Burger King - Pattaya Klang

The food is good, but there are not enough staff. The meal prices are expensive — the Whopper menu costs 359 baht. The place is a bit small and not very spacious.

The food is just average, not bad, but nothing special either. Feels a bit overrated for what you get. However, one good thing is that it’s open in the morning, which is rare in Pattaya when most places are still closed. The two kiosks at the front make ordering really easy and convenient.

No remote terminals for ordering, it’s all still done at the counter. No problem when it’s not busy, but could be a bit time consuming at busy times. BK service is already slow, so self serve terminals would help. Great place to grab a snack or drink close to the beach, especially if you can nab a seat outside. Unfortunately staff let people who are not eating there sit there and even consume their own food at the tables, so it’s often not possible.

The most overpriced and overrated fast food burger restaurant I've been to in Pattaya. I can't believe people pay so much money for a fast food burger. It has no aromas and no taste. Especially the truffle Angus burger. The bun, the patty it's so cheap. But the price in Baht is expensive. I guess the intention is to let people think if the price is high the product must be high quality. 5555. First and last time I put a step into a burger king. There are much better options for a fair price.

Disappointed with the portion and size of meal. Pricing is almost similar to USA. Meat was good. Clean restaurant. Plenty of seating. Good service. At price point, better values available elsewhere.

Very neat and clean place, accompanied by beach view. I took vegetarian option and it was very fresh. Staff was very professional and welcoming. Charging points were there and good place to sit and relax in warm weather of pattaya. Fresh cold drinks options were lovely as well.

This Burger King location actually is worthy of a review. Very nice staff, fries are always made fresh to order and not just kept out for 15 mins like some places do. No one likes cold soggy fries. Burgers siesta nice and hot. Some nice promos going on as well.

I recently visited the Burger King in Pattaya and had a notably mixed experience. The highlight without a doubt was the food itself. The Whopper was excellently prepared, retaining the classic taste that I've always appreciated. The fries complemented the burger well, and the Coca Cola was the refreshing finish I needed. The design was consistent with the Burger King brand, familiar and comfortable. However, the restroom facilities were a bit of a letdown. They were somewhat small, which might be inconvenient for some. Thankfully, the restaurant's location near a large shopping mall provides an alternative for those seeking more spacious restroom facilities. On a positive note, the cleaning station in the main lobby for handwashing was a thoughtful and practical addition. The primary downside of my visit was the service. The self-service system was not functioning, and the staff service fell short of expectations. An incident occurred during my order; when asked to choose between medium or large, I opted for medium but was given a large portion instead. The staff member not only mistakenly upsold but also tried to argue about the size, despite the clear options on the menu. Such tactics felt more like a trick than a genuine upselling attempt. I believe upselling should be about making customers want additional items, not deceiving them into it. In conclusion, while the food quality at Burger King Pattaya was impressive, and the restaurant's cleanliness and design were up to the mark, the service aspect certainly needs improvement. The restroom size might be a minor inconvenience for some, but the overall dining experience was satisfactory. I'd recommend this place for the food, with a note to be cautious about your order size.
