Let me just start by saying I have ordered through the app to be picked up at this location on several occasions with no issues. Today, however, was the exact opposite! I placed an order via the App to be picked up at the drive through window. The drive-through line was a nightmare - extremely long and was unbelievably slow. When I finally got to the window, I was told that my order was given to someone else for pickup. I was advised to drive around and park, my food would have to be re-made, and someone would bring it out. An associate (it may have been the manager) came out empty-handed with no clear explanation why my food was given to someone else. Her demeanor was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. When I demanded a refund, she told me that I would have to request it via the App. Turns out, customer service via the App is automated. All I received was a reply saying they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Consequently, I have no food (I had lost my appetite by that time) and no refund. I will never again patronize this location. I DO NOT recommend! This location gives Burger King a terrible name. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere!
