I LOVE THIS LOCATION THE TEAM A1, FOOD ALWAYS RIGHT, FRESH, HOT, CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASANT, POLITE, SWEET, AND OUTGOING EACH TIME! THIS WILL ALWAYS BE MY GO TO SPOT. I only went to the other one on West Florissant due to them being closer. Nope not anymore ill stay where I'm treated right and food right everytime. SHOUT OUT TO Phil and Mrs. Shalisha THEY ARE THE BEST ❤️

Two Whopper Meals with a pack of cookies. Our food was temperature hot and fresh. Our food was very delicious. The customer service was wonderful and we didn't wait long to get our food.

I ordered an impossible burger not a mayonnaise burger. It was sloppy, wet and looked as if someone came over it Then I paid nearly $5 for a vanilla shake and they bring me a small half empty cup of idk what. Half melted ice cream or lumpy milk. Why they disrespect me like that?

Just sat at Burger King for over 30 minutes trying to get some fries that was not burned! I asked for my fries to be taken out the grease 1 minute early the answer was yes every time but the fries stayed down 5 minutes each time when they only supposed to cook 2 minutes max no one pays attention to them at this restaurant for some reason but I bet I won't get fries here again! It's a shame because I just spent $32 on 2 meals and a burger and couldn't get good fries wow 😐 😕 😳 I'm stumped, dumb founded and whatever else explains not understanding what just happened. Do we even get what we pay for anymore at the fast food restaurants? 🤔

Service was prompt. There was no one in drive thru so you would expect food to be hot! Nothing was and the burger had the top of the tomato with the hard part on top Once I saw that I couldn’t eat! So no will not be returning! People make it so hard to eat out now!!

Only place ik that will give u problems bout a dang paper coupon… I don’t get it every thing is on phones now for them to feel that entitled is crazy

Actually ordered from here through GrubHub. Everything was great. The order was exactly right. It was on time. Would do it again!

The food is always correct, but the wait can be brutal. Last time I just wanted 2 burgers and a fry and I waited just under 20 minutes before I left. The person at the window was chatting with a police officer, finally handed him a bag, for him to hand it right back. I went to Little Ceasars and got 3 pizzas in less than 5 minutes from leaving the drive-thru

This burger, I am sorry BK was terrible. You call this a burger, you make the picture look nice, but where's the beef? Sorry, your novelty burger here the Halloween Burger FAILED! Not enough meet and all the wrong flavors. The service was great, the people are nice but this burger sucks. Perhaps the other food is okay, but I am so sick and tired of the inconsistency in fast food. Makes me feel like a fool, when they put a picture up and the food looks nothing like the picture. There was a very small piece of meat on this burger, that was nothing like a whopper.

Extremely rude! It was almost funny. Never had an experience like this before I used the app to order some food. Didn't get anything that I ordered right except for the large fry, but I mean it's kinda hard to mess that up the owner should look to replacing a lot of people and to train them correctly oh and the food sucks. I miss my old BK.

The service was nice but the food is nothing like it looks it taste horrible and it all tastes Bland and like it was boiled instead of broiled. The commercials and the pictures are very deceiving it makes me almost want to stop eating fast food

Manager Lashay made sure our orders were right. The manager was very helpful and very attentive and also very kind!

I went late night to get a bite to eat because I didn't eat dinner. I ordered two whopper meals with fries and soda. I paid for my meal then got to the window and was told the soda machine was down what do I want instead. I asked for my money back was told no, can't do it. What do you want instead? Wow!

I tried the new crispy chicken sandwich today.. it was horrible. It was like they just put a bunch of butter on the bread. The bread was horrible. The chicken did not look like the chicken in the photo. It look like it was some processed chicken that they deep-fried into slept on the bun. Burger King has start has gone down it is horrible
