I had a previous experience that was horrible and I was upset at the response . Then checked my account but grateful for the worker I met for pickup. Super nice and helpful and responsive. My impossible burger was hot. I also got mozzarella sticks which I devoured before I could take a picture.

I had the best experience on this restaurant. The tables were clean, the orders were organized. The food was incredibly fresh! Hot and fresh out of the grill I love it! I will definetly come back to this store. The staff were very friendly as well! Burguer king never miss when is comes to the real fresh tasty burguer

Some homeless at this location but hey they gotta hang out somewhere. The service however is pretty fast. This location is always busy but the staff did like 15 orders in 5 minutes. The wait time is good considering the amount of customers. No seating upstairs. I'm guessing cause people would hang out all day so they took the chairs out.

Ordered a chocolate milk shake which was very liquidy went back to change it n he made it with less chocolate syrup

Always pretty empty when I come here and the food is always good. Not a big location but it’s nice to have a choice to eat some food without a whole bunch of other people around crowded.

Not special to rap about but they can do a lot better on the preparations of the food. All franchise should deliver the same quality of food. My impossible burger tasted like cardboard. I just wasn't satisfied!

Although its a little dead, it’s still a nice place to grab a snack or food or even a drink. It was clean and quiet and the workers there were nice to me.

Don't come here. The ordering is fine but if you want to make a custom burger like add cheese, forget it they are not adding it, they look at us with an attitude and even mess up your drink, they don't even add salt to your fries

It takes a really long time to get your order at this Burger King, even when it doesn't seem that busy, so my tip would be to order ahead on the app, and to order earlier than you might for other BK locations. Food is fine, same as any other BK (although they didn't have milk for the kids' meals, despite what the app offered), and the people were nice, but just slower service than a lot of the others.

I Haven't Had BK In Years And Happened To Stop By This One And To My Surprise They Were Really Nice And Pleasant. (You Dont Get That Often In Brooklyn) So Shoutouts To Marvin And La-Shalia (Sorry If I Spelled Her Name Wrong)

I decided to give them a little shoutout for the Hershey pie because it's my favorite treat from there and the only treat to be honest. However, it does not taste the same. The chocolate chip cookie are so so and did not taste fresh as I'm used to or maybe it's been a while and I no longer care for this taste. You get what you pay for but I'm not impressed. I bought the fish sandwich last week and didn't post but it was meh as it didn't not taste good like it used to. Maybe my tastebuds are changing because I have not enjoyed anything from BK lately. I give this Burger King a 5 and Miranda, who I assume is Manager, which is a deserved title. I have visited this BK in person and ordered online and this place doesn't disappoint. The staff is pretty friendly and easy to have it your way; when you want an order that makes you happy. Thank you, Miranda for your help over the phone and great job on person. I love this Burger King. Waiting on my delivery order to arrive soon.

Ok the food is fine but of all the lunch servers, these ladies work the hardest and actually yell out the orders. Most of the places around here don't tell you when you're food is ready. Also the line here is orderly the McDs nearby is just chaos. And at BK... You have it your way. Accessible from the street plenty of indoor seating. No outdoor. Not sure if there is a bathroom.

Ordered the new chicken sandwich and a couple of other things for my coworkers. Delivery was a bit slow but not a problem. The Ch'king sandwich was pretty tasty. It can definately compete with the other chicken sandwiches on the market. I liked it because it is simple, good mayo/mustard sauce, nice pillowy bun, pickle. Thd chicken is a good size as well. Also ordered a sundae, not great. Chocolate syrup tasted like medicine.

Too understaffed and no security. Crime and panhandling too common and lines are too long because owners don't hire enough staff.

I went to this burger king today 10/17/22 [ was eating my usual meal of #1 I always oder the #1 which is a whopper meal no mayo large size with diet coke and order of 8 piece nuggets. Ok,so I'm eating mending my business. I noticed a man circling around the area where I'm eating. then a lady appears out of nowhere. she tells me that the same man circling has been watching my bag. And she just had to say something to me about it. I thanked her. I'm alone and I forgot my phone at home. i couldn't even call for help if he did steal my bag. she said she was security so that was good to hear. the way the burger king is the cashier is to the front and can't see what's going on where the people are eating. I felt unsafe with this man there who was probably homeless. I will NEVER eat there ever again. G

The Burger King located At 417-425 Fulton Street needs To get their Act together. I ordered two 8 piece chicken nuggets. When l got home, l only had one 8 piece nuggets. The Next week l went Back To explain that l didn't get My full order. The Cashier didn't bother To refund me or replace The order, And l am a regular customer. Next time l'll take My business elsewhere. Who know how many other customers that happened to?

This Burger King very clean and nicely decorated compare to other Burger Kings. They have 2 floor for dining in so plenty of space to seat down without sharing tables. Their bathroom like other fast food bathroom is just too dirty, your best bet is going to Macy's a few blocks away to use a cleaner bathroom. Every time I come here the food the food is made in different pace. I always get their whooper or the meal that comes with the whooper. The wait is between 5-10minutes depending how busy they are. The main thing that ticks me off is the cashiers, Every time I order they all seem pissed off, not only to me but to every one of their customers. It would be great if they would show my positivity but after all this isn't meet and greet. Don't really prefer to come here unless I really can't of what to eat around this neighborhood.

I thought the burger is supposed to be flame broiled fresh. The patty in my burger was not flame broiled. The patty is dry, lukewarm, and bland with a bit of a chemical burn smell similar to butane lighter fluid. Flame broiled should be juicy, hot, and smoky similar to burgers at other places. Maybe Burger King corporate need to investigate this location. They are definitely not living up to their commercials.

If you come in the morning at 8:30am, there is not wait online. You will spend 5 minutes here. If you come here at noon or any other hours, you will be online for 30 minutes and wait for your food for another 30 minutes. One time they had to refund my Discover credit after they charged me to realize that they won't get paid through Discover card. Another time, the cashier disappeared on me, making all the people behind me pissed off because she is supposed to do her job and take orders. Define "fast-food" for me?

Please continue to be a refuge for independent entrepreneurs and those who just need a place to sit and nod into blissful opiod oblivion. Please BK, stay on Fulton st, "DOBRO" likes it grimey! BK bought Tim Hortons to facilitate moving their corporate headquarters to Canada to save on US taxes. There's no legal reason for BK to pay all those onerous US Corporate taxes. BK protects shareholder value by allowing the market to determine the wages it pays instead of considering cost of living. Despite being worth about $12.5 billion, with gross 2013 profits of $951 million and having nearly $905 cash on hand, average pay hovers in the $8 per hour range. For 2013, 33 year-old CEO Daniel Schwartz was paid $1.91 million, lots of money to me (a paltry amount compared to true financial titans), but Mr. Schwartz has higher aspirations of using his current position as a springboard to a career as a turnaround CEO king. In conclusion, this BK is one of the last havens of what once was.

It's amazing what a little paint can do. Now is this place a bit grimy? Yes. Are the employees rude at times? Oh yes. Are the patrons sketchy looking? Unfortunately, yes. Do they skimp on the lettuce? You bet. Yet, as my backup, backup fast food place when I'm not feeling Subway and don't feel like eating Chinese food but I didn't bring food from home during my nighttime lunch days, this is the spot. They just painted a few weeks back and cleaned things up a lot and guess what - it actually looks and feels better. You no longer are taking your life in your hands walking in there and don't have to prey that you don't catch something. That said, the price of the Veggie Burger meal went up and when I ask for extra pickles I'm charged for them even though it's supposed to come with them. But whatever. The new BK fries are also pretty better. Who'd a thunk it? This is no culinary experience, but its Burger King, the second redheaded cousin of fast food so get what you get - and hopefully its at least edible.

I was here on Thursday while waiting to meet up with someone. I came in here because I had plenty of time to kill and it was drizzly and looked like it was supposed to increase in intensity. I came in here with the commercial for chicken fries in my head. I decided to order the fiery chicken fries. It didn't take long to get my chicken fries. I was asked what kind of sauce I wanted and my order taker started listing the sauces they had, When she got to honey mustard I selected that. Had I known they had a Buffalo sauce or a sauce specifically for their chicken fries I would have ordered that. There were 10 chicken fries in the order. They looked like skinnier versions of a chicken finger. The bread and the chicken tasted spicy and hot. (spice is not the same as heat). It did go well with the honey mustard and remarkably the one packet of sauce was enough.

This BK will short your order. Even when you show receipt they will not make order right. Go some place else that won't cheat customers.

Why did I even bother to come to a fast food chain in the city? I was anticipating disappointment and disappointment is what I got. The cashier was rude af, only cared about how she felt which was clearly being miserable working a fast food restaurant. Food wasn't that great. Not going to make this mistake again (as I tell myself).

With this Burger King the staff is inappropriate & rude. Apparently they are even more so on Sundays when the manager isn't there (found this out later). They got my order wrong and was bluntly making fun of customers. They were laughing at a special needs kid that walked in, literally telling him to his face that he was "...mad annoying." I have a younger brother who is special needs so when I heard that I was really put-off by even sitting down to eat there. The cashier was chatting it up with a girl who wasn't even ordering anything. Mine and my boyfriend's buns were burnt and they put onions in my A1 burger despite me saying "Please no onions." Oh and don't go to this BK if you need to use the bathroom because you will have ask the cashier to 'buzz you in' to the otherwise completely locked & inaccessible bathroom. Unless you're starving and there's no where else for you to eat, do not go to this Burger King.

Plain out EW ! it's such a terrible place to go and eat and if anyone actually likes this place, you really don;t know what food is. I know it's a fast food restaurant but at least make sure my fries are warm maybe? I think i ordered a junior burger whatev ((it was my first time trying BK)) and it was just... ICK. GO TO DA BURGER JOINT INSTEAD. like srsly im scared to try out any other BK bc I'd rather spend my money on real food instead. I wasn't the only one either. My bf was just meh about his food. Now the service is terrible. The wait is so long but maybe that's because it was in the afternoon that we went. BUT everyone was at the cash registers so i don't understand. -_- Just really don't go. If you're by 2nd Ave definetly give Paula's Da Burger Joint a try. They're burgers are HUGE and REALLY GOOD. Although the cashiere attending me was sorta nice i guess. They just have no structure to their service Also, it's really, REALLY getto in this BK. The security guard had to kick SO MANY people from the bathroom, which included two 'bums' one holding a toothbrush and the other a razor. -_________- REALLY?????? ITS ZERO STARS. but i can't give zeros obviously.

This Burger King is slow, but I support them highly. Especially after stating to some media that the cops deleted the tapes from the #LawquanMcDonald killing.

I agree with Alissa. This is the worst BK I've ever been to. I'm not even sure if there's ventilation in the place. Something tells me the smoke in the place has been there for years. The service is REALLY slow. And the chicken fries are -- well I never knew that a BK could screw up the damn chicken fries. They were like charcoal pretty much.

The food is not for me (I got a bacon burrito from the breakfast menu and they put too much cheese in it) and the drink is not refillable, unlike other fast food restaurant.

Worst Burger King ever, burger is Dry and not juicy, some of the Staffs are racially biased and I for one will never patronize them ever because I i don't feel welcome

They gave me a half cooked pink looking burger on Saturday, with a ton of onions and pickles, September 28 2019, at 7:41pm. and the burger was so steamy it tasted boiled and the wrapper on burger was wet and the bread was sweaty from the steam and kind of flat and the bag was even getting wet from the steam from the burger. burger was folded over on the side edges of sandwich. no seasoning was on burger. and it was the big kind xl burger with very little sauce. it was plain, and moist and the most disgusting nasty *ss burger i ever had at burger king. i think the people that cook at that time don't know what they're doing. and the lady made me a second one because i showed her that my burger was pink and the second one was made neater but no better in flavor, texture and taste. still steamy and wet with no seasoning. been sick since eating there that night and sneezing. i eat there often, but i may not get burgers there so often anymore since obviously some of the workers don't know what a good burger is suppose to look like. giving someone a sweaty steamy hot burger, so steamy that the bread is turning wet and flat is not a good burger. a bunch of onions is not good either. pickle pieces cut too thick was on my burger also. and lettuce with brown edges was on my burger also. the burger wouldn't even hold together so much onions and thick pickles was on it. everything was falling out of sandwich. very nasty. and i doubt that the lady even washed her hands when she made me my second burger, as i saw her pass through rolling a garbage can a little before she made me a second burger. but i assumed she washed her hands. but she probably didn't. careless and nasty made burgers and food. absolutely disgusting. this burger king needs to do better. Food preparers need to LOOK harder at the *ucking burger. if it is pink, light brown, doesn't looked grilled well... then don't bread it and give it to any customers! this burger king always making pink burgers. Ridiculous. and *ucking careless!

Service is normal for food chain. Nothing extravagant. Seating areas are clean but steer clear of restrooms. Ugh typical NYC public restroom. Other then that not much to review.

I can't say too many great things about this to be honest. First and foremost, the lines are ridiculously long! i understand that this establishment is located in a busy area but wtf! I know for sure its not because of a staffing issue because I see plenty of "workers" back there doing everything but making food. This place does not appear to be under any supervision/management, it seems as though the "workers" are running this place, which is pretty evident. I went in today and there was 1 fucking register open, with the line reaching all the way to the door. There was no sense of urgency at all, while customers are in line complaining. Honestly, someone needs to do something about this shit, its horrible.

One of the worst Burger Kings in Brooklyn , it doesn't make no sense how slow they are and the food they prep is disgusting... very bad customer service.. Headquarters need to come in an investigate these bad problem situations .

Horrible service! So there's a long line to order I had like 2 people in front of me and the cashier Her girl comes and cut in front of everyone and she rings her like nothing!! Why the hell have a line of your just going to hook your friends up!! The the burger was saggy as hell

Well today a roach was crawling by the register and another big one where you pick up order. That roach probably was pregnant. They are in desperate need of an exterminator.

First and last time here. I ordered a Dr. pepper shake and got charged for a Dr. pepper shake, but later found out they don't have that. The menu on display was promoting it. I don't understand how they can promote and charge an item that they don't carry. Very disappointed

Deserves less than one star ! Recently renovated this dump from all the junkies that hang out here ! But while they was doing that the should of renovated their employees attitude, ordered 10 pieces of nuggets ! Thinking I was receiving complementary sauces ah noo ! You have to pay extra for everything !! Which sucks because now I rather head to mcdonalds and forget about my burger cravings ! Keep it up Burger King no wonder you guys are losing customers

Man this is really a terrible place to be. While this particular BK is clean, the service is absolutely horrendous. Staffed by employees who seemingly only care about gabbing and joking with each other and flirting with male customers who wink and say, "this boy is hungry," it'll take more than a few minutes for your order, which is already prepared and waiting, to be bagged and handed to you. Five of the 7 visible employees were laughing and chatting while the young lady at the register made eye contact with me and then proceeded to continue chatting while SHE TEXTED ON HER PHONE. At long last, I gave my order. And then I waited even longer for the flirting and joking to subside. I don't know what the hell I was thinking to have BK to begin with, but I learned my lesson. I will never return.

Horrible service. Especially since it is located downtown, you would expect quick service. Only reason I go is because its right next to my job. But every single time I'm waiting minimum 5 to 8 minutes. Call it slow food not fast food.

I'll give Burger King 4 stars because they have great deals for lunch 6 dollars for a whopper fries and two cookies can't beat it but however this area of Brooklyn has a ton of homeless people that harass you as soon as you walk in.. I can't deal with people approaching me everytime I go into try and get something to eat this is something that has to be taken care of

I stopped going here a while ago because the workers were just so slow and rude and the place did look pretty grimy. The workers are still pretty useless, but the food does come out quick, tastes good, cheap prices and they cleaned up the place a lot since the last time I came here. Is this place going to be on rotation? No. But I have to give it credit for improving!

I like Burger King, This is one closet to my job. I enjoy the breakfast and its more reasonably priced than MC Donald's. The staff are a hit or miss. It can get crowed in the morning and during lunch time. They keep it clean and I appreciate the A rating.

Where do even start? They keep messing up my order! How many times do I have to scream and yell at them? They are so annoying. They are always slow and late with my order. Also the place is always crowded because its near a church and they pray on the uneducated and poor people. They are just the worst! They have no respect to their customers. Always terrible customer service. At least the food is cheap with the $3.58 bundle with 2 cheeseburgers and small fries with small drink. But sometimes they are always messing up the fries order with onion rings or the drink. They also got rid of their free wifi which sucks!

Slow servicing: 2 people serving as cashiers and one for delivering orders to customers; this formed in a long line inside.The food here is not as good as the other branches that I've been to.

First off, let me say, I'm a fast food junkie. I think Burger King is great. Love the Whopper. That is probably the only reason why I would put myself through such a horrible experience in dining at this particular Burger King. I know for a fact, before I walk in there, that the person taking my order will be rude and unfriendly. I know that I will wait an enormous amount of time for my order. I wouldn't even dare attempt to use the restroom. The place is always filthy. Funny, you never see a Burger King commercial that looks like this place. This place is filled with seedy characters, on both sides of the counter. You don't know if you're gonna get stabbed by the workers or the other customers here. If you love the food served at Burger King, like I do, then dine here at your own risk. Fast food ain't the only thing that'll kill you at this Burger King. Good Luck.

This is the worst burger king I have ever been too. The worst service provided by people with no class. This was my third bad experience here within one month. 3 Strikes you're out! I'll never step foot in another Burger King again this place left me traumatized!

i like burger king..and i think their products are great....but...yesterday i was in this location...and i asked for a milk shake...the lady prepped my order..after she is done mixing the ice cream and the mix on the blender, a shocking thing happened..which made me threw away th shake i got without even touching it. After she is done blending the ice cream and mix, she got this rag that is sitting under on the shelf in a bucket, and cleaned the tip of the mixer that touches the ice cream.. .. But when she start cleaning the counter and the side of the machines with the same rag.... i was about to throw up... please peps.. watch out you may be drinking a milshake with rat poo residue..
