Expect to be IGNORED as you wait an ETERNITY for your mobile order. Then, expect to HAVE TO ASK, and point at your bag of cold food. Had a discussion with an Uber eats person who was also waiting: "This is the WORST location for mobile orders". It sure is. Had a discussion with the manager about how bad it was. She was nice, but a week later, went through the same nonsense. Ordered 2 DC's w/ bacon. ONLY ONE had bacon, the other inexplicably had mayo, but no bacon. Five (yes, 5) employees stood around, manager included, staring at my receipt after I went back in. I then had to ask why there was even a discussion. One time time, my order simply vanished: into the trash. The short black lady with a Jamaican-ish accent is THE WORST. She fished one of my orders, for breakfast, (the paper component, not the food) out of the trash and starts asking me all sorts of stupid questions like "Oh you didn't get it?" No Einstein, you threw it in the garbage and never filled it.
I've been SUPER NICE up until now. All done with these imbeciles. It's seriously pathetic, and this is a fraction of the story, I assure you. Have it your way, if your way is to have a rotten experience and your mobile order completely screwed up, when you finally get it. Bonus: its gonna be cold and crappy. I'll drive PAST this place all the way to Orange, where they've gotten it right every single time.
