This restaurant has excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and was very friendly throughout the entire process. My order was prepared quickly, and everything was fresh and hot. The place was also clean and well-organized. You can tell the staff is well-trained and committed to providing a great experience. I will definitely return and recommend this location!

Decent place to sit and eat. Unfortunately, like most places, ubereats and other orders like that make the wait in line a bit more. 3 people in line, but they are busy fixing online orders. The parking lot could use a coat of paint. You can't see the lines. The drive thru can be fairly long. But the place, at least when we were here, was clean. The food was good and fresh tasting. I used the bathroom without getting the creeps. My nephew was able to get juice box with his meal.

I went to this location to get my son the 'Spider - verse' meal and the service was terrible. First off, the language barrier was huge. It was tough to communicate. Second, when we received the meal, many things were missing. For example, the Burger King Spiderman hat, the soft serve ice cream advertised with the meal, and a Spiderman cup was given to us EMPTY..... sure it's not the end of the world, but when you go expecting a specific promotion, that's what you should receive. Lastly, the only thing redemptive of this visit was that the food was very good. #workoncustomerservice #wontbevisitingagain

Went through the drive-through and service was very good very fast ordered their new tacos for a dollar each. Whatever you do and I repeat do not do not order the tacos they are the most gross thing I have ever eaten from a take out place in my life. Oh by the way that white stuff is supposed to be lettuce. There is no cheese to be seen. The meat was like a paste.

Today I went to buy the double wooper combo at the drive-true and I told the lady taking the order that I wanted large fries instead of medium and I wanted a medium soda and she was charging me 18 dollars and I asked her what she had put on me and she told me the double wooper combo with extra large fries and I told her that that was not the order and she got angry and when she gave me the soda she gave it to me half full and she fell on me and I told her that it was okay that there was no problem and I told her if she could give me some buffalo and she only charged me 25 cents for a buffalo sauce which seemed strange to me because I have always gone and they never charge me I gave it to her and then when I left I checked my hamburger and she gave me the hamburger with only one meat and she charged me for the double meat

Honestly terrible service at the drive through, there's always this young lady that's there that has a wonderful personality and tone when you speak with her but today there was this older Hispanic lady who seemed very agitated for no reason, I simply asked for 2 separate orders because I was with my friend and we couldn't stop to go inside. She became very aggressive and shouted that they don't do separate orders in drive through as if I was supposed to pull up and get the first order and go back into the drive through for a second order. I've never been to a fast food place that "DOESN'T" do separate orders because they are simply too commonplace for it to not be possible,I believe that is absolutely unprofessional, after getting to the window to collect my order she stated, "do you want the food or not?" With an attitude which in my opinion wasn't warranted. I don't feel like being treated that way just because I wanna order a separate meal from my own is necessary at all, there should be better means of dealing with a situation and Burger King®️ should do better with who they have working with and/or handling customers.

My fries were not enough!! My fries are so crispy and at their perfect point that I ordered the small ones and they weren't enough. I took the Wednesday offer the impossible whopper meal and it was definitely delicious everything, fresh and hot. The cashier in front was very friendly and helpful (I think she was the manager). The place is very clean (even the bathrooms), the tables without waste or garbage. I will definitely enjoy other offers again. No fueron suficientes mis papás fritas !! Mis papás fritas están tan crocantes y en su punto perfecto que pedí las small y no fueron suficientes. Tome la oferta de los miércoles la impossible whopper meal y definitivamente estaba delicioso todo, fresco y caliente. La cajera en frente muy amable y servicial (creo que era la manager). El lugar muy limpio (incluso los baños), las mesas sin residuos ni basura. Definitivamente volveré a disfrutar de otras ofertas.

So much for HAVE IT YOUR WAY". All I asked for was some extra tomato and lettuce on my whopper and choc. shake. I never look at the bill, I don't have to, but whan I got home, I noticed an additional charge on my receipt for 80 cents. I opened my burger to find ONE EXTRA VERY THIN SLICE OF TOM AND NO EXTRA LETTUCE, but I w3as charged extra! If I want extra tomato, I should get, free.... extra tomato. The result, you've lost a customer. I'm deleting my online presence and avoiding your franchises like poison is served on a bun. Shame on you all. Oh, teach your employees who work with an english speaking publc to learn the language, so orders made are correct. shame on you again. I'm gone, hello Wendy or even McDonalds. You and yours are toast. OH...did the manager offer me a free burger to say sorry...she said she didn't have the autority. she's the manager! Authority comes with the job

Long wait time. Especially the drive thru... it gets really bad at times. The employees are usually courteous so I can forgive the un toasted bred or cold fries. Usually hard-working employees, they usually try to correct any errors.

Terrible customer service from the female who works the drive thru, everybody allows me to do two orders at the drive thru, why does it matter if I'm paying for both? She needs to be trained again talking about we no it's "YOU" who don't do it. Terrible customer service.

My fiancee said he knows 2 managers there that are very nice. I wouldn't say I've ever had any issues with it. Like any normal fast food. But this location seems to mess up our orders a lot and forget to put stuff in our bags. Otherwise when we go, the food is good. But I have never been inside.

I went through drive up and ordered a burger and fries when I was close to the window I realized I forgot to order a side. Once I got to the window I asked if I could at this to my order. She told me no because we have a line. She didn't offer me any other options. I never received such bad service. I don't now if this is normal but I hope things change for the better.

We had been going to Burger King for many years. Being a sem-vegetarian, I always enjoyed their salads. However, when we went in to Burger King the other evening, they told us Burger King stopped making and offering salads. This is so disappointing. There must be other people out there who enjoyed their salads. Not sure why Burger King decided not to offer them any more. I'm sure they're worried, but they lost 2 customers that evening. Perhaps one day they'll bring them back. Thank you, though, for the many years you did have them. It was very much appreciated.

Used the BK app for a pick up. I show up and it takes 30 minutes to get me my meal, but yet people just going to the drive thru in and out. I'll never come back here. Report to BK customer service about their work ethics.

Horrible place to go!! Burger King on a Barnum Ave in Stratford has absolutely disgusting service. The staff at the Drive thru window is Ghetto and RUDE . I ordered a meal and drove to the window to pay, The staff handed me my drink closed the window and walked away assuming she'd quickly be returning with my bagged meal. I sat in the drive thru for 10 MINUTES! I watched them through the window ,laughing and joking with each other as if I wasn't outside in my car waiting for my food! Cars continued to pile up in the drive thru behind me. People started honking their horns! After 15 minutes with no update other than "it's cooking" I was frustrated and demanded my money back. The staff swiftly opened the register handed me my refund and closed the window in my face. Not even an apology for the 15 minute wait. She didn't even TRY to fulfill my order. Worst fast food experience ever.

Expect to be IGNORED as you wait an ETERNITY for your mobile order. Then, expect to HAVE TO ASK, and point at your bag of cold food. Had a discussion with an Uber eats person who was also waiting: "This is the WORST location for mobile orders". It sure is. Had a discussion with the manager about how bad it was. She was nice, but a week later, went through the same nonsense. Ordered 2 DC's w/ bacon. ONLY ONE had bacon, the other inexplicably had mayo, but no bacon. Five (yes, 5) employees stood around, manager included, staring at my receipt after I went back in. I then had to ask why there was even a discussion. One time time, my order simply vanished: into the trash. The short black lady with a Jamaican-ish accent is THE WORST. She fished one of my orders, for breakfast, (the paper component, not the food) out of the trash and starts asking me all sorts of stupid questions like "Oh you didn't get it?" No Einstein, you threw it in the garbage and never filled it. I've been SUPER NICE up until now. All done with these imbeciles. It's seriously pathetic, and this is a fraction of the story, I assure you. Have it your way, if your way is to have a rotten experience and your mobile order completely screwed up, when you finally get it. Bonus: its gonna be cold and crappy. I'll drive PAST this place all the way to Orange, where they've gotten it right every single time.
