Burger King New Lynn

It was the worst fast food experience I've had in years. The food was terrible, the price was ridiculous, 3 burgers, and 3 desert cost $50 without chips or drinks. The burgers were cold, dry, and looked like they had been sitting around all day. We ended up putting them in the bin. The place was dirty. The TV only worked on half the screen. Wait time was excessive. Well, we waited another customer returned their drinks back with a complaint.

YOUR STAFF NEEDS REAL TRAINING. We received BURNT buns in both burgers and no just light burns but completely black buns from inside. Who’s cooking at the back gives no shit about the customers and only then someone can offer dead cold fries with burnt buns. Never ordering from your store ever again and never recommending anyone to try your store. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. A little attention wont be a big problem.. we are paying for the food.. its not free food.. have some decency.. does your staff eat these burnt burgers too? Extremely unbelievable..

Went through the drive-thru around 9:30pm and I asked for a large sprite . The drink was tasteless and looked more like L&P . No flavour just a sweet soda water. I was already home when I took a sip of the drink and looked inside the cup . So I couldn’t get a refund 🤮

Place is a little dated but still clean and tidy. Staff are polite and efficient. Food was hot and tasty. Have also used the drive thru and the staff always get my order out quickly and correctly. Will be happy to go back anytime.

We were asked to leave out by 10 pm as they were closed . The tables were all unclean . Its very unprofessional to ask us to leave. This should have been told to us when we placed the order. Pay the money , money in and then everything changes . Onion rings , spicy chicken fries and corn bites were cold and 100% not fresh . Good place to rip off your hard earned money . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE . Hospitality is a joke here

I've always held out for BBKing because my last name is King. Also because I've always loved their food even when MC Donald's was the cheap one and now more when bbKing became the cheap one. But man. This was a very sad night. The service screen between me and the server made hearing the options and asking questions almost a joke. We both ended up talking face to face to the side of the screen. What kind of stupid company is still using these anyway. Insane. Stupid. Delete your moronic COVID policies already. You look dumb. The only reason I went was for their special $10 combo. But tbh, what a let down. I usually love the wendies mates rates combos which are cheaper. But man what's wrong with your food these days? Sad... The chips average as. The Sunday was aweful like creamy ice with no flavour, even skimping on the sugar... With very little sauce... Then the soda was sour with very little sweetness. That's usually the best part about fast-food places is the soda has more syrup than the store bought stuff. These guys had less! And I didn't even put ice to avoid the watering down. I then had the chicken nuggets which tasted like a deep fried bread paste..m disgusting. My daughter said her tummy hurts from eating this junk. The burgers were so sad. I got a whopper junior combo for my wife thinking she'd appreciate it. Because whoppers are usually amazing. She said it was pretty terrible. I was shocked... And to top it all off, the drink lids don't even fit the bottoms properly. I have to struggle to stop it bending and breaking the cup and even still it's dodgey. I spend $30 for my whole family on three cheap special deals. And I genuinely wish I went home and ate jam on toast. It would have been as nutritious and more enjoyable for pennies on the dollar... Shocka...

♿🚺🚹 It has upgraded from my last visit fantastic setting inside they have a few arcade games cosy place seating outside or inside . lots of good variable options of meal choices. Budget meals extra add on. Or the premium combos. My favourite the classic big whopper. wheel chair accessible and toilets available. Drive through as another option.. Good to dowload the app.

Food wasn't prepared to standards and regulations are broken, especially when given a bun and burnt onions as a burger and missing 3x Hershey pie, at least but lastly what food I had to consume WHERE ALL COLD. Like it was sitting around a fridge for pick up by UBer service. For me being a customer for over 25 years, never have I ever had a disgraceful order in my years, simply putting it as a deadbeat heart with NO pride for their job. Customer service wasn't remotely possible for these people working in NEW Lynn BURGER king that evening. This is the last time. Shut it down. $70 order. No run-it-backs, no apologies. Just shut it DOWN. To many complaints, lol I am not even mad. Just words to describe part of my unsatisfactory order. 🫵👇👈👉🫵😡😅😀
