One of the worst BKs that I've ever experienced. Repeated service issues over time, attitude issues and outright false statements sometimes made here. Example: completed a mobile order, to be picked up via Drive Thru. Order included a large sized light lemonade. When I pickup the order, I was asked to confirm the drink I chose (huh? mobile order would tell you, no?). I mentioned that large light lemonade. In a less than pleasant voice and body language, sorry we don't carry lemonade. Ummm okay, it's available in the app but fine. What do you have in soft drinks? Response: Coke products. Okay, Diet Coke please. I proceed to be handed a small diet coke. I asked but I order a large soft drink, why am I getting a small sized drink? Response: lemonade is not the same price as soda. Uh? How would you know, given that you don't carry lemonade? Plus aren't all soft drinks typically priced the same at BK (all the same price for the same size)? I get a dismissive eyeroll and they leave. Another employee, more formally dressed (perhaps a manager) provides me a large sized Diet Coke. I do mention that I don't appreciate lying. They don't acknowledge nor state anything, simply hand the drink over and leave.
As for the food ordered with that drink. Barely warm. Food inspectors should spot check this place.
Some serious retraining needs to be done here, else find new staff. NW DC deserves better.
