Burger King

Absolutely the best BK I visit. Everytime I stop here, as a trucker, the food is always fresh and the customer service is exceptional. These people do a great job doing their job and it shows. The manager on duty 1.23.25 at 115 pm is always friendly with a smile. Keep up the good work guys

This Restaurant is so dirty!!! I tried 2 times, and both I got stomach problems. the sauce of Originale Chicken and Big fish tasted so old . the roll withe the Big fish was a whopper roll and not a brioche roll. The Bacon cheese whopper was cutting in half, I don't know why. I will never go back to this Restaurant. The Bacon Cheese whopper was finally a double whopper and the Big Fish comes without lettuce. So nasty taste.

Incredible service at the drive through this morning (1/4/25). The lady at the window was so amazingly cheerful it was such a rare treat and surprise. She should be district manager at the very least

This location goes to show you that BK can outlast a building... GAS station side goes out of business and the BK just keeps going. This little place has tons of personality and staff was polite, accommodating... just pleasant to hear in the background. The food was hot, the fries were fresh, the fountain in the dinner had some issues, but the staff was very attentive to make sure we all got the beverages we wanted with a smile.

Couldn't get the order taken correct. Food was fresh and delicious but not what we had wanted to order. The tables were dirty and trash on the floor.

I can't believe that it takes sooooo long at a fast food restaurant that is fully staffed. It's the same routine every day and no improvement to efficiency 😞

Contrary to all of the other [negative] reviews, this location [at this particular time and day, on a Sunday @ 3 pm), the manager and employees are running a great fast food restaurant! Fresh food, very kind and courteous staff! My only complaint is the leaking bathroom stall/urinal that makes the floor a hazard and the bathroom smell. In terms of food, best Burger King tasting Whopper Meal I've had in over a decade in various states!

NEED NEW WORKERS! Absolutely the worst service ever. They have NEVER got my order right. Either the bacon is missing even though they charged me for it or it isn't plain or something is missing. I just tried to go though the drive through and didn't even get to finish the first item on my order and was already told to pull up and then ignored when I said I wasn't finished. Every drive through order gets told to pull around and then you have to wait another 20 mins for them to bring it out. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This location is disgusting. The dining room was a mess, soda machine out of half the flavors, staff seemed indifferent. Onion rings were undercooked and burger was just slapped together. There was a sign at the entrance offering a starting pay of $9 an hour, and I bet this is related to why this store is such a disaster. Not coming back again, ever.

0 stars the food was cold and the mozzarella sticksmtased like lotion and it was just disgusting and disappointing that it was gross like if this was the only thing to eat in the I'd be like nope not eating that.

Stopped in here for a late lunch on my way to Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. This Burger King is physically connected on the inside to a Spinx Gas Station/Convenience Store - but they have separate staffs. I ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese - sans bun. My attempt to go as low carb as possible in a fast food restaurant. Burger came up served in a plastic container with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, cheese, and pickles - the burger patties tasted like they had been pre-cooked some time ago and then kept in a warmer. I ate the whole thing though as I was starving. This Burger King has seen better days. It sorely needs a major interior overhaul. And it needs a good scrubbing - it was grungy and dirty. Finally, some on-going training for some of it's employees. It was about 2:30 pm on a Thursday when I was there. Two of the BK employees were wandering about the parking lot in their uniforms - not sure if they were on break or waiting to start work, but it did not look professional. And inside a couple of BK employees appeared to be on their break in the dining area and were very loud. I will give credit to the young lady working the register - she was professional and polite.

Filthy restaurant. Most tables were covered in debris and multiple puddles of sticky on the floor. No changing table in the bathroom. Bathroom was smelly and dirty. Husband asked for a knife to cut food, the cashier tried to give him a kitchen butcher knife.

We stopped to take a restroom break so I took my 3 yr old son could use the restroom. This place was so dirty, I didn't even want to us to use the restroom. With the bathrooms being the dirtiest place I've been in, I was not about to eat there. So we're back 85 north bound. Before you eat here, I'd check the restrooms. They haven't been cleaned in weeks. I regret not taking photos. I decided to write this review 1 hour north after leaving.

Horrible service! They typically get our order wrong and when attempting to correct you receive attitude. Poor establishment, poor service. Drive to the next best exit which is 54 if traveling from Spartanburg to Greenville.

A lot better deals and coupons available than McDonald's and you get more food for your money.

The lady that's worked there on the 30th of July during the evening was truly the greatest. Not only did she try to find us the cheapest option for what we wanted but she was super friendly and truly cared about her job. She even waved us goodbye and told me good luck on my upcoming games the next day. We really appreciated her after a hard day at the ball park. Thank you ma'am.

This place........I just don't really know. Every time I go, the bathroom looks disgusting and I'm not even going to talk about the food. One time I went with my boyfriend, my friend and her boyfriend before prom. We all got burgers. My burger had hair in it, my boyfriends burger tasted like dirt, my friends boyfriends burger was fine, and my friends burger had a freaking MAGGOT inside it. Needless to say, we trashed our burgers and went to Tin Lizzy's. Will DEFINITELY not be back.

Standards are low at this Burger King, staff are not so happy to be there. The Menu is honestly overpriced for what all you barely get.

Bad service. Order incorrect. Paid for customized double got single all the way. Rude and condescending idiot manager ridiculed my co-worker when he was concerned about being double-charged. He had to scrounge for cash to pay for order.

Cold Whopper, cold onion rings, a filthy drive thru, and rude customer service. There wasn't anything wrong when ordering my food, the person taking the order and handing me my food was just plain impolite. This location used to be good but is terrible now.

Second visit here second awesome meal. Food is hot and fresh is always girls are super sweet in the morning. Could not be any happier with my breakfast choice today. It was meant to be thanks Burger King for doing a great job and training a great staff!

Worst Burger King I've ever been to. Workers give you attitude when you ask for your order. They took 15 minutes to give me 2 sandwiches and when I finally got them they were not what I ordered. Don't waste your time or your money. Also place is really dirty. Go somewhere else.

Dirty facility, very rude non caring employees. Went in for a breakfast special, and not only did I get ignored, but the cashier called the woman behind me up first, ignored me when I asked if I counted as a customer, and then when the womans gift card wouldn't operate, 2 cashiers kept swiping the card causing me and 2 other customers to leave. Obviously the card was defective and obviously the employees didn't have the common sense to utilize another register for the upset customers in line.

This Burger King is so u professional! You call and call and call and never get an answer. Th managers don't assist as they should and employees don't respond well.

Your basic off the interstate Burger King. It was very burgery and kingy, thus giving it it's just title: Burger King.

If i could give a negative 5stars I would. I visted on Jan. 30,2018 around 7pm. I went to the restroom to wash my hands. A BK employee walked in behind me, he used the restroom & walked out without washing his hands. He went back behind the counter and grabbed cleaning supplies, and begin cleaning and mopping the dining area. I was disgusted, i immediately left the restaurant & attempted to call to report his nastiness, but never got an answer. That is like rule number 1 always wash your hands after using restrooms. I will never eat there, if that guy is working.

I instantly regret every time I pay this establishment to incredibly irritate me and serve me ruined incorrect food.

This burger king never gets my order right. There have been several occasions when I ended up throwing my food in the garbage or to my dog. Today was no exception. You are usually asked to pull up and wait for your food to be brought out to you but it never seems terribly hot or fresh. Also, there have been more than a few times when my onion free food tasted and smelled like it was covered with the things. I would say that out of the last ten visits to this establishment two times the food has been edible. I would go to another one but unfortunately the other burger king in my area is unbelievably even worse.
