Went here today and ordered the BBQ Brisket whopper. It looked like it had no brisket on it. Told the employees, they pulled back the cheese with a spoon and showed a tiny bit of meat. I told them I wanted a refund, they said I ordered in the app so I couldn't get a refund from them. They ended up remaking it and it was exactly the same as before.
Made a complaint in the app. Was offered a $5 coupon, almost half the cost of the item. I said I wanted a refund, they flat out said no.
This isn't even the first time I have had problems here. In the past they ran out of an item but it wasn't marked in the app so I just didn't get it. They would only sub something of less value, so I said no. I complained in the app and they only gave me a coupon that couldn't be used with any other offers. I couldn't get my money back. I'm done with this Burger King, and all Burger Kings, really. Can't trust my money here. I guess I'll save some cash in the end given the crazy prices these days. Go elsewhere.
