Burger King

My mother visited this Burger King drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. She waited several minutes at the order board for someone to take her order, but no one ever responded. She watched the truck in front of her place their order and receive their food with no issue, yet she was completely ignored. After waiting, she drove up to the window to see if someone could help her. The worker at the window was extremely disrespectful. She even told another employee, loud enough for my mother to hear, that “this lady thinks I’m going to take her order” — even though she never took the order at the speaker in the first place. When my mother explained she had been waiting, the worker laughed. My mother told her she would take her business somewhere else, and the worker still found it funny. This is unacceptable. Too many young employees in fast food show up with bad attitudes and no willingness to work or treat customers with basic respect. Customers deserve better than this. This location needs serious improvement in professionalism and customer service.

The night time crew is phenomenal! Never a complaint when I go there at night. But I go for the first time this morning and first off they tell me they’re still serving breakfast, then all of a sudden they’re not so I have to change my order. I ordered a cotton candy slushy and instead of telling me it’s unavailable, they charged me for it and then gave me a different flavor of their choosing. So night shift 10000/10, morning/lunch shift 1/10.

If you are in the area stopping to get food for a beloved one at the hospital, I would definitely stir clear from stopping here. We ordered 2 meals, 1 singular burger. The girl working the speaker 12/14 around 6:30PM, obviously had bigger concerns than listening to the customers order since it was completely wrong. When stating it to the girl at the window, she acted as if she was clueless. We explained our order, and she got the manager. Apparently the manager thinks being rude is the best option, and customer service doesn’t matter. We repeated our order to the girl at the speaker CLEARLY, and somehow the one singular meal we received was still incorrect. 0/10 stars especially for the managers way to speaking to someone.

This Burger King is my go to. The people are friendly, the food is usually hot and exactly what I ordered. The premises and the inside of the restaurant are clean and well maintained. Compare to other fast food establishments on Gray Highway, this one stands out

This is my second time coming to Burger King on Gray highway And I must say from the front To the back, everybody was nice and polite and respectful Tamika with my hot food and polite service and Shay with My order the service was better than I expected and had in Burger King. Thank you ladies.

Just came from burger king because I got a 2 sausage egg cheese BISCUIT not a Croissant. This is ridiculous and I guess the cooks don't know how to read as well. And good luck trying to call because nobody is there to answer. And it wasn't busy this morning, which I can see why.

Two girls up front tonight were very understanding for a woman in front of me that had hearing issues. You could tell they cared and deserve props. I enjoy seeing people looking after each other.

Don't go to that McPlace up the road. After accidentally ordering "McNuggets" here I felt extra bad because inside is NICE. The playground is HUGE! The bathrooms are CLEAN! The staff was polite and they were fast and fully staffed. Can't ask for more!

Okay....I never review a fast food at 5 stars - but this is a MUST stop place for kids and adults. This is NOT your normal BK. The playground is outside with shade coverings, fresh wood chips, dining tables outside and CLEAN restrooms. We will make this our regular stop when traveling through to grab dinner or lunch and get energy out.

It's Burger King. Typical food but it's the rest that makes this a good stop. The decor is dated but the staff had the restaurant and bathrooms clean. The highlight to this place is the amazing outdoor playground . Two stories, very expansive, and 10 slides ! I wish I was a kid again.

Beware! Public Health authorities have been notified and an investigation is underway. Mon 11/29/2021- Ordered two breakfast burritos and one was PARTIALLY EATEN! Disgusting! Outrageous! What else is going on in that kitchen?

The burgers never look like the picture. The picture is a nice, plumpy bun with lots of tomato and lettuce poking out. What you get is a mashed up bun dripping with what passing for some sort of salad dressing with dregs of iceberg lettuce swimming around. In fact, I'd venture to say that for the amount of green on the burger that the iceberg lettuce has been busted down to an ice cube. Ordered the extra long cheese burger which has a sale for two for five bucks. 600 calories each and 1k of sodium. I think most people, like me, if you order two of them, you're going to eat both. So, that's really a whole day's worth of salt for $5. What a great deal!
