Food has always been good. I enjoy those whoppers. It does annoy me when your staff closes the inside dinning room at dinner time. Please get that worked out.

Easily the best burger king around 💓 Unless you can't pick up your order that you placed through the app and can't get a refund and no one in the store is serving customers in the store. Sending people (plural) on break when there's a line is just bad management. Rating updated from 5 to 1🤬

I popped into this BK for a few whoppers on the way to a Cardinals game and I was very happy with the service! The food was hot, tasty and it came out quickly. The restaurant was clean and the bathroom was too.

The worst of the worst. I was trapped in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting on a double cheeseburger and had to tell them my lunch hour was up. Canceled my order. They’ve been slow in the past but it’s gradually getting worse and my patience finally ran out. 20 minutes for a double cheeseburger with one car ahead of me. Just inexcusable. Avoid at all costs. I wish I could give it zero stars.

Everytime I come here for breakfast, lunch or anytime at all the employees are super nice and they really work hard to prepare your food and keep the place clean, the food is great and especially the fountain soda coke, but the service is unbeatable. This is a great team. Congrats to the leader who hired and trained these folks.

Literally stood in line for 10 minutes with ZERO customers eating inside and ONE car in drive thru, we had a trailer so went inside!, 5 workers sitting in the booths! Not one took our order! Everyone just stared at us! And the one old lady in front of me who also walked out bc yall ignored her. Yall suck , 0 stars. Taking my money somewhere else.

Lazy, slow, rude, cold food served, out of sauce, out of soda. Multiple cars go through the drive-through and they line them up out front in the parking lot only to let their bag of food. Sit there on the counter and get cold because they have no one to run them out to the parking lot. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had and that says a lot because I deal with McDonald’s.

3rd night in a row something went wrong. First night all chicken sandwiches were ordered plain and when I got home mayo and lettuce on every sandwich. 2nd night I ordered 8 piece chicken nuggets meal and only got 6 nuggets lol. 3rd night I ordered and plain chicken sandwich and 8 piece chicken fry and did not receive the chicken fries. I never complain but when it's 3 nights in a row I decided to leave this review.

Ive lived by this location for nearly a year, and when its the girls holding it down late night or on weekend nights, my food is always HOT and PERFECTLY COOKED.

Food was fine but my order was missing 2 items that were paid for. I called to let them know and the manager told me she knew for sure the items were in the bag and proceeded to hang up on me. She basically called me a liar and hung up. My wife and I have never been treated so poorly by a food worker. I will never go to that location again.

This location used to be one of the best fast food spots in the city. Now it's atrocious. The management changed and you can clearly see how bad it's become. They now have literally every sing le car pull up after ordering. This was the same stuff they're pulling at Jack in the Box and now you see they're closing all over. This is my last trip here until they figure out how to actually work and not playing around all the time

Hey, chicken sandwich place that is closed on Sunday, have you tried the Ch'King at Burger King? It's pretty damn, good and during Pride Month for every one they sell BK is donating 40¢ to the Human Rights Campaign. That's pretty awesome. When I heard the news of the new chicken sandwich and the 40¢ donation, I knew I had to give it a try. Since I have a BK near my work, I swung through the drive-thru, on my way home. To my delight and disappointment, when I placed my order, they told me they were sold out. I can always come back later and that is what I did. I gave them a day to get re-stocked and returned for lunch. The young lady taking drive-thru orders took my order and suggested the spicy version. I love spicy food, so I couldn't resist. I made it a small combo with fries and a diet coke. This quick lunch was more about the sammie. The piece of chicken big, crispy and the meat inside was juicy. I love it when you can feel and hear a crunch when biting into a sandwich. My bun was fresh and soft and the special sauce gave it just enough extra kick. If I were in a sit-down restaurant I would have asked for a side to dip my fries in. As for the spiciness, it could have been kicked up some for me, but for everyone else it most likely is spot on. I like that many of the fast food places are constantly re-inventing themselves and adding new items to the menu. If I could give this burger king on 3259 hampton no stars I would. First I sat in the line for over 30 minutes. Second my meal was $11.11 and was worth nothing because the big k fish was horrible. The fish was already fried hours before I got there. It was hard, the tomatoes I asked for on the sandwich looked like they have been sitting out all day and no pickles on the sandwich. The sandwich was embarrassing. I want my money back for that crap ass meal. I will never go to that burger king again. Pitiful and sorry.

I love their croissant breakfast sandwiches and knew I wasn't going to be able to eat again until near the end of the day. So, I made a detour from my oral surgery appointment and drove thru here. I had to wait in a parking space for a couple minutes, adding to my anxiety, but soon my little bag of food arrived AND my meal was hot and delicious!

Poor quality food. Ordered spicy chicken with fries and coke. Hot sauce the chicken was dipped in was all over the paper the sandwich was wrapped in. The lettuce was wilted and the sandwich sauce was not good. Fries were very salty. Only saving grace was the coke. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Always check your order.. Tonight, I got rushed through the drive thru order at the speaker. I had to ask that the order be read back to me at the window. That lady did a great job attempting to get it right. But, always double check!!!

Call before you go. Specifically came to this one because it was closer to home and had a 3.0 instead of 2.0 like others but when I got there at 5:15pm on a Friday, pulled up to the drive through (which did have two people ahead of me that were able to place orders) and the employee told me through the intercom that they were closed.

Michael was so friendly and the store is so clean. Michael really made my day with his great attitude.

I Drove through yesterday, ordered an Impossible burger meal, and left with a hamburger mean. Since I don't eat meat I had to pull over to a dumpster. I paid much more for the IB meal. I drove through 2 weeks ago and was told they were out of IB. Perhaps they still are and think they can fool those of us who don't eat meat. Too bad I was already two miles away and headed for an appointment. What a disgusting way to treat a customer. I'll just continue to call in my order to Layla's for their red lentil burger.

Showed up at 10 pm when it says they close at 11. Saw multiple employees inside as I pulled up but nobody said anything at the drive through for at least 5 minutes. Pulled around to the window and the employees must have literally been HIDDING because there was nobody in sight. Horrible.

I'd like to compliment this particular Burger King location for making a complete turnaround... Within the past couple of years, there was a long stretch (9-15 months?) when this was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had every single time... wrong food provided, missing food items, rudeness, extremely long waits, etc... but in the past few months, they have changed it completely and it's now once again a very fine experience... friendly people, accurate service, quick food prep, etc. Hats off to whoever was responsible for this complete 180 turnaround : )

Customer service was very bad! Attitude from the the very beginning while taking the order. I can hear her huffing and puffing through the microphone like I did something wrong. I will never go back or would I let a friend go here.

Terrible service! We sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes while the employees friends (who were in the car in front of us) did everything they could to be as obnoxious as possible while being egged on by the employees. I realise it's not an employee's fault if other guests misbehave, but encouraging them to do so? Incredibly unprofessional. They were playing their music so loud it was shaking our car, not to mention the language that we could hear even with our windows rolled up. We didn't even stay to get our food after all that. We'll be eating elsewhere tonight.

I have been going to this Burger King for quite a while, I used to have a problem with this location, because of the employees attitudes, well this location closed for a while and when it reopened it was like a whole new restaurant. The customer service in this location is the bomb! I was greeted with a smile when I walked into the place, and everything was please, and thank you and come again, 3 phrases that are very overlooked in today's customer service oriented jobs, so when you do hear them its a wonderful experience, well at least I think so. I had a sausage and egg biscuit, hash browns and a soda, I really like the flavor of their biscuits over McDonald's they just seem to have a bit better flavor, and the hash browns aren't nearly as greasy as the slabs of potatoes at McDonald's. This Burger King definitely get's my vote and my business!

I never thought I would be writing a 5 star review for BK but they've earned it. The place is newly renovated and looks great. The bathrooms were very clean. The staff was all polite and helpful. They played good music (no, I'm not joking) and they have a really cool soda machine. I ordered the new crispy chicken sandwich and it was delicious. One of the staff members even gave my three year old daughter a toy just because. Best fast food experience I've had in a few years.

Just wanted to say that the night crew at this location are amazing! My food is always hot and fresh. They are quick. They are very friendly! They always say hello to my toddler son. They are exceptionally kind! Most places during the evening in this area are slow and the food is cold. Even if I'm not in the mood for a burger I come here because I know I'll get hot food quick!

This is the last time I ever go to a Burger King. I wouldn't have even given 1 star but you have to. The one in Fenton Mo had great burgers. These in the city are crap. The last 2 bacon cheeseburgers I've had were just kind of mashed together. Hardly a slice of bacon on it. An the cheese half in an off. Both times were like this. An the meat itself tasted stale an warmed up. Gave most to my dog. They are really bad. I actually feel like throwing up now. I think any of these so called good reviews on here are the friends of the workers. No way could there be that big of a difference in service an food.

I've always loved BK, this location I come to because I go to the Target up the street. They have rebuilt this location and it looks wonderful. I get my veggie burger,fries, and onion rings all the time- this time cheesy tots (limited time) yummy!!!!

Yes, Yes, I know...why am I writing a review for a fast food chain? Well, Burger King, unlike any other chain, offers a Veggie Burger option, which is awesome! As a vegetarian in the midwest I'm often relegated to Taco Bell, as the only veg choice, but as soon as I see a Burger King, even out in the boonies, I know I can get a "burger" plus, I love onion rings! The veggie option has been on the menu for years, so I'm surprised no one else has followed suit. Service at this location has always been friendly, as well.

When you're heading on a road trip, sometimes you just have to grab something quick. Unfortunately, quick means fast food. And if I'm writing a review of a fast food place it's either because: 1) I have a fascination with the establishment from my youth (see: Taco John's) 2) I had a surprising great experience (or it's Popeye's) 3) I had a surprising crappy experience. This particular Burger King falls into the third category. Without it being particularly busy on a Saturday morning, I was greeted with snarls and attitude. I almost wish the person working had added the unspoken "motherfucker" that I suspect she wanted to say at the end of each sentence. At least it would have been honest. And then I could have at least added the "thanks bitch" I held back.

Top 10 fast food joint. Not in the running for best burgers or food options in STL though or even close. Spend a few extra bucks and try a better burger spot unless tome and options are limited.

Worst visit ever. Arrived just before 12. About 7 cars in drive thru so I chose to go in. Service was very slow and they were training a new chick during lunch hour?? Manager stepped in and took over. Ordered my combo, no cup was given. went to dispense soda which was a disaster messy mess. Both machines out of Dr Pepper and the machine on the right shot the water sideways causing even more mess. When I went back to complain to the manager, I was told "the whole place is out of Dr Pepper" to which I politely requested a refund and left the place. Poor management and poor dress codes. Not wanting to see the types of people I saw, preparing my food! Health department may need to pay a visit

I have never had a problem with Burger King until today. I ordered my normal Whopper, no pickle, no onion with a large fry. I drove about 2 blocks and parked on the street by a walking path. I opened the bag and had a small order of fries and when I bit into the burger, the meat was stone cold, not cool, COLD! And to top it off, pickles and onions on the dang thing. I picked off what I could because I didn't have time to go back, get a re-order and make it to work. This was the first error or bad meal I have had so I hope it is a fluke.

Usually I have a great experience at Burger King but right now I have been in line for 45 minutes all for two burgers I wish I had a great review to write because usually I love Burger King. But tonight is not a great night thank you. we asked for extra sweet and sour sauce the lady gave us two... could u be any more cheap????

They never get my order right because I want a plain burger and they either put ketchup and pickles on it or they will put cheese on it.

Food wasn't right, it was late and cold. I will never order from them again. This was a complete disaster. And when I asked the driver to let me double check the order before he left he was like oh don't worry about it if there's anything wrong with it then Grubhub will help you out. I wish he would have just refunded my money but now I have to go thru some outside agency?

While fast food is not usually my thing, my wife was hungry around 11 on Tuesday night on October 9th. I would like to thank the person or persons making our whoopers. They were made with care. Most often with fast food the toppings are just haphazardly thrown on the sandwich, but not at this burger on this night. Cutting my sandwich in half I had a wonderful distribution of toppings that made my whopper quite enjoyable. Thank you for taking the extra time to make it well. Props to the staff working tonight. I work in an industry where I eat a lot of fast food and I probably hit this Burger King at least once a month. Whenever I fly through the drive-thru the service is quick the food is made to order and I am never disappointed. I can complain about a lot of fast food joints but this isn't one of them. Top-notch all around!!

I no longer patronize BK; haven't for about a year now. The sole complaint is the tiny size of their burgers, specifically the sadly misnamed "Whopper". I don't want to even crack a joke about it anymore - that sucker has gotten so tiny. Other than that, it was great to get a burger there on occasion. Kind of a shame, really. Oh well.

Worst service I ever had at this location. Messed up my order 3 times before asking for my money back. Manager blamed me because the cashier was "new". Will never go there again, except to voice my disgust to general manager. Lost customer.

Whenever I happen to go to this Burger King, I end up eating inside, for various reasons. The customer service provided by the employees has always been exceptional, each time I visit. Now - the new recipe for the fries - I hate. But that is a corporate BK decision. However, the staff at this Burger King are great! The food is always good too. If there is an issue, the staff fixes it right away.

The people working were pleasant enough and the order was done right but it smells awful in this place and was very dirty!

Ordered chicken nuggets while waiting for my car to get a tire change from down the street-- rubbery, dry, very bad. The strawberry sundae was alright but you can't really mess that up.
