Burger King

We came to this Burger King Just passed 9:30 AM. I really want lunch and I had a coupon so I decided to go up to the order box and just ask. The man speaking through the speaker said that they will make lunch right now. They just don’t show it on the Menu screen. But then I saw they had French toast sticks! Well, he let me order lunch and breakfast For my kids. It was great, French toast, sticks for me and chicken fries With french fries for my kids. Hash brown bites for me and we were good to go! Food came out great But the best part was the guy at the first window. His Name was Alec, He was friendly and helpful And made my experience at this particular Burger King that much better.

Tristan and the team are excellent, professional employees who uphold the Burger King ideology. Every burger is consistently perfect, the taste is impeccable, and they show genuine respect for customers. Burger King should truly value and appreciate such employees!

I went through the drive thru on 12/21. I ordered a coffee at 9:50 , one car was ahead of me. I waited until 9:55 to get to the window for food. There didn't seem to be anyone in the dining area , and the car ahead of me didn't have a big order, anyway pulled to the food window at 9:55 , waited 3 minutes before anyone came to that window with my coffee! It has been a long time since I have seen that BK move so slow and there were a lot of cars backed up! Not good drive thru times at all!

My youngest turned 4 and was dead set on Burger King for his birthday dinner so I brought my kiddos. Thank you Zoe for the excellent customer service and ice cream treat! The play place was very clean which was nice with the kids running around.

Listen to all the 1-2 Star reviews and stay away from this location, I had a negative experience around a year ago but decided to try eating here again and Its worse. It was fairly busy, so you would expect fresh food, well the fries seemed to be but the burgers clearly had been sitting. Initially I thought they were fresh, but considering how immediately sick I got after eating here tonight, shows that they were likely just warmed up and probably had been sitting for hours.

By Far the best Burger King I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Super super clean, food here is fantastic(every visit), the employees are friendly and respectful while having the courtesy to try and make you smile. Thanks guys you're an awesome group!!! 😀

Do I really rule? I can no longer order extra ingredients on anything I order online! For example, if I want extra tomato or extra pickle on my Whopper Jr. for dinner, the website will not have the option! I'm forced to ask at the drive-thru for the extra ingredients I want, which the employee kindly puts together for me. It's inconvenient if nothing else, and I'm not sure why the limitations are put on customers after 70+ years!!

Compared to most of the Burger King locations in Las Vegas this one is definitely well kept. While some customers may have attempted to tag the bathrooms, the Burger King staff did its best to ensure it wasn't visible and the restaurant feels welcoming in which it was for me. It was a nice place to enjoy my meal.

today is September 14. The current time is 130. I just went to Burger King on sky Canyon and ordered the seven dollar trio 2 chicken fries and one regular fries. I was going to the drive-through and I was served by Mary. I observed Mary picking her nose her left nostril she looked at her hand then she proceeded to bag my food and even touch the napkins with the hand she was digging up nostril with. This was disgusting. I was so shocked when she gave me my food. I didn't even stomach telling her I needed a refund on the spot because I was so in shock. This is disgusting Mary I saw you you dig in your left nostril as if you had a booger in your nose and it was tickling you. You played with your nose and you dealt with my food I have the video I can expose you on the Internet.

This location has always messed up an order. Even just a simple kids meal. Wait time is always 20 minutes or more for 2-3 cars. I live down the street but this was the last straw. Will never be returning again.

This by far is the worst Burger King! If they are not getting your order wrong then your food is hard or burnt. I can't tell you how many times this location has done wrong by so many people that just live around the area.

It is the worst!!! Normally I don't mind fast food. The service was bad, the food all tastes cold, falling out do the bag, has no flavor and seriously is it even cooked properly? The loyalty program always is down. Drive thru is hit and miss. Usually slow. It's expensive and not worth it. Tons of great other restaurants nearby. Or drive further to a better location.

Home of the Whopper? Not today, folks. I ordered two Whoppers from the self-service kiosk, only to be informed moments later that they were fresh out of... Whopper meat. You know, the one thing they need to make a Whopper? It's like going to a pizzeria and being told, 'Sorry, no dough today.' Isn't this your whole business? I guess it's just Home of the Mystery Sandwich until further notice.

Bad service and idiots work here ! That's all I can say. Couldn't get an order right two times in a row. It's no wonder fast food is going down. Too many morons working at them.

7:45 PM and you are out of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, REALLY??? There is a Smith's 100 ft from your door, USE SOME INITIATIVE. Poor showing.

What the hell...? This is now the 4th different time where I've come here and they are either out of beef or chicken. Whomever runs this place sucks!!! Go to a different place

Worst drive thru. I pulled up to this two lane drive thru and I was the only car. As soon as I pulled up to the menu I was asked to wait a moment. Then, in the lane next to me, another car pulled up to the menu and their order was immediately taken. Then the car behind it pulled up and their order was taken while I still waited. I started asking for assistance. Once someone responded I asked why I was told to wait but two other cars that came after me were allowed to order and the employee that answered said she didn't know anything about it because she had just got there. Sounds kind of odd that her shift would start at 11:40 AM. I told them I would no longer eat there again and left. Can someone please explain to me why I was told to wait when no one was there but the cars that came after me were allowed to order?

I would not recommend this Burger King. I've gone there four times and every time I've gone there they've either messed up my order or the food is either cold and tonight I went and got two cheeseburgers and the buns were so hard. I could've cracked someone's head open with them and their phone number and website don't work, this is the worst Burger King ever

Love that they are 24 hours now. Not a lot of options on this side of town, I prefer this over Taco Bell :) fast service and friendly service.

Absolutely disrespectful. I ordered 6 whoppers with no pickles and 16 nuggets on Uber Eats and didn't receive my nuggets... which I didn't really mind... All of my whoppers had EXTRA pickles and no ketchup. Wtf guys, yall suck at this, quit at life.

Listen, I get that working at burger king is not the most luxurious job in the world but come on people. I would think that even having room temperature IQ that you would be able to recognize that the one of only two people sitting in your restaurant is still waiting for their food and that when you ask 10-15 minutes later, they somehow gave it to the only other person in the room that ordered after you ‍

I ordered 3 whoppers and they all didn't come with onions nor tomato's, and I ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo and they added extra mayo.

Great Scott! They had their parking lot lights on in the middle of the day--12 fixtures by my count. I called and told them, but they didn't seem to care. Not very environmentally or fiscally responsible. They looked like LEDs, so thats 300 Watts each. If they are left on all day with 12 hours of sunlight, that's 12 hours x 12 lights x 300 watts/light, so 43.2 KW-hours per day. The DeLorean needed 1.21 Gigawatts (pronounced "jiggawatts") over 0.2 sec (about the time a lightning bolt lasts) to go back in time, which translates to about 67 KW-hours. So in less than 2 days, they consume enough power to go back in time.... Presumably to turn off the lights...but don't do that, because it might set up a paradox and destroy the fabric of space time. Food was ok.

I can't even give 1 star. The ONLY reason they're getting 1 star is because I can't submit this review without one. Hands down the WORST establishment I've ever visited. They are HORRIBLY RUDE!!!!!!! HORRIBLY SLOW!!!!! HORRIBLY INCONSIDERATE!!!! Doesn't matter who is working. I've lived in the area for 3+ years now...never came in contact with anyone nice. I've never in my life had to wait 10 mins at a drive thru speaker box, because they only acknowledge you in between their shit talking inside. Even the manager on duty, is HORRIBLE. He's threatened to charge my card more than what my order was, because I expressed my concerns with their service. I will never come back here. ABSOLUTE TRASH.

I leave this five star review because the Burger King experience was right where it needed to be . I ordered a whopper , some onion rings , chicken fries. Everything was as expected when choosing Burger King . I had just drank at the smiths market place where I got hammered with a Cali Creaming beer. I was craving a cheeseburger as trashed as I was and it was perfect . I would come back 100% after getting hammered at the local marketplace .

Only 1 star because that's the minimum. Was the only car in the drive thru on the morning of 10/14/2022 and was not greeted or told to on hold for 5 min (I gave them that long). A staff member came out the side door and I asked for help. He told me the manager was on the drive thru and he'd get him. The employee came back out and gave me the thumbs up as if I will be getting my order taken, but I waited and waited and called on the drive thru speaker...nothing. So I drove up to the window... Manager was in the drive thru window and upset with me for some reason and when I asked him what the hell his problem was, I got "f$&k yourself" in those words from him. This. Was. The. Manager. Needless to say I didn't, and will never, get breakfast or any meal there again. Way to keep it classy BK.

This is the closest BK other than the one on Durango and Deer Springs. It's a hit and miss for us. Most nights the food is hot or warm... some it's warm or cold depending on the day. We normally go when I crave a Whopper, why else does anyone go? I suppose the Ch'King but that has been a 50/50 as well. It helps that I love coupons so that encourages me to return to all BK franchises. We'll probably still come to this location because it's less than 2 minutes away from home and coupons come through the mail every other month.

Bad experience. Went inside too Cold food and one of my sandwiches made me not feel too good like the meat was bad Never going back and warning others don't go

I've only been through the drive through and it's always been a great experience. The people are always friendly, my order is always correct and my food is always fresh. 5 stars easy :)

Its sunday noon and we wanted a quick bite. I have NEVER been to a burger joint and told they are out of ketchup, ice, and napkins. Seriously!!!! No wonder they have bad ratings.

My wife and neighbors got food poisoning from kids meal. Sad to say we'll avoid this BK.

So every meal comes with hash browns at least according to just about everyone picture on the menu. Says they are served until at least 10:30 AM. Well not this location they only have fries. So I have to back out of the drive thru. Why say you sell something and you actually do not?

Might as well fire the whole staff & shut this BK down. The food was cold & not made properly. The workers are Rude with an attitude & not grateful to have a job. SHUT THIS BK DOWN TO THE GROUND!!

If I could 0/5 I would put 0. My order is ALWAYS, I MEAN ALWAYS WRONG. Food is barely warm, horrible service, I get it it's fast food but at a certain point do they even care?? Go to the new McDonald's across the street much better . Can't go back for a refund either cause I didn't get my receipt

Well after a 20 minute wait, issues with the order and inattentive service. It begs to wonder....what is the manager doing? Do they even have a manager on site? The kids working there were kids being...kids. Nothing against the kids, Burger King...rep your brand.

So. Incredibly. Slow. I'd say it was COVID employment availability, but this location has been absurdly slow since they opened. Please hire more staff. On the flip side, the food is consistently better than the next closest location on Durango.

Zero stars if I absolutely could...... pulled into the drive through ordered my food as I pull up to the window I sat in the window for 25 mins before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. I ordered a wopper jr, with bacon and cheese added as I sat and waited for someone to actually acknowledge they had a customer that they already took an order for I watched them punch each other, stand around having conversation, using the milkshake machine in a sexual manner they also were playing grab ass. It was disturbing. After all that waiting I get my food drive off and I got nothing I asked for and it wasn't even right. TRASH

Zero stars if I could. Normally I don't bother to review fast food places - but my most recent visit was so bad I decided to write this review. Went to order on Saturday afternoon - girl who took our order at the drive through was super rude and made it seem like we were a burden just for ordering. Every time I would add on items she would sigh and smack her gums and say " ok are you done" ......When we paid - and received our food the food was handed to my car aggressively and when I said thank you ...the employee rolled his eyes and slammed the drive through window. Terrible service.

This place is the worst. The food is always cold. They let the fries sit for who knows how long. They are like dried. I tried to order fries cooked crispy that usually gets them cooked fresh. They came out cold. Mario the assistant manager came out and said they don't do it that way. I've ordered them that way for 25 years. Mario will never be fired because they can't find help.

I have never in my life seen a slower drive thru in ALL fast food places. It doesn't matter what day, time of day or staff on duty...the wait is INSANE!! I'm talking easily 10 mins, no matter what you order. They do not have people pull forward whose order is much larger or taking up time..instead your order is "old" or cold Their customer service is even worse. I've lived in the area for 1 year and have MAYBE had 1 nice employee I've crossed with. I understand it's just "fast food" what can we possibly expect. MAYBE...JUST MAYBE...........FAST...FOOD. Hands down the WORST I've ever been too. They need new operations, new management and new assembly line!!!!

Impeccable customer service. I come to this drive thru on a regular and tonight 11/25, the gentleman that was working in the drive thru was prompt, kind and funny. His good mood made my day. I wanted chocolate chip cookies and they didn't have them and instead he gave me a Hershey's pie. It was less about the pie and more about the customer service. Thank you for making me laugh and awesome customer service.

Was in the drive thru to pick up my online order and decided to order soft serve cone. Was told that they're out of cones but have cups so I said that was fine. Got to the window, picked up my online order and waited for the soft serve. I was given this and the employee said that this is all they could get out of the machine. Really? No apology for the situation nor offered just to refund my money. There's no lid either. It's not much but it's the principle and how can they serve it like this. Not presentable. I've worked and owned in the food industry. This is unacceptable. Always take pride with everything. Protect reputation, have a better service.

You know what you're getting when you come here. If you're looking for cheap and fast food you are coming to the right place. This place isn't perfect and they always appear under staffed, but I'm just happy there are food options in this area. The drive thru is always busy and the food is okay. Overall, if you're too lazy to cook or need something quick and easy, this is the place to go. It's better to have this fast food joint in the community than not have it.

Terrible experience here.And burger was horrible. It's close to home but I will drive extra 3 miles past this restaurant for my burger fix. Beware, I wish I had looked at reviews first. I asked for "extra pickles" and they sabotaged my burger with 1+ actual cup of pickles. Where do they find these morons. I understand the need for a livable wage and I'm all for that, but for God's sake take pride in your job whatever it may be. Fries tasted old and stale. No wonder In and Out is so successful!

Sunday morning they open at 6AM. I get there 6:40AM. They're closed. Either someone got there late to open for someone called off. I didn't get my order had to go back at 7:15 AM. I hope management see this and fires the whoever is at fault BK hires the laziest and people. No wonder there are so many bad reviews. Maybe it comes from management as well. Not to mention I wasn't compensated for the BS service. Honestly I hope this location closes down one day. It's possible it's burger king!

had a recent experience at this Burger King at 8:30 on September 8. While trying to put in my order, the individual taking my order was making a funny voice. I asked the individual are they playing around or is their voice really like that? That individual then implied that she had strep throat! I then continued my order and the individual just said come around to the window. I drove to the window and try to take my order with a guy (white male, a little heavyset build about 5'10" with brownish hair). this individual then told me that she doesn't have strep throat. She has something in her throat and I was like I thought you guys were playing around on the mic and I was like if that's the case I'm OK (restaurant allowing sick employees to handle your food, doesn't sit well with) so then as I was driving off. The white male employee then says to me don't be an asshole. I then stopped and was like what did you say? He repeats himself and "don't be an asshole, I'll whoop your ass" and I was like I would like to see you try and he started to throw take off his headset. He then says come out front so I drove to the front of the building and got out my car. The individual never came out (not wanting to fight but to see what was going to happen after such threats I receive). I then ask the guy that worked there on the outside DeAndre. What was that guys name and he refused to give it to me. This is not good business practice and I receive horrible service. I hope the owner of this restaurant can fix what is going on at this restaurant.

I ordered some food and had it delivered. One single whopper with cheese, one double whopper with cheese, and a large fry. I received two singles instead. Please pay attention to what you're doing.

Literally disgusting. I hesitantly grabbed a bite here anyways...but my husband was 'starving' after our grocery run next door. Our food was cold and sloppy, and both of us felt ill later in the evening. Seriously, don't go here!!

Feel stupid writing a review for a "fast" food restaurant. But literally every time I come here it's a minimum 30 minute wait in drive through line. I don't understand.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Completely disappointed With this company it has been 3 times now we have had issues with with not just orders but but payment as well. Literally leaving burgers on more than one occasion, not to mention "forgetting" to give me back my credit card and me waking up the next day with charges on it. Such great employees at this one. I will no longer be returning.

The slowest Burger King on the planet. We have given it multiple shots but it is truly just terrible. Don't do it unless you have at least 30min for a short line.
