Burger King

Just came from burger king because I got a 2 sausage egg cheese BISCUIT not a Croissant. This is ridiculous and I guess the cooks don't know how to read as well. And good luck trying to call because nobody is there to answer. And it wasn't busy this morning, which I can see why.

The website says they close at 12 am. I got to the drive thru at 11:20 pm to be exact. The man tells me they are closed. Either fix the website hours or hire people who are willing to work. Simple!

The worker was very scatter brained. She was more concerned about another order after mine. My spouse and I had to ask for 3 different things. We told her it was to stay, she puts it in a bag as to go. Her listening skills need to be retuned. Stop hiring incompetent employees.

Ok so June 1, 2025 I went here approximately 8:03pm due to me not having time to prepare dinner for me and the kids an having to take them out of town right after we get food we stayed in line till 9:06pm no apologies it was very frustrating to be at a restaurant that’s one way in drive through you can’t back up due to it being 6 cars being behind you tried calling the complaint line it’s bogus numbers yes BK YOU HAVE LOST ME AN MY FAMILY BUSINESS STOP HIRING TEENS WHO DONT EVEN WANT TO RESPECT THEY PARENTS WHAT MAKE YALL THINK THEY CAN RUN YALL RESTAURANT I REALLY WANTED MY MONEY BACK AN TO SPEAK MY PEACE BUT I CAN TELL THE MANGER SHE/HE WOULD HAVE MADE A ISSUE JUST OFF HER/HIS LIPS POKING OUT THE WHOLE TIME AN CLOSING YHE STORES EARLY NOW THATS ANOTHER SITUATION CAUSE WHY THOUGH YOU CANT DRESS AN ACT LIKE A MAN AN NOT DO THE WORK A MAN WOULD DO VERY PISSED US AS A COMMUNITY NEED HELP AS FAR AS BEING PEOPLE ORIENTED AN KIND AN FRIENDLY THIS IS SAD CAUSE MOST OF THE RESTAURANTS IS JUST LIKE THIS BUT TAKING OUR MONEY AN BOT CARING ABT GIVING US COLD FOOD BUT WHEN THEY GO ON BREAK THEY FOOD HOT BUT US AS CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING FOR YOUR FOOD LITTLE DID THESE KIDS REALIZE WAKE UP PEOPLE STOP LETTING THESE COMPANIES AN TEENS GET AWAY THIS TREATMENT AN TAKING OUR HARD EARN MONEY

I usually patronize this particular burger king during daytime business hours and food is usually hot and fresh. But I messed around and stopped last night because it's not much open after a certain time on that side of town, let's just say I will not be stopping during night hours again. Food was cold so it was not fresh and I paid the price for the carelessness of the night employees.

9/7 @ 10:32 am. I'm currently in the line, which is ALWAYS long, and I mean ALWAYS long! This is fast food, why does it take so long for you to get your food? I have somewhere to be! New Year's Eve, I went in, it wasn't even busy, 15 minutes later and they still hadn't taken my order, I left and went to the one on Riverside, got my "FAST" FOOD FAST AND WENT HOME! Why are they coming out taking folks payments? The lady couldn't even find the Firey Strawberry Sprite, it took so long, I just told her to give me a regular Sprite! The girl at the window is having a conversation with the car I'm front of me, I have somewhere to be! This is EVERYTIME you come here! Finally got our food at 10:51

Service was slow, and workers were talking more than doing their jobs. But the food was hot and fresh when it eventually got done.

Messed up the drive thru order & tried to give us a drink but no fries & it was the opposite. Then when we left we found out 2 whoppers were actually 1 whopper & some other burger with nothing on it. Seriously, how hard can it be?

Don't go to that McPlace up the road. After accidentally ordering "McNuggets" here I felt extra bad because inside is NICE. The playground is HUGE! The bathrooms are CLEAN! The staff was polite and they were fast and fully staffed. Can't ask for more!

Okay....I never review a fast food at 5 stars - but this is a MUST stop place for kids and adults. This is NOT your normal BK. The playground is outside with shade coverings, fresh wood chips, dining tables outside and CLEAN restrooms. We will make this our regular stop when traveling through to grab dinner or lunch and get energy out.

It's Burger King. Typical food but it's the rest that makes this a good stop. The decor is dated but the staff had the restaurant and bathrooms clean. The highlight to this place is the amazing outdoor playground . Two stories, very expansive, and 10 slides ! I wish I was a kid again.

Beware! Public Health authorities have been notified and an investigation is underway. Mon 11/29/2021- Ordered two breakfast burritos and one was PARTIALLY EATEN! Disgusting! Outrageous! What else is going on in that kitchen?

The burgers never look like the picture. The picture is a nice, plumpy bun with lots of tomato and lettuce poking out. What you get is a mashed up bun dripping with what passing for some sort of salad dressing with dregs of iceberg lettuce swimming around. In fact, I'd venture to say that for the amount of green on the burger that the iceberg lettuce has been busted down to an ice cube. Ordered the extra long cheese burger which has a sale for two for five bucks. 600 calories each and 1k of sodium. I think most people, like me, if you order two of them, you're going to eat both. So, that's really a whole day's worth of salt for $5. What a great deal!
