Burger King

By far the nastiest Burger King I’ve ever been to. They have roaches and I WILL be reporting them to the health board! They also need to learn how to treat people. I’m far from homeless and for them to treat me like shit because i don’t dress like they want me to is absolutely disgusting. Yes I speak English and yes I will be filing complaints with the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, Denver Department of Public Health & Environment – Public Health Investigations, Jefferson County Public Health – Food Safety / Environmental Health and Burger King corporate just to make sure you people run a cleaner more healthy establishment.

Went here today and ordered the BBQ Brisket whopper. It looked like it had no brisket on it. Told the employees, they pulled back the cheese with a spoon and showed a tiny bit of meat. I told them I wanted a refund, they said I ordered in the app so I couldn't get a refund from them. They ended up remaking it and it was exactly the same as before. Made a complaint in the app. Was offered a $5 coupon, almost half the cost of the item. I said I wanted a refund, they flat out said no. This isn't even the first time I have had problems here. In the past they ran out of an item but it wasn't marked in the app so I just didn't get it. They would only sub something of less value, so I said no. I complained in the app and they only gave me a coupon that couldn't be used with any other offers. I couldn't get my money back. I'm done with this Burger King, and all Burger Kings, really. Can't trust my money here. I guess I'll save some cash in the end given the crazy prices these days. Go elsewhere.

The people they hire do not understand how to take orders we pay for large and they give us medium!!!! This is fast food it's not hard!!! Hire people who actually understand what the customers are ordering!

I wasted thirty dollars here in breakfast! All my sandwiches were squished and crushed, you can see the finger prints on them. The large Drive thru lady had an attitude. I am never coming back here again, going to McDonald's instead.

People here are awful, always asking for a moment as I’m ordering like what? Atleast make sure you can take my order before asking me what I want. Disrespectful as well, always having an attitude and it takes them for ever to do anything, 20 minutes in the drive through and god forbid if you come at night.Terrible Burger King👎

For me waiting almost a half hour in the drive through I would have expected my food to be better , my fries were old burger was ok and my coke was flat , for spending almost 60 dollars I was highly disappointed I know it’s fast food but like I said I expected a little better quality or freshness at that . At the end of the day I didn’t even get an apology or an excuse on why it took 30 minutes for my food to come out

Omg😳😳😳….I ordered my food and while I waited went to restroom to wash my hands … The foul order made me throw up 😩. Now I need to wash my hands the Water was Ice cold… which I’m sure is a violation with health department… the breakfast burrito was slapped together half rolled n plz send health dept to inspect this location 😟😟😟😟😟

Worst Burger king in town. Ate there last night and it was some of the worst food we have ever gotten there. The lettuce put on our sandwiches must have been sitting in that tray for hours and hours. It was black and soggy and wilted. They should be ashamed to serve food like that to people. You could tell that each burger was just slapped together and wrapped up. No pride in what they are serving to people. I've been a loyal long time customer but it's been getting worse, this time did it for me. If I ever eat at burger king again which will not be a good long while, I will never go to this one ever again!!! Whoever runs this store should be FIRED for letting food go out that way.

This is a classic case of customer service making all the difference. I typically avoid this particular Burger King as it's usually inundated with high school students from nearby Lincoln High School and the homeless hang out by the front door begging change. Not to mention they sleep on the sidewalk and out near the drive through area. It's very disconcerting for me and I suspect, many others. Today I went in and was immediately met by a cheery and wonderful young woman named Juana. She was as friendly as could be and she even rearranged my order a little to make it considerably less expensive. She was all smiles and made my entire experience and great one. My Impossible burger was hot, fresh and quite tasty. My experience was so positive that actually did the online survey listed on the receipt and that's only the second one of those I've ever done in my life. The place was reasonably clean and I like the newer decor. It's a big improvement.

Only accepting cash after 10 pm, and after digging around my car and finding cash, conveniently theyre "out" of impossible whopper patties. No surprised, really.

whoever worked on march 31, 2024 at drive through around 2PM was very rude. gave me a completely different order. i shouldn't have to check my bag every time. when we asked for barbecue she rolled her eyes & gave attitude like a little kid. the food was cold, and seemed to not be fully cooked. horrible costumer service & horrible food.

This is the only Burger King I've seen that refuses to take mobile orders and coupons. There's no way I'm gonna overpay for this stuff and this is the only location close to me so I guess Burger King isn't an option for me anymore.

Worse service ever 20 mins for my food is ridiculous. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. top it off people serve the food half ass

i just finished ordering and receiving food at this location off of Evans and Federal and I must say the man who attended me I didn't catch his name, but he had excellent customer service. Extremely polite, courteous, respectful, happy to do his job . That guy was cool and we had a great experience. He had a Jordan logo tattoo. He was on the drive thru. Good for him. Good people. He taught me something.

Average service and average food set this location apart from the top and bottom of the barrel by an appreciable margin (roughly a star in either direction, to quantify it in Yelp terminology). The staff is fairly friendly, the location relatively clean, the parking lot somewhat cramped and the soda machine is a self-serve smorgasbord of beverage options. They have a near-open-concept dining room, save for a curved wall inexplicably shoved in the middle to break up sight lines or maybe support the load of the structure. The place manages to always seem rather empty, even during busy times, so at least it doesn't seem crowded. Ten chicken nuggets for a dollar and forty-nine cents is a deal good enough to visit even poor-service locations, so this average one more than fits the bill.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Last time I go here I tried to be nice. But I refuse to go to a place where I feel like the employees slack it looks like they are trying and working hard but if only they would take an extra minute to look at what they are doing. Our food was wrong cold and missing some things I do not think it takes much to double check.

Ordered a bacon king from Burger King and the bottom of it was full of white powder it was way more than the picture below but I tried wiping off before I decided it was not salvageable. Hopefully it was flower I called and no answer.

This place always comes through. I don't understand how they give you so much food for so little $. I've never had a bad experience here but saw all the 1 star reviews so I had to give it 5. The girl who works there was super nice and hooked it up with the sauce.

Absolutely horrible store!!! Why this store is even open is beyond me!!! My daughter went in there to order lunch for my co-workers and everything she tried to order, they apparently were sold out! When she asked what they did have then, the gentleman proceeded to tell her, "you'll just have to ****ing figure it out! What do you want?!" Such crap! Horrendous customer service!! She was hysterical and in tears!! When I tried to call and complain, of course the phone just rang and rang. This was at 2:15, not even at lunchtime!! Purely awful!!!

I've been pretty generous to give this place multiple tries. If the heath department took a temp of the food, they may wonder if it was from yesterday.

I have to say that this is by far the worst BK i've ever been to and I've been to a lot. If you try to get through the drive thru during a 30 minutes lunch break, you will be late. I came through her and ordered two cheeseburgers and a french fry and waited for 15 minutes. Instead of having someone who had a big order wait, they just make everyone wait which backs up the drive thru line. And, by the time you receive your food, it's cold because they prepare it when the order is taken and just let it sit in the bag by the register. My cheeseburgers were cold and the french fries smelled like day old grease. I'll pass on this BK in the future.

This location has been horrible for years! I keep going back hoping it'll get better, but it never does. Don't expect good service here at all!

Quite simply the worst Burger King their is! I've always hated this location because they routinely mess up my order and are always extremely slow. But my last experience was dishonest. They were advertising 2 sandwiches for $5. The choices were the Whopper, the fish sandwich and the chicken sandwich. I was ordering the 2 for $5 deal, a deal other Burger King's were offering and this Burger King was advertising. The employee says that they are not offering that deal anymore. I explain that it is advertised on the menu, to which he replies that they hadn't taken it down yet. Umm... until you take it down that is the price. I will never return.

Super slow service. Sat at the drive thru for 2 minutes, said "Hello?", then was told to wait. Sat for another 8 min before getting help. The drive thru screen is super broken looking that looks like it's been abandoned for years, which is kind of funny.

They need to tear down this location. The drive through is slow and rude. The window is broken and that huge post is in a bad location. The parking lot is a joke. Big humongous pot holes. This location has been run down for years. I

Horrible service. I was the only customer there and i still had to wait 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Not only that they got my order wrong.

Definitely bad service at this location. They never give what you ordered. I went there Saturday night to pick up food becauee it's the closest to home........ NEVER again!!!! I got home and I didn't have all my food. I called to talk to the manager, and w a s told he wouldn't be back until Monday morning MAYBE!!!!! When I asked for a refund, they explained it wasn't possible with a credit card. As a manager, I KNOW for a FACT that this is not true. You can ALWAYS refund a card. As a manager of a restaurant, I would NEVER give crappy service like this. The sad thing is this has happened MULTIPLE times!!!!!!

So far! for as long as I have been going there. This time around the employees that are currently working there have been fast, and courteous. Especially Alejandra #24 I think is a shift manager there always has the biggest smile on her face. I love this Burger King. Thanks to all the Crew there!

Came to this Burger King for breakfast this morning and I decided to order 2 sausage biscuits that were showing 79¢ each on the menu. When I drive up and pay the receipt shows $1 I'm like excuse me is there a mistake? The girl at the window says yea they are back to $1 we just haven't changed the menu. I'm like that's not cool cause some people who don't have much money and see that price are going to expect it that way. So I drove off and decided to call the manager to let her know. She then picks up the phone (Linda) and I let her know hey ma'am I just came through the drive through and I ordered two sausage biscuits expecting them to be 79¢ each as show as the menu but they are and she then interrupted me and said no ma'am it doesn't say 79¢ it says $1. Excuse you I'm not lying! I'm calling you to let you know to be aware and she then mumbled something so I hung up. Shitty ass service. I'm a manager myself and never ever would I speak to my residents like that.

If your looking forward to getting what you ordered... Go to another place. Been here multiple times and they have never gotten an order right

Dont Eat Here!!! Everytime I've gone here my food is cold or my order is wrong, and the staff is frankly kinda rude! The last time I ordered a simple combo meal and instead I received the wrong meal entirely. I went inside and the manager was rather short with me, he also made me wait 10 minutes I didnt have to correct it without any type of apology. Dont use the slogan 'have it your way' if thats not what you are going to provide!

they get the orders wrong 98% of the time better check before you leave. do not use the drive thru if you are on a motor cycle, waited 5 mins figured i did not trip the buzzer. pulled up to the window the mgr came to the window said we do not serve ass holes like you slammed the window shut walked away , spoke to the gm she was oh ok ,, the bitch still works there,
