Best two whopper jr's I've ever had Clean location and the people were nice

Its ashame its a really nice looking Burger King, the place was a pig stye. Food and crumbs no clean tables at all, manager was rude. I ordered a large fry and got a small, she took my fries and chucked them in the trash with no hesitation. Overall would not recommend and will not patronize that Burger King again, they need way better management. Kinda wish I didn’t spend 10$ for such poor service and sit in a unclean restaurant.

Please hire Employees that want to actually work there. This location always lacks professionalism. l asked for a large cup of ice and this employee in her mid 30s gives me a small cup full of ice and I say nicely that it was suppose to be a large cup full of ice and this lady just puts the ice that was in the small cup in a large cup! Wait to follow a simple instruction. Hiring manager needs to do better with hiring quality people

I just left at 10:25pm. It was a long day and night! Didnt eat since lunch. Usually at ff places you never expect quality customer service but I am here to say the woman working the drive thru w/ short red hair and says “baby” in a great way…left me feeling like I had southern hospitality on dt Spfld!

This was the first time coming inside. I just wanted to sit down and eat inside. When I first got there, it was busy. I waited for my turn. A worker told me someone will help me shortly And I said ok thank you . Another worker came and she said what can I get you and I told her oh I have a code I’m gonna use the app. She rolled her eyes and said what is the code and I told her oh give me a second the page wanted me to refresh so I did. I gave her the numbers and I said sheesh because the app took forever to load and than she was like excuse me I hear what you said. I told her excuse me I didn’t say anything and she was like I hear what you said, you said damn. Which I never did she continue to be rude and I didn’t say anything cause I didn’t want The problem to escalate so I paid and waited. People around me heard how she was talking to me and they asked me what happened and I was trying to explain to them It was miscommunication that’s it. But the worker continue talking shit to her other workers saying I was rude and I had an attitude. So then I ask, can I speak to the manager and she Was like I’m the manager my name is Stacy What can I help you and I I was like why you’re being rude to me and Continuing to talk shit right there when I can hear you. For a manager, she shouldn’t act the way she acted. There was no need to be rude. I understand it was busy and it gets frustrating, but I wasn’t trying to make it harder for her I was just trying to sit down and eat. I don’t know if it was because of my color or how I looked, but I feel like she was being nice to everyone else besides me I felt discriminated.

I placed an online order because I am nonverbal and when I got there, I had no clue where I was supposed to go to pick up my food. I had wait in line like if I was going order and they gave me the wrong burger, I ordered a double cheeseburger and not a single. I order a frozen cola and they didn't have any.

This the best place to dissappear a burger in your stomach, enjoy a cop show and fake EMT rescues/ kidnapping. Burger Kings got the rocks and the best Habla Español employees. Every year at ARSL a conference for librarians we get BK Crowns for trivia night. I've had some complaints when I ask for 10. This BK was so friendly!!!! 100% kind

Great place for a Burger King. Service was incredible and staff friendly. Staff gave my son a crown. Food was delicious for a drive through. Ordered two hamburgers and a plain bacon cheeseburger and a large fry and spicy chicken nuggets and a frozen cotton candy cloud beverage all for 16$ What a Deal! Everything was very clean when we saw the drive through. Give this place a round of applause

I am not kidding this is the best place to get a burger in downtown Springfield. We have been to dozens of restaurants and ordered many many burgers from fancy restaurants and specialty "burger" restaurants and every time it's just awful. The waitstaff can't ever be bothered to get it right. Who wants to pay $15 for a burned hockey puck? At least here the price is very good and the burger is always exactly as you would expect.
