I am mainly reporting who she says is the manager Maria. I arrived to pick up my order at 11:05pm, now lobby may be closed but the door was unlocked and my order was ready that I even saw it and could of easily gave it to me. The real issue is how I was treated while I was in the lobby, she was extremely rude just showing me the door and telling me that I need to leave. Maria the manager did not even apologize for not locking the door, and repeatedly kept saying it’s closed and go to the drive through. Is this what Burger King stands for? This is who you put as management to treat its customers? I want someone to reach out to me as soon as possible because I will be escalating this to the highest authority till I make sure Maria learns that when you are in management and you make a mistake, then you hold yourself accountable and do right by the customer at the end of the day. Doesn’t matter if you are flipping burgers or providing something else the customer service experience should always remain the same UPDATE: as I got kicked out and made my way to the drive through, when it was my turn to get my order. Once again the manager Maria had her chance to apologize and instead her first words were basically to look at the sign that the lobby is closed. This is who you employ to run your business and treat customers likes we can’t read? This is the picture of the manager just so you know who this professionally dressed in a beanie and looks like she just got out of bed looks like

Excellent and Fast service. The lobby area was very clean and smelled clean. The bathroom was also clean as well. While I was there some crazy lady came in talking trash and acting belligerent demanding names of employees. I appreciate the patience that the worker had with this woman regardless of the fact that she was acting crazy. Good on you 👍

This review is for the employees who were on shift on October 19, 2025 at 3:30pm. I’ve never had an issue with this restaurant before until today. I picked up an order inside and the older Hispanic woman taking the order was RUDE. She lacked customer service skills and her tone was unacceptable. Upon leaving, the younger employee behind the counter whispered to her coworkers and laughed out loud on purpose because she saw that I was frustrated. Those group of employees reminded me of gossiping-middle-school children. A certain level of professionalism should be upheld.

One employee is taking orders and one is saying the lobby is closed so it's confusing. I also ordered online and they wanted us to pick it up through drive thru and now it's going to be cold because it was already ready. Unorganized and they don't pay attention to what you order I ordered onions rings and they gave me fries . Very Disappointed but the line is pushing

Very helpful and I complimented Diana and the staff for a very organized and clean kitchen as well as good service. I've been to several fast food locations and I usualy turn around and go some where else to eat because it usually very dirty and staff are terrible. Thank you Diana and BK staff for the great experience! We'll done! Till next time.

Let me just start by saying I have ordered through the app to be picked up at this location on several occasions with no issues. Today, however, was the exact opposite! I placed an order via the App to be picked up at the drive through window. The drive-through line was a nightmare - extremely long and was unbelievably slow. When I finally got to the window, I was told that my order was given to someone else for pickup. I was advised to drive around and park, my food would have to be re-made, and someone would bring it out. An associate (it may have been the manager) came out empty-handed with no clear explanation why my food was given to someone else. Her demeanor was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. When I demanded a refund, she told me that I would have to request it via the App. Turns out, customer service via the App is automated. All I received was a reply saying they would get back to me in 24-48 hours. Consequently, I have no food (I had lost my appetite by that time) and no refund. I will never again patronize this location. I DO NOT recommend! This location gives Burger King a terrible name. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere!

Food and staff are excellent. The problem is the drive through window line is on the side and wrapped around the back of the building. When the service is slow, (normally is), you can literally spend 20-30 minutes stuck at the back of the building because there is no outlet other than through the drive thru line. It's part of a gas station and you can't see the line until you are actually in it.

Night manager Maria tried to serve me cold food. When I asked her to remake the fries she insisted I canceled my order and threw me and my kids food in the trash while we watched. I went ahead and replaced the order and drove back around the drive thru, just for her to claim she was closed now and I should have taken the cold food. Disgusting human she is.

They completely messed up my food and the manager caroline got my order wrong and snatch the food from me to "fix it" and still brought out the incorrect food and on top of that she was really rude and disrespectful to me after i paid my money to get the food i ordered!!!!! I will never come back to this burg kind as long as she is working there and will not bring my family or anyone!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure about everyone else's experience here but, I would like to say I've personally been very pleased with this location when I've come. My order has been correct every time and my food has always been HOT/fresh. Drive through is pretty fast as well. I prefer this location a lot over the others..

There is a woman there that always forgets our order you can order 5 different things and she will only give you one item from your order and say that was the only thing you ordered and she is looking at you confused like you are crazy honestly I don't know how she got a job there if they fired her it would be five stars.

Came here tonight 12/10 @10:51 PM Hispanic male refused to take my order because he "was doing a shift change" and would t be able to take any orders till 11 PM - wtf?? That's ridiculous. I don't care if you're doing a shift change - you should still take peoples orders. Smh. I went to McDonald's instead and had way better service. This is the last time I give this location a try.
