Burger King

Burger King is Burger King is Burger King. Sure. But this specific Burger King is fresh and clean. The staff was friendly and polite. The food came out as ordered and was hot. I came with my toddler and one of the employees made sure he got a crown. A lot of little things that made a difference in an otherwise regular everyday kind of stop a little more special.

Burger King offers classic fast food favorites with consistent quality and quick service. The burgers are flame grilled with a distinctive taste, portions are satisfying, and the menu has plenty of options. It’s a reliable spot for a fast, affordable meal on the go.

It’s absolutely baffles me how fast food restaurants cannot remember your dipping sauce. It’s every time I visit this location. Which is about once a month when I go to the casino. Even if I went behind the counter and pointed to my dipping sauce, they would still manage to somehow forget to put it in my bag. I have no idea how Chick-fil-A does this, but no other fast food restaurant has staff who are competent enough to read a receipt. I even make sure I do mobile ordering just so I can add the dips and sauces to the receipt and not have to interrupt their cell phone time by asking them at the window. And they cannot, for whatever reason, ever remember to put my sauces or napkins in the bag. It really needs to be studied. Like some kind of six sigma experiment on efficiency. It’s every color of worker, every age of worker, every state, every style of food, with the exception of Chick-fil-A. How did they do it?

Today was the most horrible service I have ever received in establishment.I want to get a meal through the drive through.I was denied because I was using electric scooter When multiple times I have been here with. And got food, this manager say he's been here long enough that he knows the rules. But multiple employees before have served me through the drive through with no problem and no issues. I come here at least twice a week to get a quick bite, usually around 40 to $50 and they're denying me because one manager thinks he knows all the policies I feel appalled disappointed.

Slowest burger king iv ever been too, Trash service . Multiple experiences like this but newest one . Went to drive thru and they told me to wait in front of the building for 20 minutes for a whopper and forgot i was even there. Had to go in and get it and took another 10 minutes. 30 minutes total at 11pm, 12-31-2025. Embarrassing, ill stick to popeyes or any other place from now on

Ordered with Doordash. On the first attempt Doordash said it was closed at 6:22 pm on Saturday night. Tried again. INCOMPLETE order. Missing large onion rings order. No tomatos, no extra onions on impossible burger. Charged for missing for item. Who checked this order number 41 on 12/22/2025?

Every year at ARSL a conference for librarians we get BK Crowns for trivia night. I've had some complaints when I ask for 10. This BK was so friendly!!!! 100% kind

Great place for a Burger King. Service was incredible and staff friendly. Staff gave my son a crown. Food was delicious for a drive through. Ordered two hamburgers and a plain bacon cheeseburger and a large fry and spicy chicken nuggets and a frozen cotton candy cloud beverage all for 16$ What a Deal! Everything was very clean when we saw the drive through. Give this place a round of applause

I am not kidding this is the best place to get a burger in downtown Springfield. We have been to dozens of restaurants and ordered many many burgers from fancy restaurants and specialty "burger" restaurants and every time it's just awful. The waitstaff can't ever be bothered to get it right. Who wants to pay $15 for a burned hockey puck? At least here the price is very good and the burger is always exactly as you would expect.
