We walked in at 11:00 a.m. and the staff were having a meeting and we were told to get out. The manager was extremely rude and very unprofessional who has a staff meeting during business hours?? he does not need to be a manager we took an Uber to specifically eat here with my family of six so thanks for wasting our money we will take our business else where. I will be sure to let burger king customer service know about this incident.

Horrible, took forever to arrive and have me the wrong drink. Gave me some Apple drink which gastes like only sucralose and aspartame.

Worst service ever! First they didn’t accept 500 pesos note. Then we went back to ask if they accept contactless payment, since we left our credit cards in the Hotel, BUT 3 employees were super busy to watch one employee counting the cash in the register. No one seems to bother about getting money in the cash register and no one even looked up, after we asked. I repeat: WORST SERVICE EVER!
