Burger King

I came in on sunday Jan 11 2026 and I forgot my coupon at home the gentalman working the drivethrough remberd the code and still made it posible for me. I am a regular here daily and when employees do all they for the customers it does not go forgoten by the public who come daily.

Stopped with my son on the way from Victoria. The staff was very nice and helpful, the food was fast and good. We don't have a King around Campbell River, so it was a nice change from the others!!!! Clean area , parking is good and drive thru was busy. Was a great time to enjoy the nuggets and burgers!!!

The manager that works at night there is so rude and hateful to people. He treats people very badly. Send everyone home early and then is mad at the World because he has to work by himself to get orders out if you want good service go before 9 o’clock at night when there’s other people working besides him.

I go THRU THE DRIVE thru 3 TO 4 TIMES PER WEEK for an ICECREAM cone for my BUDDY COOPER . WHAT GREAT service by super staff who have the cone ready for my dog by the time I get to the window.

Staff was very lazy. Took 15mins to get a Whopper at 2:15 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. Then the fries were cold. Add another 3mins for fries. And can they play something else besides Bruno Mars? Thanks.

Reviewing purely on the kind and sweet young woman that work at the drive-thru window in the last couple months. I thought it was a fluke, for 1, but each time I’ve gone, the next young woman is just as kind and nice. That’s now three times! Keep up the good work!

Couldn’t believe the manager fillowed me through The parking lot too to take back the food I got even though there was a double order place that I paid for and I said I was gonna try and get a refund so she demanded I gave her the feedback even though I just paid for it crazy

Usually it's fast food and you get what you get for some reason this burger king I always have problems with /seems to be a lack of consistency or training. Food is often missing small items /found a deep fried piece of plastic in a to go order, food issues not in other franchises etc. there is an abundance of fast food around so may just be better off going somewhere more consistent.
