MOLD!!!! I’m literally so appalled. Plus the other reviews are right about the chicken sandwich oil and quality. This place must be run by the worst management ever to have such low health and safety standards. First time ordering from this location. I literally had to vomit everything and I still so uneasy … this place needs to be shut down.

Even after seeing Multiple negative reviews at this store i feel no action is gonna be taken but still I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with an order I placed on February 7, 2025, between 5-6 AM, which was delivered via Uber Eats. The order included chicken nuggets, a crispy chicken sandwich, and garlic parmesan chicken fries, with the order number #35A58. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Below are the issues I encountered: Incorrect Dipping Sauces: I specifically ordered ghost pepper dip with all of my snacks, but to my surprise, I received entirely different dips. When I called the restaurant to address the issue, I was told that they didn’t have the ghost pepper dip available. This is a clear failure in ensuring accurate fulfillment of the order. Missing Garlic Parmesan Chicken Fries: The garlic parmesan chicken fries that I had ordered were completely missing from my delivery. Instead, I was given chicken nuggets. When I called to inquire, the manager (Dinesh) informed me that he was on break and that the team had made the error. This raises serious concerns about the lack of attention to detail and poor coordination among the team. It’s frustrating to receive a completely wrong order without any clear explanation. Unacceptable Quality of Veggies: The lettuce and tomato in my crispy chicken sandwich were not fresh and had a distinct, unpleasant odor, making them unsuitable for consumption. This was an entirely avoidable issue, and it made my meal unpleasant and unsafe to eat. Unprofessional Customer Service: The behavior of Manager Dinesh was utterly appalling. When I explained the problems with my order, he rudely told me that they would send whatever they had and that I simply had to eat it. This dismissive and unhelpful attitude is inexcusable. A restaurant that values its customers would not treat them this way. His response completely disregarded the idea of ensuring customer satisfaction or delivering what was actually ordered. This entire experience has been nothing short of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The multiple mistakes in my order, the lack of accountability, the substandard quality of the food, and the dismissive attitude from the manager are absolutely unacceptable. The entire point of having a menu and offering specific items is to provide customers with what they choose, not to make arbitrary substitutions based on availability. I just left this establishment (Wednesday, September 10) about 10 minutes ago, and I am appalled by the behavior of the cashier on duty. After placing my order through the kiosk, I waited patiently with my receipt in hand for my number to be called. When the cashier asked if I had ordered, I replied yes and gave her my number (77). To my shock, she then asked, “Did you even pay for your meal?” This is completely unacceptable. Holding a receipt is obvious proof of payment — no customer should ever be spoken to in such a dismissive and unprofessional manner. Not only was her comment unnecessary, but it was also disrespectful and showed a complete lack of basic customer service skills. If staff cannot understand that a receipt equals a completed purchase, then there is a serious training issue that needs to be addressed. Customers deserve respect and competency, not to be questioned or humiliated for no reason. Do better.

edit: the owner replied asking me to fill out a form on the BK website instead of replying here directly. why?? you can SEE all the horrible reviews your location has, you already know what's wrong. there is no way you are unaware of how dirty, unsanitary, and untrained the workers at this location are. also no way that corporate doesn't know, it's been 4 years of terrible reviews. BK is just a dirty and gross chain this is the CRAZIEST food place ever. im actually shocked that it's still in business, the food here is BAD and the staff just give you the wrong orders if you get it from doordash/Uber. I think they're using rancid oil too because the smell and taste of the nuggets is awful

I honestly believe this location re-uses oil to fry chicken for burgers. I’ve tried 2-3 times from here and latest one was just yesterday. Every time the burger with fried chicken taste so bitter and have to leave in between. I’m gonna complain this to food safety for the quality checks now for sure. Re-using oil for multiple times for heating is too unhealthy which this location allegedly neglects.
