Burger King

UPDATE: Today 8/9/2024 at noon, had a Whopper (no cheese), small fry and drink. Cost was $10.13 with tax. Awful burger; dry as cardboard, tasteless, poorly presented (nothing like the ad above the counter), quite overpriced for product received (photos 3 and 4 below). It's apparent that consistency of product quality at this restaurant is fully dependent upon shift and shift manager. This one today failed. ---‐------------ Actually a pretty good burger today, for Burger King. For the rest of the burger eating world, except for the hapless Hardee's, nothing like what is advertised. Way too expensive as well.

Love any of their burgers. Especially Whoppers. Like the idea of half and half fries and onion rings also. The Pepsi or Coke whichever it is is very odd tasting

Lived here 22 years and this restaurant is never busy. I eat/beat myself once a year for a Whopper with onion rings. Onion rings were so undercooked it wasn't even funny. Took them back to the register and the onion rings specialist advised me they cooked in the same every time!? So I wiggled the onion ring in front of them again. How about a warm fry? He didn't even want to do that. They must pay him in french fries. I may have to make it two year intervals now and it won't be at this one no more

Im not a fast food person ..but after 7:30 options are limited so I tried Burger King..Got a $ 5 duo..They're small but tasty and the employees though busy and short staffed were time punctual..The store was clean and orderly..A rise to 4 stars..Much improved..Went to Burger King around 11:00AM..Actually a couple of minutes after..They normally stop serving B breakfast at 11AM but were kind enough ti fix a couple of Croissants. I commend them..

Nasty . Anyone who eats here can obviously taste that the frier grease doesn't get changed. I guess looking at the reviews and my experience it's time to call Raleigh. It's obvious that stokes county health inspectors are not doing their job. I pay full price. I expecte my food to be eatable. Not just trashed. Very disappointed in the health inspector and management.

They always have the food cooked good and fast and friendly. I love dinning in. Thank you Burger King staff.

I would give no stars if I could. Do not go to this Burger King. Go to McDonald’s instead. I ordered 2 Rodeo Cheeseburgers, medium fries, 2 chicken fries, mozzarella sticks, and a whopper meal with medium fries and coke this was all $25.55. Did not get my whopper with cheese and the 4 mozzarella sticks weren’t mozzarella sticks anymore I have added a picture of the inside of the mozzarella sticks. I called to let them know that they didn’t put my whopper in the bag and the employee tried to say I was lying and told me that if I went there with my food he could give me my money back since I told him I couldn’t drive back today since I live 20 minutes away. How am I going to take back the food if the whopper was missing.. I can’t believe that I waited almost 30 minutes for 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru line.

Sometimes you just need a flame broiled hamburger. In my recent visits to this Burger King I have noticed a slight improvement in the service part of my transactions. The management and the employees have changed and I think that is a good thing. My recent offers have been cooked up fresh and delivered to me in a friendly manner. I hope that this trend continues into the future because we all want to have it our way!

Ate here while returning home from visiting my mother and picking up my cat she baby-sited for me while I was at the beach. This place was wonderful, best Burger King I have ever visited ! The employees were super friendly and my food was hot and delicious. And they adored my cat and paid him many compliments. I will definitely be stopping here again. Anyone looking for something fast and friendly, this should be your go to place for a burger.

Came in after a hike just looking for cheap, fast food. It is what it is but the line was short and the staff were quick and friendly. The food is what one would expect. Kudos for not disappointing me considering the low bar that is set.

They are rude, wont answer the drive through and slam stuff in your hand so i guess if you like being treated like that then come on down!

November 21/2022 515pm. Went thru drive-thru ordered our food, plain chicken sandwich. Get out of line they have lettuce and mayo. I go back through the line and am rudely told I didn't order them plain. I did order them plain only way my kids will eat them. When we got up to the window she wanted to know how I wanted the hamburgers and I tried to explain to her I wanted plain chicken sandwiches and she slammed the window in my face and walked away then she slung the sandwiches at me

I LOVE to smell Burger King whoppers cooking and this place is the BEST Burger King I've EVER been into for this!! I'm a low-carb eater and very happy when the restaurant can accommodate my needs with minimum stress. Well, this location hits the jackpot! You CAN still have it your way here! :) Avoid McDonald's nearby. Coffee and food is MUCH better here. The Diet Dr. Pepper at most McDonald's is just plain AWFUL. They don't know how to mix it properly I guess. I love the beverage selections at this location. Go inside for even MORE choices. Very clean dining area and staff. Most happy with the food and service here. Keep grilling those burgers so they fill the dining area with a happy, satisfying scent :)

Lost us forever as customers. Any BK that we have been to always accepted 2 coupons for 2 meals. Today the miserable prick wouldn't & says that's how they do things. No problem, happy to spend our $$ elsewhere. Bye, Bye BK. Not like your food is anything great anyway.

Good Burger King. Chicken sandwiches almost always made fresh it seems. Burgers good Forgot a burger once but they're so nice I didn't care

Thus restaurant has recently been remodeled. It has all the new furniture and kitchen. It's as good as any other Burger King I have been to. I'm saying that as a good thing. One compliment I will give Burger King, they all taste the same. I can't remember getting a bad burger from any one that I have gone to over the years and this one is no exception.

No! No! No! Don't eat it if it has a hard bun. That's from being under the heat light to long. Quality is lacking. Employees look nasty!

Our marching was traveling through the area and decided to stop for a quick bite. Knowing the restaurant closed at 10:00pm, we sent a parent ahead to ask if they would serves us at 9:45pm. They said yes but when the band arrived they said they were closed--it was 9:48pm. Closing early to avoid serving us was not cool! McDonalds two doors down gladly welcomed us!

So Burger King is the last burger fast food place I'd choose to eat. I don't hate it but if I'm spending money I'd rather go elsewhere. I came here today because I had a coupon and they had $.55 cheeseburgers all day. The staff was friendly, my to go order was fast and the place was clean. My problem was with my food. I live about 5 miles away. I walked in and got it to go and went straight back home. The fries were fine, no problem but my burgers were pretty cold, both of them. And while I appreciate that they put mayo on their burgers, there was waaaaaaay to much mayo. It was pretty gross. I fed one burger to the dogs. I don't think I'll go there again but like I said, I'm not a huge Burger King fan anyways.

Food is okay, service is shit, but with a smile. Food is always being cooked as you wait, so it IS hot, but not fast at all. Cheap deals, feeds a lot for a little. Even a single cone will have you waiting for 3 minutes. Order a chicken sandwich and expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes, along with the cars already piling up in front of you with no place to park and wait for your drive-thru order, it gets tangled quickly. The last 3 times we have went, we have waited 20-25minutes, along with 3 cars in front of us, 2x2 and cars lining up behind us. Some people have gotten so mad they scream from their cars or lay on the horn. One man got M-A-D and was shaking his steering wheel and screaming and he went inside and was screaming at them ,"You f*cked my ordered up 3 times in a f*cking row!!" as we pulled away and before we turned out, we saw him throw his whole order at them. Not worth the visit. I wish they would shut down and open a Hardee's again.
