" to address people. I'm not your honey, Honey. Trashy.

I order two burgers both plain, the screen said plain, and the receipt said plain for both, and ordered an onion ring as well. There was one car other than me, and my both my burgers we messed up. The guy taking my order looked high on drugs too. It's a level two snow emergency so i doubt they had many customers today. I gave BK another chance and they dropped the ball hard. This is why i typically choose wendys instead. Very disappointed.

Came here months ago for breakfast once. Ordered a decaf coffee and was told they didn't carry decaf. Strike one. Strike two came when I noticed my breakfast sandwich was not the sandwich I ordered or paid for. After that, never came here again for breakfast. Recently, I came to try this place once more, but this time at night for a late meal. Strike three: ordered and paid for a Double Whopper, got a regular Whopper instead. I got some fries too, and don't usually eat ketchup with them, but for some reason they found it necessary to give me like eight packs of ketchup, which is just a waste (they should probably ask at the window if you want it, like Taco Bell asks about sauce) ... and I have to keep a hold of tiny ketchup packets now until I feel like eating ketchup so I don't feel bad tossing them out. I don't get fast food like this often, but I'm surely never coming back here.

Staff seems uninterested in doing any work. They didn't have multiple menu items, and when I ordered the 8 pc mozzarella sticks, they didn't have any marinara sauce and only gave me 6 sticks. They also didn't give me the onion rings I payed for and I lost the receipt. I should've known better and chose to eaten healthier.

Went to this location this morning @ 9:45am for breakfast. I went to the drive thru where the lighted menu boards were turned on and the sign out front was turned on but no one responded at the drive thru speaker. I drove up to the drive thru window but no one came to the window. I then attempted to enter the lobby of the restaurant but the door was locked. Lights were on but nobody home at 9:45am. Multiple cars in line at the drive thru when I pulled away, and none appeared to receive service. Can't complain about the service because there was none.

Burger King, as a chain, has the best coupons and deals going. They also have one the largest menus of the fast food burger places with veggie burgers, fish, icees, chicken straws, onion rings, etc... Sadly, this location is not one that can be recommended. Stopped in today, early afternoon, for lunch prior to going to a volunteer gig that would last well past dinnertime. There were two cars waiting at the drive through, so I went inside. The young man who took my order seemed uncertain as to whether or not he should be there. He did take my order without making eye contact, told me my order would be done in a minute and handed me change after I reminded him I had not gotten my change. Receiving my meal took about ten minutes, which is pretty poor for having been the only one in line, but bad went to worse. The man who entered the restaurant to order five minutes into my lunchtime wait was served by a young woman who was on her cell 'phone and did not stop her conversation while she took the order. I am not kidding. She held an iPhone to her head while she rang up an order. Cleanliness of the dining room and restroom could be generously described as filthy. The table I started to sit as was smeared with ketchup (hard to tell with those dirt obscuring patterns). I wanted to wash my hands twice after touching the bathroom sink handles. I got to the sink after paying the ferryman to row me across the river of water (I hope) on the floor that was pouring from the broken sink trap into a plastic bucket and then onto the tiles. Gross. Several of the soda flavors were listed as empty on the Coke dispenser, too. All in all, this wasn't fast food, and it was so disappointing that I will never return to this location. Come on franchisees that care...buy this place and fix it!

This location is never taking orders through the drive thru. I'm not sure if people just don't show up to work, or if they just ignore people intentionally. Hours advertised for drive thru are 7AM-11PM, but no one taking orders still at 8AM. They should just close this location if they don't want to run it properly.

Showed up at 545 pm- employee decided to close place early. When asked why he stated he didn't feel comfortable running this place anymore. Have had multiple issues with this place being closed early, employees standing outside hanging out with their friends in cars with headsets on, not professional language, always out of menu items. This place needs to just close.

Burger King is under new management and I got a great experience this morning. They we're out of a few items but the manager assured me that she's getting everything back in order because she just took over the store. Can't wait to see!!

This is hands down the worst run fast food location I have ever come across. The first time I came to this location they told them they didn't have any beef and was only serving chicken.. at BURGER king. Second time we arrived at 10:15 in hopes of breakfast and the store hadn't opened for the day and didn't open for another 30 min. Multiple other times they couldn't take any card orders because they didn't have any change (makes absolutely no sense). Have been told twice we can't order in the drive thru and can only order inside. Once side employees are screaming at each other and rude to the customers. I've never gone to this location without there being some sort of issue or crisis happening. There have been more times I've had to leave without purchasing anything then times I've been able to compete an order.

Went to Burger King around 10:00 a few nights ago. The sign outside says, "Drive thru open until 11." I pull up to place an order at 10:09 and the worker there shouted, "We closed!!!" Not only was this guy very rude and used horrible grammar, but apparently workers aren't working 11 PM? I won't be back to this location!

I love Burger King and their breakfast is one of my favorites. I will often stop in to get myself and coworkers breakfast and every time I go I have had an unpleasant experience with the older woman working the drive through. This morning topped those experiences because her attitude wasnt just unhappy, it was downright rude. On top of that she gave me soggy food and no syrup with my French toast sticks. Overall left a sour taste in my mouth that makes me not want to go back to this location.

I go here quite often since it's on my way home from work. I've never been inside, I just order through the drive-thru and I've never had a bad experience! It's always super fast and I always get fresh fries which is awesome. I don't get all the bad reviews at all. Friendly costumer service and they're always generous with their sauces!

Wow! Have watched Burger King commercials over and over with their new burger sandwiches, drove after work to get them for my family, to another neighborhood because the two Burger Kings in my neighborhood closed, waited in line behind 4 cars, and was then told they have no hamburger. So the one star is not because the food was bad but because there were no burgers at a Burger King. Luckily, they had chicken at the Chick-fil-A nearby.
