From start to finish my experience left much to be desired. Between the poor customer service at the order window to the bug found at the bottom of my hash brown bag, this establishment needs a major overhaul. Around 8:00am, I arrived to Burger King at 290 Oxmoor Rd Birmingham, AL to order breakfast and the menus weren't even turned around. I thought it was a minor ask, but was met with hostility from that point on.
I get my food and begin to enjoy my hash browns, making my way to work, and I notice at the bottom of the bag and small dead bug. I immediately turn around to take the food back and hope for a refund. The doors of the establishment were locked, and I was instructed to go back through the drive-thru...
At the window the cashiers questioned my complaint and o had to show them the picture of the obvious bug in my bag! They processed my refund, but jokingly stated "Crystal said she put the bug in the bag."
I was extremely shocked. Burger King, customer service is essential to the success of any business. While I did not frequent your restaurants often, I have family and friends who do. "Decent" service and cleanliness is the least you could offer your patrons.
