Absolutely disgusting. I was starving and looking forward to a good burger, but this was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The bun was soggy, the meat had a weird, spongy texture, and the cheese tasted and looked fake. I asked for extra lettuce. I received No lettuce, just a sad, thrown-together mess. The fries were terrible. The meat honestly tasted like it came out of a dumpster. I couldn’t even finish it. Never again. 🤮 I can’t take a photo because I threw the rest in the trash where it belongs.

I don't how they consider this a Royal Crispy Chicken sandwich, but this was pathetic. I did order it plain, but I excepted some meat, the bun was thinker the chicken was and it tasted burnt. And I ordered a meal and didn't even get my fries. Absolutely disgusting.

Pictures are misleading!!!!! Food doesn't look like that!!!! Give receipt!!! They never do! They are in a tin by register? What are they up to? Sandwich at 11:40am was cold all through out. Lady at window was crabby. Burger King could be awesome but if employees don't care, it's like this location. It won't change. They got 2 stars cause the mozzarella sticks were good and kinda warm It's been a while since I've been here and sure enough they didn't give me a receipt again. I sat in the driveway too long. My burgers were cold and very disappointing and I'm not sure why they don't have that charbroiled taste anymore. I think we can complain all we want to on these reviews and it does not make a difference Update: 1 star now, went inside. Two for 5. Fish sandwich was cold and greasy. Not a good combination. Really bad. Single quarter pound king was room temperature and loaded with onions. So sad. I want it to be good but always disappointing. Register lady seemed upset when I wanted receipt. Hmmm I came back to give it another shot in the Big King is just as horrible as ever it's a cold sandwich I even ate in the restaurant it tasted like salt and pickles see if you're disappointed if I could give it negative Stars I would

I don't like Burger King myself anyways, but I do get a lot of doordash orders for the different locations around the Tulsa metro area. Typically they communicate with you, but not the one at 41st and memorial. Didn't even say one word to me not when I said what order I was picking up, they just tossed it on the counter. Then when I said Thank you there was no response and I said have a good day still no response, not one word spoken to me 🤮

Fries were old and cold. The burger was made nicely. A bit old and dark on the inside. It's one of the few restaurants around the area.

I didn't personally deal with the employees, but they seemed alright. They forgot some items and didn't listen when we told them it was for dine-in instead of to-go, so everything was bagged. The OCS's were great as always, but their fries lack much flavor. The vanilla oreo shake was alright as well. It could've used more oreo, though.

Extremely rude and lazy employees. If you like slow service and rude employees, this is the place to eat. I can't rate the food because I asked for my money back.

Ordered for delivery. Didn't get the full order. Contacted Burger King who asked me to take a photo of the missing food in order to investigate. A week later, discovered that my ticket was closed. No resolution was reached. Essentially they just stole my money. I suppose I have myself to blame. Mid food and atrocious customer service. I've learned my lesson.

HUGE DIFFERENCE!!! Stopped in late, lobby still open, manager super pleasant. Did 2 Whoppers/fries/drinks for $10 Store open and clean. Everyone friendly, meal was good, at good price. I will be back to this Burger King.

I haven't eaten at Burger King in a few years, I had a coupon so why not. The coupon only worked if you ordered it on the app. No problem. I ordered in the parking lot & drove up to the window to get my food, but there was none. You see, the app (GPS enabled) linked up to a BK that was 11 miles away. Oops! The manager of the BK I was at could have stepped up & comped me a Whopper Jr & lg fry. But instead she absolutely refused to do anything at all. She said to me that BK does not run the BK app. They have nothing to do with the app or the other store. That seems strange, but it is not the fist company I've had this problem with; Sonic & Taco Bueno have done it with Bueno wanting us to go to another state to pick up our food. Be careful to check the location before you order. Also, the BK I drove across town to get my food wanted to charge me 27¢ to get barbecue sauce instead of the fry sauce they put in the bag. Really. So, I am deleting the BK app & never eating there again.

They had flies in the restaurant. I had to go through the drive-through twice. When the associate finally got on the microphone, he sound like he wanna be there. I just need them to do better.

I just tried to eat the food I ordered through Door dash and my Dasher was not the problem! The problem was my food was extremely cold and was told after I called this location that they don't give out old food! I am almost 54 years old and worked in food industry most my life! I know microwaved old old food! Shame Shame Shame on you Burger King at 41st and Memorial in Tulsa! Thank you for making me sick from trying to eat extremely old food!

I ordered in the drive thru window today, I asked if a particular sandwich was there, which was more expensive. I had a large order, and cars were waiting behind me, the lady shook her head like she didn't understand me. Of course my order was wrong and the more expensive sandwich was missing. I had a hungry crew waiting on me. I tried to call several times they dont answer the phone and kept hanging up after 4 rings. Seriously, paid $3.00 extra dollars for the sandwich, and no customer service to be had! Very sad. When you are working who has time to double back for their mistake and more money in their pocket! Bad way of reporting issues with orders! Double check orders before handing them to paying customers. the food was warm at least!

I have no idea what is going to with the workers but not once have they been able to do their job correctly. 1st time I had 2 desperate orders. When we got to the window to pay the lady seemed clueless to what we were saying. We advised both orders were for the same vehicle. First order was $12 and second was $9 gave her one card and said this is got the first order. She charged $9 and then we gave her card for the second order she charged $12... no apologies no solution offered. Second time I gave a coupon code as I was not able to place the order on the application. I was asked to give the code 5 times! I was asked what it was and gave details and price. I asked for extra sauce and was told it would be extra, not a problem I said. I get My total and it was as if I was charged $1 for the 2 extra dipping sauces. I asked how much it was per sauce and was told it was 25 cents. So why was I been charged more ? I had to request a receipt. When I looked at the receipt I was charged for the regular priced items and not the offer. I told the lady of this and she gave me an attitude. Came back with a manager and gave me change back. Still didn't receive the money owed back to me. There are more but these are the most recent ones. I will not be returning here.

Pros: tacos are 2 for a dollar and gluten free Cons: no tacos available? Unsure if employee meant forever or for just today? She just kept saying, "we don't have none." Rude rude rude employees!

I went through the drive thru with a simple order. They were polite, fast and efficient. My Coke Icee was good. Right in the corner, probably hard to get in and out when there is traffic.

Our order was skipped/over looked. We notified the workers and they prepared everything fresh and Clint even refunded our full purchase price. Overall a good experience.

I didn't give a review after the last bad experience at this place, but two's a charm. my order was not only wrong (wrong sandwiches), but half of it wasn't even there (no fries). I'm not the type to pick at the bag as I drive so I didn't discover this until I got home. another shit restaurant in a shit town.
