I ordered a #6 the royal crispy chicken sandwich meal and a 4pc cheesy tot but it was raw and pink (the chicken sandwich) and when I bite into it, it was extra juicy and slimy it barely pulled apart that’s how I knew something was up🙄🤢 the manager was cool about it she even admitted that it wasn’t done to her liking when I brought it back and she said that you can tell it wasn’t done she gave me a refund and apologized. It’s a bunch of kids in there and they don’t care let’s be honest they always have an attitude. All she did was say hey yall lets make sure the sandwiches are done when we dropping them. It’s always an issue at this specific Burger King

The guy taking orders in drive thru had jokes at 10am. I appreciated that 🤣. He was friendly and my order was accurate compared to most other Burger Kings anymore. I've never had a Whopper for breakfast but if they're all that good, I want one every day.

Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes just to have to pull around to receive my food, and had to wait a extra 10 mins. When I received the food it was very skeet on the sauce and like only had 3 pieces of diced onions (I ordered a classic melt) also only one side of the bread was toasted, they ain't even toast the other bun.

My experiences at this location have been positive during breakfast hours; however, by lunch and dinner, service quality often declines. Wait times are frequently long, and order accuracy can be inconsistent. As the day progresses, staffing issues seem to arise more frequently. There have been instances where I placed an online order, arrived at the restaurant, and, after waiting, was informed that the location was closed due to insufficient staff. It would be helpful if a sign could be posted in these instances to keep customers informed. I understand that staffing challenges are complex, and I hope management will find dedicated team members who enjoy customer service and are committed to creating a positive dining experience. With some adjustments, this location could fully meet its potential and offer consistently great service throughout the day. Until then I'll be finding other restaurants to dine with.

Worst ever. Late night. Used drive through. Only one person in line. Employee came out to talk to people in front of us. We waited and waited and waited to get to window. We finally were able to pay. THEN WE WERE TOLD TO BACK UP TO THE AREA JUST AFTER WHERE YOU ORDER AND WAIT TO BE MOTIONED FORWARD. We have NEVER been told to get away from the window after paying. Horrible, horrible treatment. Wouldn't recommend this place to a dead hamster!

One star because app makes you do it.......... Its been 2 years since i have been here and only because there are no choices for us in this neighborhood !!!!!! SHUT THIS BK DOWN First off my food again was cold and bk onion rings were terrible looking like brown worms trying to get back home sad a dbl whopper (did they change the meat and not tell us in 63138 about it even the cheese didn't melt on the burger there should be a way we could vote on what restaurant can open in our neighborhood and this one needs to go !!!!! BK send someone thru the drive thru and order and this was at lunchtime to try the food ... i might revue steak and shake cause it's not as bad when you have a dining room open again BK MANAGEMENT SHUT IT DOWN

This is the worst Burger King ever, Don't go here, you do a mobile order and 20 minutes later when you arrive it's still not there. Then wait 10 minutes before they take your order. Warning never go here. I don't think I'm ever coming back. This is crazy.

Going to this burger king is a game of russian roulette. Ive been working in the area for about a year and frequent here. Food is hot sometimes, staff is somewhat non-violent. The in house security has been great. They have stopped employees from shooting eachother while fixing incorrect orders. The honey mustard crispy chicken wrap is great for children under the age of 3.

Tee with the dreads is way cool, she has a nice pretty smile that brightens the moment. I was disappointed to come by the drive through and she wasn't there. I knew then I was going to wait 30 minutes for my food not to mention the 30 minutes sitting at the speaker, I will pass

Half wits working the drive thru that you can hardly understand, as they are rushing your order and trying to be as rude as possible. It's understandable when the majority of your customer base is just as moronic. Long line waits because everyone is on their phone, not paying attention and definitely not having any common courtesy in regards to other folks time.

So this place is weird. I ordered my food, got to the window to pay, the guy takes my card runs it, gives it back and asks me to back up behind a pole so I could not see into the window. I backed up, then he holds my order out the same window. So I pull back up and I asked didn't he want me to back up..... he said yeah, have a good day. Weird ASF! I feel like they doing stuff to people food. While I sat there after getting my food he did it to two more cars and they were just as confused as I was! Horrible service.
