Burger King

It’s amazing how poor the customer service is in this Burger King. I don’t understand what’s so hard about taking orders, giving napkins, ketchup , etc. The quality of food is terrible. The prices are insane. Burger King needs to get it together. Customer service and the quality of food is extremely important. I don’t think it’s so difficult to provide. Hire a better staff. Better yet hire better management to train their staff. Not so difficult!

I got food posing and I fell in the bathroom it was like they put 2 gallons of grease on the floor. Also the high chairs were disgusting and not sanitary. The toliet was leaking and I told the manager he got rude. The wait was horrible. I will not be going back.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING. Tables were absolutely gross. The floors were dirty. Trash everywhere. We had to wipe off our own table just to eat. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and the chicken was hard as rock I couldn’t even bite into it. I had them make me a new one and the second one was even WORSE. They had no ice in the machine and I asked them for ice and didn’t give me any. Fries were almost ice cold. Employees looked sloppy and out of order, didn’t know what they were doing at all. My ranch packet I asked for was half opened and had a hair inside of it. Absolutely disgusting and made me sick to my stomach. I couldn’t even sit my son in a highchair to eat because it was so dirty and sticky. I will NEVER ever be eating here ever again and something needs to be done ASAP. No gloves were used by any of the employees. Some stepped outside to smoke a cigarette and never washed their hands going back to touching peoples food. I’m so sick to my stomach. I do not recommend at ALL.

Drink machine was broke, no ice, sodas warm and flat. My whopper was ice cold. Asked the guy behind the counter for a cup of ice, I may have gotten 5 ice cubes. He acted like he was bothered. 2 stars only for the women who was working, she did a great job and was telling the others to do their job and that a cold burger was unacceptable.

I'm happy to say that cleaned up nicely. Tables, floor, and bathrooms were all very clean now. The staff was nice, and the food was very typical of Burger King.. The soda machine was out of several flavors again, but that had my favorites, so I didn't care much.

I'm currently eating a Whopper that I ordered with no pickles. So far I've gotten seven pickles. Last year the drive-up window lady told me if I wanted more ice to get out of my car and get some snow and put it in my cup.

Terrible service. Terrible food. Mad at me because it took 40min to get 3 burgers. Asked for a refund and she disappeared for 5 min. Place is a joke!

let me start by saying i do not have high expectations for a burger king. but i've attempted to eat here twice and i am FLOORED by how terrible this location is. the first time, they told me they didn't have the food i ordered online and said i should cancel through the app. discovered that's not an option, so i called the store to ask for correct info. they answered "city morgue?" and refused to admit they were burger king. today i decided to try again because cheesy tots are back, and i've never had a bad experience with cheesy tots. i ended up waiting several minutes for the most inedible food i have ever received from a fast food restaurant. i would not be surprised to find out that those cheesy tots were scrounged up from the bottom of their trash can.

good guy was nice even tho customer rude for no reason. ran the store by himself and was fast W service 5/5

Every time I order some food there are things missing like the sauce, some vegetables in the sandwich I order, the drink, the food is cold sometimes. This is crazy. I will never order or go near this again. It is disgusting.

I have called the franchise owner on this terrible experience We spent 35$ for sloppy food w no sauces we discovered missin when home.After the filthy guy at the window promised me he put the sauces in himself.We drove all the way back for them to not only refuse to give us sauces n a receipt bu no compensation either. Like a slurry NNo! When asked again both employees said we don't care n slammed the window shut. Don't go here. They're miserable people w no dignity. Here's what they said to us when we complained they left out the sauces 1st he lied n said he did. Pressed further both worker 1 claiming t be the mgr both said this..I dont care! 2x!

Stopped by to pick up something quick for dinner, service was AWFUL. fries were cold, drinks didn't have ice in them.. nor did they taste right. we were asked multiple times to repeat our order. if i could leave 0 stars i would.

The place was filthy. I had to wipe my vinyl seat. Old dried up various dirt. I showed the employee how dirty the tables and chairs were. The employee just stared. I ate a burger there. Big mistake. Food poisoning. This place should be shut down. My aunt was with me and had the same issues. The ice could have been the culprit since they handle it in containers to pour in the drink machine.

Cold fries, soda doesn't taste right, sandwiches were made sloppy. Pretty poor quality. Store interior is unkept, interior is greasy, staff looks like they have zero interest in working or keeping store looking proper for food service. Go elsewhere.

The staff was really friendly but when my baby brother didnt want his wopper jr, ge gave it to me so i took a bite and i saw there was some mushroom like meat on his jr wopper. This is absolutely disgusting cause wtf ??

Absolutely filthy. Floor is sticky. ALL the tables were dirty. Looks like the doors hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Makes you wonder what kind of boogers are on the food. Nasty!!!!!

Asked for fresh chicken in wraps but it was crusty, gross and terrible service. Employees are lazy.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Worst service I've ever had. The cashier actually looked like he wanted to kill the customers in front of me because they didn't speak English and he couldn't get their order right. I also saw him scratching his head and face before touching peoples orders without gloves on. Disgusting, and terrible location.

The girl at the drive thru was rude as all get out. She had nothing but an attitude. The order was incorrect it was like they didn't even follow what was on the order. She even refused the second drink that we bought. Stay away from this place and find something better. I have never seen anyone so disrespectful

If you like poor service this is the place for you. They made an honest mistake by not putting cheese on a sandwich. I brought it to their attention and was met "you have to pay for it" I was asked when they were ringing me up if I wanted cheese...yes!! Instead of slapping a piece of fake cheese on the burger and calling it a day, the manager escalated it to a refund of the whole order by informing me it wasn't free for her, and it would not be for me either. They lost about $8.00 in product because of a total refund of the $16 I paid for 3 sandwiches and 2 drinks over a simple piece of cheese that cost them .15 cents if that!! Good job Burger King! This isn't the first time this place has given poor service to me but this is the first review of them as I'm not going back ever again. The employees choose to work there, own the mistake a take care of it is all I wanted...nothing more!

Worst customer service is not enough to describe what happened to my family and I today at the drive thru of Burger King site located at 2150 Valley Ave Winchester VA 22601. After we decided to end up an argue over a silly coupon and pay the bill in full, the manager made it even worse by yelling, throwing the credit card in my face in addition to slamming the window and using multiple time the F.. word in-front of 4 kids. We drove off and later found that they charged us already. What a shame!!!

The worst BK I have ever eaten at in my life. I will never go back to this place. Employees have dirty long finger nails and obviously they don't wash their hands. I ordered a whopper and I said no pickles, they repurpose one that they had sitting for a long time, then removed the pickles and added more ketchup and mayo. The sandwich was flat like a pizza. They need to enforce fresh food service and hygiene.

Terrible service overall. I use to work in fast food I know the tips and tricks to bring food back to life. Sometimes you can't bring food back to life this unfortunately was one of those times. I was so dissatisfied with what I got I had contacted the manager. Looking at my food I told him that my food was burnt and nasty. The manager proceeds to cut me off and say everything is made fresh after 9 pm. Insured me that my food was not burnt and was not disgusting. You be the judge if you'd eat this food at this quality. Me personally I will go out of my way to go to a different location if I want Burger King.

discusting! I wish I could do 0 stars! there receipt is always broken. my chicken sandwich was hard and no toppings. theyre so rude to theyre customers. they were also very rude to us, they start yelling at us for no reason. never going back!

Staff is rude. Food generally cold. My order this morning was given to the car in front of me then taken back. I asked if she got me a fresh bag and of course she said yes. She didn't have time to do that. Major health concerns. Will not go again.

This is one of the worst burger kings over ever seen, went there at about 10pm on 11/9/22 and whoever was behind the speaker said "I'm closing alone tonight it will be 15 minutes before I can make your order" then when I said "okay that's fine" he was huffing and puffing into the mike saying "oh my god" under his breath and just being generally unpleasant would highly recommend spending your money somewhere they aren't gonna treat you like garbage.

Okay, I don't need to go beyond the disgusting bathroom to talk about the food because dirty is probably dirty everywhere. Let's just say that when I touch the sticky stall door and walls, I know that again profit over quality by minimizing staff hours is the name of the game. Unfortunately, most customers in this area don't use Yelp and don't realize what they're getting into here. Pity them.

My fiancé and I came here for lunch because I wanted a burger, so we got two Whopper Meals. We get in our car to look at the burgers and they had no cheese and we're BURNT. I went back in to get new burgers and even our new burgers were very burnt. I was very disappointed and frankly I did not eat my whole burger because of the burnt taste. They were so understaffed and the drive through lady was yelling about the soda machine. I also saw quite a few employees have their masks below their noses or under their chins. I would not recommend this Burger King to eat at.

Been here a few times. Usually it's alright. I don't expect perfection from a fast food joint. But this evening I was in the drive thru line and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Lucky me, I thought I beat the rush. All I wanted was a Diet Coke and an Angry Whopper. So I pulled up to the speaker. After about a minute I said hello? And a few seconds later was greeted by someone saying they'll be with me when they're ready. What took almost 5 minutes before they came back? No clue. So I'm mildly irritated but imagine my surprise when they told me they didn't have any Whopper meat? This is BURGER KING and you don't have the meat for your signature sandwich? Well, you might be surprised but I wasn't because this hadn't been the first time I'd been there and they'd run out of Whopper meat. I told them I didn't want anything and pulled around the other cars in line and left empty handed. And now I'm at the Dairy Queen up the street.

Holy crap, where do I start. First off - I'm new to Winchester, so was trying to look at this "experience" in a new light. First time to a BK here. Okay, let's do it. Walk inside, two minutes later...f*** my life. Why me. Guy in front of me makes the cashier's life a living hell and takes 10 minutes to order. It was kinda sad, because he only had $20 to feed his family and was picking and choosing through the menu to find enough items to add up to $20, but not $20.02. I was about to pay for his meal just to move on. Then I order. Simple order, chicken burger with small fries. They said it would be a wait for fries. All good. But then 4 other people that had ordered behind me got their meals (with fries). Guys? I'm...still here... Another 5 minutes later I finally get my order, and its wrong anyway. And honestly, the people in there were just kinda...weird. Welcome to Winchester, I guess...

This used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. They remodeled and ever since the has been awful!!!!!! Cold and or burned. What happened???

Burger King in Winchester Va 1513 Martinsburg Pike First problem, had to walk thru a cloud of cigarette smoke at front door. 4 employees standing at front door smoking, no concern to customers coming or going. Second problem, staff swearing and just plain rude at counter. Third, waited forever on getting food which leads to, Fourth issue, food was terrible. Order was all wrong and tasted aweful. Won't be going to this location for a while.

Gross ! I stopped by when visiting Winchester. I had to wait at the drive-thru window. Despite signs explaining their COVID policies, nobody was wearing a mask (some were under chins), workers were coughing, yelling, laughing over top of our food. An employee was walking through eating bowl of ice cream while waving his spoon around and dancing. I finally had enough when the person taking money also stuck his fingers inside the fry holders to pick them up. I asked for a refund and got called "f$&@ing stupid". The manager did not even ask why I wanted a refund, she obviously knew how bad it was. I asked for a receipt for the refund and the cashier got an attitude. I said "I don't understand why I am getting this attitude from you right now." He slammed the window in my face.

Cold and nasty food and the staff is so rude. Pull up to the drive through and she says "yea what do want?" Ugh. I want Chick Fila A. Will never go there again.

Went here and the cash register wasn't printing receipts. Had to tell the manager to swap a cable from the unused machine. The line was backed up. Everyone was angry. Put in my order and waited 30 minutes. I'm the last one in there and the cashier asked if I was waiting for anything. I said just the only order that wasn't filled. They found it and made it. Too bad they made the wrong food. Then when we got the food, my daughter had a foot long hair in her mayonnaise. Top it off, the soda machine was apart. I had to seriously put the base together because it was reporting in maintenance mode and the assistant manager didn't know how to fix it. I hope this place closes down.

As of today I think I have given this Burger King one too many chances. It's fast food, I'm not expecting a 5 star meal, wrapped in silk and ever so graciously placed in the bag, but it would be nice to get at least 75% of what I ordered. The three of us at work today needed some quick food and chicken fries are always a good go to. Out of the three orders of chicken fries we ordered and paid for, we received only one, and the box was upside down and opened in the bag leaving them scrambled up with an order of fries that were also just chillin in the bottom of the bag, like one big salad of fried goodness. The beverages had zero ice cubes in the cup. One of the guys had also ordered a sandwich, and to our surprise there was indeed a sandwich atop the fry/chicken mixup in the bag, but somehow it was exactly the opposite of the sandwich he ordered and we really can't tell if it's chicken or beef....kinda sketchy. So here we are, three grown adults sharing one order of chicken fries. I understand accidents do happen, things get mixed up, but we were the only customers in the place and out of the maybe 5 times I've been the this BK in my lifetime, my order has never once been correct.

As soon as you walk in to the front door a sewer small attacks you. Did not great you when you walked in because they were to busy talking. Went to use the bathroom and the bathroom was disgusting! Maybe that is where the smell was coming from. When I confronted management about the bath lack of cleanliness of the bathrooms he said well I have only been here for 10 minutes so I don't know when they were checked last. We have been sitting here for 45 minutes and no one has yet checked the restrooms. Stay away very unappetizing.

Waited for over 10 minutes to get food. Received old fries and a cold chicken sandwich. Workers didn't seem to care too much. They were laughing and joking around entire time. Now I know why nobody goes there.

January 8, 2017. Newly remodeled. It did not change the operations. Still not clean, still smells, new coke machine out of several choices (like Coke, for example). One register. Always a line. Took 22 minutes just to Order yesterday. Food prepared sits while the staff converse. Its cold, 12 french fries in the large container. They charge for a cup of tap water! With so many places in Winchester, there is no reason to come here. I've come back a couple of times, thinking they were just having a bad day; nope - its as bad now as before the renovations, except now they really make you wait.

If I could give them zero I would. They're the slowest place ever. They never give condiments. Credit card machine down and no signs. They wait until you're trapped in the slowest fast food lion in all creation to tell you, and then there's no way out. NEVER AGAIN.

Stopped here for a coke. Had to wait on the Drive thru crew to finish their smoke break before they came back in and took my order. Couldn't give me a total after I ordered . Pulled around and waited at window for five minutes for the employees to have some sort of drama with each other . They ignored my requests for my order and could not have been more rude if they tried.

We stopped in to grab a quick meal before going to a church event. When we entered the restaurant there was one couple at the counter who I think had already ordered. We were a family of five and two other people came in behind us. There were three workers behind the counter and at least two people we could see in the kitchen area. All of the employees ignored the people in the lobby area. We waited for 12 minute for them to consider taking our order - fill an order- do something. They ran around acting busy but never accomplished any tasks. We finally left along with the two additional people. Went across the street to Dairy Queen.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. I know fast food restaurants don't have grade A quality or food, people or cleanliness but come on. This is just ridiculous. They are slow, the place is dirty, nobody seems to know what they're doing and all the employees look like they haven't showered or washed their clothes in months. I rather drive the further distance and go to a different Burger King than come back here

This is one of the worst fast food restraunts I have ever been to. I came here for 1 simple whopper and some chicken fries and I had to endure a 40 minute wait. YES 40 MINUTES. The dude at the drive thru window kept saying "welcome to good burger" which tbh was pretty funny, but like why though. Also I couldn't order a big mac. Every good fast food place has big mac's. I know it's a meme but there might actually be foot lettuce in this one for real. The people in the back of my car kept saying W H O P P E R. It wouldn't stop. If the line wasn't 40 MINUTES long I could have heard that like 50 times less than I did. Pls help me. My life is a cold dark void of which there is no escape. So ya anyway don't come here it sucks. Save yourself an hour and go to the arbys down the road. Oh wait that one sucks to. Idk just don't eat there. I Have a nice day :)

Just tried the 'Ultimate BK Breakfast Platter' . I declined the coffee size upgrade and asked for cream for the coffee. What you get for just under $6 is 3 pancakes, a biscuit, scrambled eggs, a sausage patty, hash rounds and a small Seattle's Best coffee. For starters they forgot to give me the cream for the coffee and no silverware -- not even a 'spork'. Also forgotten was syrup and any sort of simulated butter-type product for the biscuit and pancakes. Fortunately I was not on a road trip where these omissions would have been more pronounced so I drove home and warmed up what was provided. The hash rounds are the typical BK fare and on par with McD's potato slab. The biscuit came with an almost impenetrable outer shell that was difficult to consume considering no toppings were provided so it hit the trash can first. The powdered scrambled eggs were sort of tasteless and were scattered around the tray so it took some effort to first gather them up onto the fork (from my silverware drawer). After one bite I was thinking that this must be what jail food tastes like but I was hungry so I finished them. The pancakes were OK for fast food fare -- especially after I added my own butter and maple syrup. The sausage patty was the standard type offered by most fast food joints. The standout of the meal was the SB coffee (with creamer from my fridge). It was as good as McD's coffee, which is not bad as fast food coffee goes. I guess the reason for its superior quality is due to the fact that it is not made by Burger King. Would I try breakfast from BK again? Yes, if it was the only food within a two-hour drive of any other restaurant or gas station or vending machine. Otherwise, no.

I ordered a chicken fries meal everyone of the chicken fries where hard and dry. It was on my lunch break and just got back to work I had no time to run back to have them remake it. I shouldn't have to do that. Also from a previous visit we dined in. the drink station is disgusting I had to use a napkin to press the fill button and options. YUCK

Horrible. My burger was cold, the fries were bland with absolutely no salt or other seasonings, and the chicken sandwich had hardly any sauce on it at all making it dry and difficult to eat. The only thing that tasted good was the soda.

The Burget King on Martinsburg Pike just lost a customer. I used the drive-through and had a coupon. I'm pretty sure two different workers were talking to me and one was loudly condescending. She repeated her remarks for effect. Evidently, you cannot have your way at Burger King. Maybe Burger King can send their substandard customer service personnel to Chick-fil-A for traaining.

The employees are rude and obnoxious. My husband and I went to this Burger King together and ordered separately, we were reprimanded and treated like criminals for doing so. We just moved to Winchester and we can both honestly say this was the worst establishment either of us have ever been to. Next time we get fast food, we will be going to McDonalds. Congratulations Burger King, you just lost two paying customers.

My order got messed up twice because the cashier wouldn't pay attention and she started getting smart. When they handed out the food they just tossed it on the counter and they threw the sauce in the bag. Employees are extremely rude. I won't be going back.

I decided to enjoy lunch with my husband here, but never got to enjoy it.... Here's why, the staff on break here is incredibly rude, disgusting and even has awful staring problems. This Burger King is the worst one in the area, I'd rather go out of my way to the other one in town. The staff is just plain out trashy between one girl coming out screaming that she's on break, to the other one cursing about another employee bringing someone a slurpee. It's awful seeing an elderly woman cleaning the dining room and bathrooms when there's perfectly capable children (yes that's what I will call them because that's how they act) to clean the bathrooms. This place needs a major clean out of staff and a clean up in the whole venue. Disgusting.

Congratulations Burger King you're the worst food i ever tasted when went there and order my food I checked my burger. The lettuce was rotten also the tomatoes and there was a piece of hair never eating there again

I wouldn't even give this a star if I didn't have to. The customer service is awful. They rush you out. They are far from polite. They can't EVER get an order right. I've worked in fast food and it is not a difficult job. Today was especially awful. Got my order wrong and then shoved the food out the window and quickly shut the window. I sat there for a moment trying to tell them the order was wrong and they didn't even pay attention enough to open the window and check. Awful place to eat.
