The manager Nancy (she said that she is manager but im not sure) was incredibly rude and painfully slow. I placed a simple order at the counter and she acted like I was bothering her, snapping at me the whole time. Then she took forever to make the order, moving at a snail’s pace while the line kept growing. Everyone was waiting only because of her. Food finally came out cold and she still had an attitude when she handed it over. Worst service I’ve ever had at a Burger King. Will not be back as long as Nancy is working there.

I went there at 1 AM (they're open 24 hours according to Google Maps) so my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised to receive quick service (I placed a mobile order about 5 minutes before I pulled up to the drive-thru) and be greeted by a friendly cashier. I'm grateful.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY! This place is gross gross. Went in today and saw the damn Orkin man behind the counter with his flashlight out, looking for bugs. I ask “do they have an infestation back there?”, and he goes “I’m not aloud to tell you”. This place is nasty nasty, I will never, ever, be coming back here again. The part that has me messed up is the staff and the Orkin man aren’t even ashamed, they were just smiling at me like “who cares our place of work is nasty”

I hadn't been to Burger King in years and was running errands and wanted to stop for a quick lunch. ordered the #1 combo Burger King Whopper, fries and a drink. Not cheap any more, over $9. Whopper was ok, fries, just fair.

order through door dash from here my order was to arrive at 1203pm to 12115pm time kept changing to a later time then when driver did pick the order up it showed he had stops to make before me. complaing to door dash all they could say there sorry for my experence im having well i have to say its now going on 1245 and i had to be somewhere. telling door dash this all they offered was a credit on my next order. so now im waiting way past my appointment the tracker then says delivered looks on porch no food even though its stayed hand to me on the order. contacting door dash again by filing never recieved order i left fo my appointment at 145pm almost 2 hours after i had ordered.well went to my appointment and went out with freinds after arrived home at 10pm and wow the bag of food was on the porch its now 2 days after and still says under review. im only reviewing this here because other then reviews on doordash site i cant find any where on yelp or BBB to complain. my point is these resturants pay for these services as well as we do so control these delivery services better or dont use them....

Placed order in the app to have a quick pick up in the drive thru Kids asked to eat there vs the car, and I noticed the picnic tables outside so parked and we got to enjoy the food outdoors.

While waiting for our order I witnessed an employee eating with gloves on near what looked like a sink towards the back after taking a couple of bites she put what was left down and wiped her mouth with the inside of her hand and continued to start making other orders. I told her that was completely disgusting and to go wash her hands and put new gloves on. When l told the manager he couldn't give a s... I even told him I worked for the Health department in sandiego. This is a serious issue and people need to know how unsanitary this location is. 5080 west Atlantic Delray. By now you'd think I learned, We threw Our order away. Will never be back to this location or possibly any Burger King .

The food is always hot and fresh every time I go which isn't often so that tells me that the crew is constantly monitoring the food quality. Haven't had an issue with service time I'm always in and out . Great crew here on W Atlantic Ave!

I don't think I've ever done a review on fast food drive-thru, but this one was just perfection. Really nice operator at the drive-thru console, super fast, hot and fresh and tasty burger. I just had a really bad experience with a different Burger King last week so I was so excited this one was done so well.

Latisia, manager of store #3197 and her entire crew exceeded each and every expectation one could have while dining out. We have been customers of Burger King our entire lives and have visited BK establishments around the country. We can honestly scream, THIS IS THE BEST BURGER KING IN THE NATION! Spotless from front to back, we were greeted by more than one employee and felt like we were truly appreciated as customers. Every single employee worked with a smile and did not slack off. Every one of the staff was exceptional! Thank you, Latisia and all of your crew. We will be back

absolutely horrible. dirty dirty x 1000. not a clean table in the place. i hope corporate is reading this. I will be calling them tomorrow. The counter girl was totally rude to a man who was trying to pay with a $100.00 bill. It was dinner time. How could you not have change? He walked out. The counter girl appeared to be very dumb. I asked her about the chicken wraps. She had no idea how to describe them to me. I asked her if they had dressing inside of them. She didnot know, Gave me the dumbest look. I asked her about the last one on the list which had no name . She said it comes with sausage and onions and peppers but we have no onions and peppers. UGH I will never return to this BK and reluctant to go to any. The homeless man off the street came in to take food out of the garbage can. GROSS. The dirty trays were stacked 20 deep and the gargbabe cans were running over. How does this place stay open. You better get a better manager in this place and get rid of your dumbells behind the counter. She tried to serve me a drink cup that was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. I had to ask her for a beverage cup. OMG this was such a terrible experience. And besides the chicken wrap was disgusting. Only good things was the fries. DONT EVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used to come here once every two weeks and the service was good and so was the food but then for the last month or so it's been hit or miss with everything .Big tip, Always tell them you want it off the broiler, when you ask for it that way and they do it it usually tastes much better. The staff isnt rude , But they're not terribly helpful either and they don't honor any of the ads on television like the your way meal among others they also give you a hard time when you're using the royal perks program on your phone or if you're redeeming one of those things on the back of the receipt for a free whopper even if you write the correct number they tell you what's wrong and refused to honor it. My last three trips you made me think they would be my last , but I'm gonna give them one more chance

I stopped in here today for lunch.... or at least I tried to get lunch. Burger King now sells a plant based burger called the Impossible Whopper. I stood in line behind three people and when it was my turn to order, I was told that this particular location doesn't carry the Impossible Whopper, so I walked out. When I walked out, there was a homeless woman sitting on the sidewalk right outside the door on Burger King Property pan handling. Not a very appealing site to see at a restaurant.

This location is listed as open until 2:00 am and I got there at 12:30, sat for 20 minutes for them to tell me they (2 employees) don't know how to make the food and close at 12....

The customer service here is below one star! I went through the drive through for breakfast and the girl at the window was very rude ! Even though I told her I had a coupon when ordering and she didn't hear it she rudely said to me "you Need to say that back there next time " and proceeded to start an argument! She also handed me my food with an attitude and slammed her window without giving me a chance to look in my bag and making sure I had everything! I will NOT be returning.

Seen a deal on TV so I stopped on the way home. Asked about the deal and they said it's not available. This is not the first time at this location. I didn't order anything and will not be back. How can you advertise something and then say no. It's just a way to get you in.

Went through drive through on lunch break. Got to work and they gave me the wrong sandwich. So after work I brought my receipt in and the burger that was wrong and the manager was rude as hell and made me feel like it was my fault. meanwhile I didn't eat since breakfast because they messed up. NEVER GO HERE!!! not sure how they stay in business. They should have given me a meal gift card if they knew how to run a business. I work close by. Not very smart Do not eat here'.

WORST tasting Whopper I have ever had. Sloppy made. Almost no letuce and a slice to tomato about 1 millimeter thin. Gobs of foul tasting fake mayonnaise. The meat had an objectionable taste. Really BAD! I have finished with Burger Kind for life. Burger King = YEECH!!!!

This is one of the best Burger King location, gotta love late night food runs. This should be 5 star Michelin rated food place. Gordon Ramsay would be eating here every night.

My nuggets were cold and the food took over 15 minutes to prepare and there went that many people there. The food at bk had some potential when it's done right but many of the places are understaffed and just don't give a rip.

Horrible service. Manager was rude. The breakfast sandwich was old and rubbery. When I told the manager, she said that is the way it was supposed to be. I've never had it taste or look like that before. She did not even offer to give me a new one. Totally disappointed. If I could give it a minus 5, I would.

Dont really do this much, but these guys deserve a comment. I have gotten breakfast several times now on a Sunday morning and their Sun morning crew are awesome! They are fast, and extremely friendly. Not just that, but those croissanwiches have been the best I have ever had. Bacon has been crispy! (why cant any other fast food chains do that, including other BKs?) Keep up the excellent work!

I'm not one to post many reviews so when I do it's well deserved. Being an over the road driver I frequent many restaurants. Unfortunately this Burger King is one of the filthiest restaurants I have seen. Beginning with the pull handle on the front door to the soda machine that was filthy and out of ice. My experience continued on with stale fried and a dried out burger. The tables looked as if they were not cleaned all day and showed streaks and stains of earlier use. It was so bad I walked out and happily drove across the street to MacDonald's. Do yourself and your heath a favor and stay away from this place.

Don't go to this dirty ass Burger King, me and my sister went to get something to eat, the cashier was acting weird and trying to rush us, my sister wanted a different Bach of fries because they gave her cold fries and when I went to get it for her they gave me a dirty look, but I didn't care until they were talking about it and I could hear them talking crap and their ketchup was orange and had flies all around it. Don't go here if I were you I would go to the McDonald's across the street.

I tried the Impossible Burger there and it had a chemical after taste to it. The Diet Coke was flat and tasted like cough medicine. And the service was terrible, never again.

I haven't been to Burger King in several years, and now I remember why. I had a whopper which was absolutely awful. The burger was dry and barely warm. The cheese wasn't melted, the lettuce was wilted, 2 scraggly pieces of pickle, tomato stacked on one side of the burger, a few strands of onion. Not tasty at all. It'll be several more years before I go back there.

They always seem to mess up our order, I ordered 4sausage egg n' cheese and two with bacon. So they decided to give me the opposite 4 bacon and two sausage but seeing all the other reviews now after, I should've went to McDonalds. I should go in dressed as Ronald McDonald and have my nephew dressed as the ham-burgler. The only Burger King around that is any good is the one on Boynton Beach.

The absolute worst customer service of any corporate entity that I have ever experienced. Waited over 15 minutes for a 3 item order, and that was with being forced off the the drive thru to wait. I entered the store, was basically ignored. I asked for a refund and was literally yelled at "not my problem Bro". Tell you what... BRO, you will be out of a job when automation replaces your lazy disrespectful ass. Note to corporate BK, maybe someone from Canada (yes...BK left the states to save on taxes) should fly down and witness first hand how deplorably your establishments are being managed. Do you even give a crap about brand image? Look at the reviews on this place! Shut it down and spare the cost of the monthly heath department fines this establishment is at risk of incurring. Adios Burger King... never again...McDonalds from now on.

Purchased fish sandwich meal for $7+ change. Paid with a $20 bill and never got my change or receipt. I was in a hurry and didn't think about it until the next day. One person took my payment and gave me my drink. Another person gave me the bag of food and said thank you as if rushing me on my way. I will stick to McDonalds from now on.

Went to this BK today at 4:50pm. Everything about this location is just plain dirty - the floors, the cash registers, the racks where they put the food, the walls, and everything else that you can see. They should be shut down until they clean it up.

The WORST burger king in all of palm beach county FL. Management is terrible and lacks training on customer relations and customer service. Maria Castello and a young Lady by the name of Felicia (i dont know her last name) are not fit to serve customers in any capacity and are the worst examples of leadership much less a Managerial position. On Dec 31st, 2016 my order was completely wrong, and i didnt know until i drove 5 miles home. I came back and Felicia, first off never apologize for the inconvenience it caused me as the customer, she treated this as it was an inconvenience for her (by way of her body language and facial expressions). I then asked her for a cup so that i can have a new drink altogether, seeing that my coke was now flat, having drove 10 miles in between BK and my home. She then said to me "Who's problem is that"...which took me by surprise, because normally, a good manager would do everything in his or her power to accommodate and appease a customer who's been inconvenienced by reasons of an order done incorrectly. A good manager would not just replace one aspect of an order done wrong, but a good manager typically would replace everything (burger, fries and the drink). So I told her, "If you really want to be technical, my coke is flat now because i had to drive 10 total miles (from BK to my house then back to BK) on account of you all getting my order wrong...so a good gesture would be to replace my drink also". Long story short...Felicia refused to give me a new drink...and said she doesn't "give a damn" about customer service. I then asked for my money back and you'd think from the inconvenience this all caused me and the refusal to replace my drink...you'd think she'd just give me my money back...but NO...she tells me in order to get my $6 bucks back (regardless of the inconvenience of getting a wrong order, and regardless of the fact she was rude and unprofessional to me and in front of other customers and in front of her staff) in order to get my $6 bucks back, she tells me "You need to file a complaint".....ARE YOU SERIOUS??? So I called the cops, which was absolutely ridiculous, (just to get my $6 bucks back)...they however were not able to make Felicia give me my money back, but I was able to file an incident report [incident# 2016-0183352] with the Delray Police Dept. Not sure what was Felicia's problem that night, but it seems to be a reoccurring theme at this particular BK...(Terrible Managers that dont know the value of making customers happy). BK needs to do better with Character assessments and training for anyone they're considering putting in Management positions. This situation should have never involved the Cops. As a Manager, she failed miserably to defuse a situation that could have spiraled out of control had I been the type of person that would quickly fly of the handle or was a loose canon. This situation could have ended really bad for her, all because she was having a bad night and decided to take it out on a Long Time BK customer.

Service sucks, management sucks, restaurant is not clean, and regular consumers are not appreciated by the store management nor the franchise management. I have patronized the location for more about 2 years on an average of 3-4 days a week and have never really been thanked or felt as though I am appreciated for choosing the location. The sandwich makers have no since of urgency and they are always making mistakes. This is a reflection of not the assistant managers, but the store manager and the executive level (franchise managing partner who refused to provide contact information). It is sad when you are a regular in a restaurant and you can feel the negativity that the staff holds toward you when you approach the counter on a daily basis and are told one day by a manager, "I fired that employee over your $5.00 value meal." Then the next day you go in to find that you were lied to and the employee who said whatever he wanted to a customer on the front line was still employed, really seriously!!! Get it together Burger King!!!
