Burger King

The staff here are so helpful. I noticed a problem with the BK perks program in their app, but it is nothing the staff at the location couldnt handle. Drive-through, maybe an hr more at weekends. Parking is ample and wheelchair friendly. Restrooms are available for customers. Amazing discounts through the BK app. Wally Jo's THUMBS-UP

I ordered food on door dash and I asked my driver for ranch and he called to tell me the cashier said no because I didn’t pay for it… on the app there is no way to pay for it. I called and told her that, she replied that’s not her problem because it’s policy. I should up because she refused to give he her name over the phone and hung up on me. I don’t think fast food restaurants should be charging for sides of ranch there food is expensive and not the best as it is. If you go to a nicer restaurant they won’t charge you like that. Also if you are going to hold people to the “policy” make sure to put the option to buy on the food apps. When I went in they ignored me for 20 minutes, called a mall cop for no reason. It’s awful how they treat people. Keep this up and people will stop going to Burger King. I know I won’t be going anymore.

At first it seemed like a bad choice for eating late night because we had a poor experience with the food it was cold. So we called them up and let him know that we were dissatisfied with the food and they told us to come on back and they'll replace the food. The replacement was excellent the service was extremely friendly going above & beyond expectation. Thank you late night Burger King.

If I could put a no star I would, I placed an online order and customized three burgers and every single burger that I received was absolutely wrong I requested no tomatoes on two burgers and both got burgers, I requested no mayo on another burger and it was like I requested extra mayo. Then to top it off when I asked for ranch and bbq I was given attitude because I needed to pay for any sauces, I told him it was fine that I would pay for them I the employee acted like I was inconveniencing him. I’m just thinking how do these guys demand to make more than just minimum wage but can’t get a simple burger order correct

This BK, like all others, needs to be DEMAND DEStRUCTED out of existence given its price-goughing prices, and its flagrant audio of an “auto-bat” staffed drive-thrus (not something ANY paying customer shouldhave to encounter!). BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION ACCORDINGLY! Help rid thias USA of these price-goughing fast-food places with “aut0-bat” ataffing!

I’m really disappointed with my order. I asked for an Oreo shake, but they brought me a Coke instead. I paid over $30 for a cold burger and fries that didn’t taste good at all. Very frustrating experience.

This is one of the few remaining locations in our area. The staff is so amazing. Due to the location, sometimes they do have to put up with the crazies. It isn't pleasant, but they always do their best to deal with every situation. When I was there, the burgers were amazing. The fries were just the right amount of crunchy. I decided at 47 I did have to take a crown. I'm a kid at heart. They do have security keeping an eye on the place, and they do their best to keep everyone happy. Help support a local business and come grab a burger or two. The price is a bit up there, but I do think they absolutely are worth the value. Hope to see you here.

Always order through the app and zip through the drive thru to pickup. Thankfully the last 2 yrs I don't recall anything ever missing from the order. Fries are usually hot and fresh.

Luz is the worse worker in that burger king!!!! I been coming for years since i was young bt i never experienced service like hers. There use to be an asian guy that was always there and he was such a great worker.

I was in a hurry, hungry and I noticed the local Burger King. As it was convenient, I decided to swing by and order lunch. Chicken Nuggets appealed to me, so I ordered the 16PC meal along with French Fries and an iced tea. While filling, the Chicken Nuggets were very disappointing. They were thin with as much breading as meat. Very little flavor. I think other national, fast food / burger spots offer better Chicken Nuggets. The French fries were fine as was the iced tea

I love Burger King which makes me sad because at this location they always get my order wrong and it's not like my order is very complicated a burger , cheesy tots and a drink shouldn't be hard to mess up? Well it never fails! In the future I'll try my best to avoid this location even though it is the closest to my house which sucks because I love BK please improve

The management is super nice and everyone working here is attentive. One of the busiest in Arden Area but somehow the location inside is clean. The food is very good and is always hot when I get it! You cannot go wrong with any of the classic burger and shake combos! A+

What a complete disgrace to the service industry. Can't go inside to order unless you use the app. People sitting in drive through holding up everything using the app. Employees that are rude and clueless. Didn't bother getting cold food this time because it's such a cluster of disaster. I'm pretty sure there's an ADA violation here.

this restaurant is so disgusting they only have one bathroom and it was clogged with feces and we asked if we could use the other bathroom and they said no only for employees only and unclogged the toilet but didn't clean around it! it's disgusting I was trying to help my 6 year old to go to the restroom

I have a coupon and couldn't bring it up while ordering. Once I got to the drive thru window the worker said said he could not put the coupon in my order and I had to go in. I go in and place the order again with the coupon and the new worker tell me oh the card reader is not working and REFUSED to use the drive thru card reader so I could pay. I left without any food. They didn't even try and this was a wate of my time.

I went there because I like their burgers. I walked in and there were 6 people standing around not in a line. So I walked up to the counter and was totally ignored by an employee that came out of the kitchen. Two of the guys waiting were food delivery types. One had apparently been waiting quite a while and was banging his keys on the counter every few seconds. After being ignored several times, I left. Had the employee recognized me I would have stayed. A simple "welcome to Burger King, I will be with you shortly" would have kept me there. Im thinking the employees have little or no training on customer focus. The employee was trying to get a food delivery order together, and seemed very unorganized. Probably won't come back as there aee a lot of fast food choices in this area.

The worst of the worst. The store is very dirty and the staff could care less about customer service. They really need to tear it down and start over including new staff!!

Customers service was ok. They have 2 cooks, 3 cashiers/customer service and none greets the customers. They did take orders in a timely manner. Food was served fresh. My fries were hot and fresh. Both bathrooms were very dirty and both are out of toilet liners and toilet paper. Dining area have a few dirty tables but yet 3 of the worker taking breaks here and there had yet to clean the tables or stock the bathrooms. I had worked in fast food restaurants and I know it only takes a min to clean and stock things up. Just happen to be in the area to eat here but I will unlikely come back here.

Don't go late, I have been there 3 times and each time I get cheated out of my order. I like the double bacon king, when I got home all I got was a single whopper loaded with extra veggies to make it weigh like a double. If you go you have to throughly check your order before leaving!

I'm stopping in here, just to try out this new Burger King Taco offered for just $1.00 ea. Cause when you have an In N Out just across the street, there's no real choice for a fast burger between the two. I just tried the Jack In The Box version priced at just .60 cents each, so maybe for a little more money, these might be better. I was way wrong! I mean these tacos weren't spit it out bad, but compared to the less costly version from Jack In The Box, these were not some thing I wanna eat again. Burger King, stick with burgers and fries. I do like their Burgers and fries, but sure not as much as In N Out. I got 2 of these new tacos here. The look was very similar to Jack's, deep fried a little bit greasy taco shell, filled sparingly with cheese, lettuce and some kinda meat and sauce. Both Burger King and Jacks were about the same size. I thought the Burger King shell had a little better crunch to it, but the fillings were just bland and the meat ... well, I really couldn't tell if it was beef or some other animal. It was almost like a brown paste. This sure as hell didn't look like the promo pics from Jack In The Box ..... hey, I want my taco to look like the one in the picture! Nope, you get what you get. It was interesting enough to try this new thing at Burger King, but I'll stick to the burgers, thank you! I'm not that big on taco's in general, especially fast food ones, but I may just have to try those .60 cent tacos at Jack's again. The real Mexican tacos at a taquria in some bad part of town are way better then these fast food versions. Speaking of bad part of town, you know you're in a bad area when you see more then one dude with shorts on wearing ankle monitors!

Worst Burger King ever! Customer service is horrible. People had to wait for about 20 minutes for there food. The employees change the garbage and then come take your order, pass your drink cup and food without washing there hands, disgusting! You add for an extra sauce and it cost .27, I think for waiting 20-30 minutes you can give me an extra sauce packet. Lobby was filthy! Also, thank you for throwing my food into the bag.

Bought a meal and asked for a Sprite. On my way home I took a sip and it was water. If they didn't have Sprite they should have told me. I'll NEVER go there again. I should've known it would've been a bad experience with the homeless people standing outside and the garbage in the drive thru. I'm pissed .

Very slow. Deserving of previous reviews. Going to in n out. Had to repeat order 3 times.

The food was raw, my burgers were turn green, the cheese tasted expired, I ate one burger and my stomach started to feel a sharp pain, so did my heart and the 3 burgers i bought all had to flavor. After finishing one burger I went to the bathroom and I started to throw up and I stared to get dizzy and nauseous, I am never coming back to this burger king and it took 15 minutes for 1 burger, I will not recommend this Burger king.

I went in to order because the drive thru was full. I was second in line. It took literally 10 minutes before someone took my order and I paid. After waiting another 10 minutes I asked about my order. No record of it. I showed the clerk my receipt. My 1/2 completed order was found sitting on a back counter waiting to be completed (by someone?). I was more than ready to leave as my wife was waiting for me in the parking lot. When I finally walked out with my order, a double whopper with cheese , frys, and, onion rings, the drive thru line was gone. AND last but not least, The BURGER WAS WRONG!!!

No stars for me. I just waited over 40 minutes in the drive through to only receive half of my order. I had to get out of my car, walk I'm the store to get the rest of my Food. Pretty frustrating. Then get home and realize the fries were burnt!! The food wasn't for me, got my teenagers. This store needs ti properly staff, double check orders and serve food that not over cooked. They could have at the least had the courtesy to tell customers at the order menu that they'd be waiting for close to an hour. What made it even more difficult is that there was no way ti leave. Once you order your stuck, if there's a car behind you. Hire some help! Cook the food so we can actually eat it. Burnt fries!!! My 2 year old couldn't even chew them.

I don't expect a Michelin Star dining experience when I got for fast food and that includes BK. I expect fast food with a predictable flavor at a reasonable price. Hand me a bag that contains that and I'll be happy. This is not that. I ordered online and went inside. And waited. And waited. And waited. Aaaaaaaand waited. Some more. I counted 6 employees. No one greeted me. They all looked at and ignored me. And then the one in front started JOKING about how someone was at the counter and it looked like they wanted something. I left without my food and reversed the charge on my card. I mean wtf?

Much better than before after the remodeling. The front entrance and the building itself looks good! They have replaced all tables and chairs. The new chairs or benches are more comfortable than before. The cashier today is good. I have a nice greeting when I walking into the door, and he said Thank you when customers walking out! I have never see any Burger King employee does this to the customers before! The Angry Whopper I have today is okay. Not excellent! I think I'll not have it again! Parking at this location is very easy. This Burger King is in the far edge of the Arden Fair Mall in front of Best Buy. Huge parking lot with not too many car in this section of the parking lot. So no problem finding a parking!

Jo-Nathan provided great customer service and was very helpful with my order. I will be back because of him. He recommended the new chicken wrap, which was amazing and I will buy it again.

I have had a great experience every time I go to this location. If you treat the workers nice they will do the same. Please take into consideration that they work a fast pace job and deal with disrespect often. A little kindness can go along way and they would appreciate that tbh. As someone who works fast food myself I understand and I try to treat everyone with respect. So please when you go to this location don't disrespect the workers but communicate with them

Awful experience. I ordered a burger and fries and the burger was fine. The fries had a large mound of salt on them to where it looked like they've been snowed on They were just completely inedible.

Rude workers. Always out of what they're supposed to have. Customer service is dead and gone with this place.

This is the worst Burger King ever. Employees are rude and lack any customer service. I wish we could complain to the owner as these people working here are a bad representation of his or her company l. I will never eat here and have advised everyone I know to never eat there.

Wow. Literally the worst place I've ever been in. I was wasting time while waiting for my car to be serviced and was a little hungry. The place was dirty. The staff were complaining to each other loudly. Onion rings took 40 mins? Wtf.

This place has a reputation of being the worst Burger King location and they really live up to it. I couldn't even be fully shocked when I seen one of the cooks that attention I was trying to grab so they could open the restroom for me literally reach into the fresh fries and eat them directly in front of me and then pretend he didn't hear or see me. HOW DISGUSTING! Where is health inspection when you need them?

3 stars for my whoppers, which tasted good. But this location is sooo slow and the horrible drive thru speaker makes it hard to communicate with staff. The guy at the window was nice but seemed stoned. He let the annoying customer in the drive thru before me take 10 minutes to order, which led to a line of 7+ cars all forced to wait.

Took about 30 minutes to get my order on my lunch break, so I didn't appreciate the wait.

Busy 24 hrs, 7 days a week, 365 days a year because they make fresh, hot hamburgers that taste good. I get the Impossible burger and it really does taste like meat. Rather wait in line here than go anywhere else.

I went through the drive thru about noon today. The man on the drive thru intercom was very professional and sounded like a skilled spokesman. He was professional and efficient. However a young lady with short hair at the window did the transaction. She had no customer service skills what so ever. No smile, greeting of any sort. She just blurted out the amount I owed and gave me my food. Food however was great. My meal was Hot, Fries we're fresh and drink was refreshing. I would have given 5 stars of the young lady had her customer service down. But the 4 starw goes to the intercom person and the cool who made my meal.

Tried to order in drive thru. Very rude female at 10pm tonight. She was barking thru the speaker and just being very very rude. No need for details but definitely some type of mental overload. Will never go back here again! Still love Burger King!!

Food is okay when it comes out hot but the staff is the worst. I think his name was Levonte or something like that who was taking orders and he clearly didn't want to be there. If you're so unhappy, leave. He made people ordering feel like they were bothering him by being there.

I can definitely see why their ratings are so low. I ordered cheese and onions on my chicken sandwich and got neither but they happily charged me. Isn't that considered extortion when you take money but don't make good on the agreement? And to add insult to injury they don't answer their phone. The only good thing is the sweet young lady at the drive-thru. She's the reason they got two stars.

If there would be an option of - stars I would choose that. Today I had pick up and they clearly mentioned on gate that lobby is open for carry out and delivery. I knocked on the door since it was close! Employee is look at me and ignored me like it was a wind. Then I tried to call them they hung up on me. What a shitty store and workers! Get some balls to serve customers instead of being annoying to us. Never go to this store. Waste of my time.

very poor service, stuff works pretty slow. I ordered fries, and they took over 45 minutes to get them ready. When I asked why, they were very rude about it, especially the lady at the drive-thru window. I don't recommend this location at all. Please go to a different one.

Outside is not clean. Windows are dirty. Doors to entrance are dirty. Window at the drive through was gross. Waited a long time at drive through. 3 cars in front of me. Got to window and waited. Window opened and they took my payment. Then waited.....waited....waited finally they asked me to pull to the front of the store....because they were making it "fresh". I thought that explaination was odd as chx sandos are fried. Didnt give me much confidence on what wasnt made "fresh". It was only 3 chx sandos causing this drive through pile up as there were 4 cars behind me waiting for thier "fresh" food . Pulled up front. Waited. It was hot and i was tired of waiting so i wanted an icee.i decided to go in. Lol. The damn door was locked and no way to get in. I was done. Finally someone came out by my car and stopped about 4 feet from the car and with a strained outreached paw handed me the bag that i had to reach out and get. No sorry for locking the lobby, no apology for the long wait, no hello, not even ...heres your food now fuck off. Lol. It might as well have been. Never again.

Do NOT eat here. Ordered $30 worth of food- all poorly made- just to sit in the lobby and be surrounded by flies and the BIGGEST roach I've ever seen just crawling around the floor! Not to mention I had food poisoning ( diarrhea) for 45 mins after my meal!!!!! AVOID!

Close it down. Slowest Burger King ever. I came here with my dog in the backseat, thinking I could go through the drive-thru and grab some food before heading home. Big mistake. We were stuck here for over 30 minutes.

We dropped in to try the new taco. DON'T WASTE YOUR DOLLAR! The service at this location was aeeful. There was nobody in front of or behind me in the drive thru. The lady kept cutting me off with, "Is that all!" I get my taco and it appears they made it this morning and sat it under heat lamps. The taco was soggy, meat burned to the cracked shell, and oily. I can't risk it to try in my belly. My fiancé wanted nuggets, which were inedible because of excess salt. No more

It has not really improved. In fact their staff at this particular location can not read. Do not modify your whopper or anything here because this staff will mess it up out of spite.
