Ordered online and picked up my food and after getting home and ready to eat, my order was wrong. Tried to call. No answer. Lobby is closed. Had to go through the drive through and told them I ordered online and just picked up and my food was wrong, I told them I wanted what I ordered and I wanted a refund. I got to the window and he was very rude. He gave me a small refund, I went to drive away and checked how much he gave me. Went back and he was arguing with me and told me to give him all the food back and he would give me the refund. I told him no. I wanted to talk to a manager. There was another person there he was talking to in Spanish, I told him to speak in English so I could understand what he was saying. He told me to give him the food and he would refund me. I told him no. I wanted to talk to his manager. He’s not here he said. After arguing with him for awhile longer he gave me the rest of the refund. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I had to go back at 12:30 am to get my order corrected. Absolutely absurd. Why is there no manager there if they’re open?! BK have it your way huh?.. Do better!!!!! 😡

I wanted to share this amazing Experience that I had at Burger King the lady in the cashier lobby was very friendly love her smile and attitude towards the customers. Great experience I would highly recommend. They have great expectations and good Employees.

I had a free whopper on my walmart app for free, I stopped in to get that whopper and onion rings. It was about 11. I got home and put a couple things away. I sat down to eat that sandwich and it was so dry that it has no flavor to it. Like every bit of grease was gone. I'm not sure when that meat was cooked but I tried to eat it because I was hungry. I wrapped it back up and put it in the fridge. I did not know burger kings meat could get that dry. I can't believe they tried to serve that. This is twice I've been this angry with that store. I'm just really glad it was off my app.

I would say this is the best Burger King I have been to the customer service is perfect and the employees are very amazing and very appreciative.they communicate with customers . they keep everything clean and tidy up.i went on my lunch break after a long work meeting and the lady in the cashier was very polite and friendly. Thank you, for make sure your customers are taking care of.

My kids went through the drive-thru and got a $40 order when they got home half the order was missing. I went in the building and told them half my order was missing and I got sassy attitude and on a hip attitude. And I'm pretty sure they were talking about me in Spanish and then I look down behind the counter and there's a baby in a car seat. I said thank you for the apology which I did not get one and she looks at me and says you're welcome I looked at my son and said there's a baby behind that counter she goes oh that's my babyBesides the fact that my son tried to get your promo drink with the nerds in it and he was told that they are not doing anything frozen but yet my daughter got an Oreo shake like I said I am a restaurant manager this is unacceptably behavior but besides all that there's a baby behind your counter what the heck a baby

Well they have updated which is the only good thing about this place. A few months ago a Hispanic lady who is in her early 40s got defensive when I asked if she could please make sure my order was right because they messed it up a few days ago. She insisted she couldnt have messed it up, continued to bombard me with questions about what time, what it was, and tried telling me she was working so she knows i didn't try calling to complain that day. I've tried calling this place multiple times when they mess up an order. Don't expect someone to pick up! The phone line rings and rings and rings. She tried accusing me of wanting to get free food. Um no!! I was just asking if you can make sure it's right this time. When I spend my hard earned money, I expect what I ordered. Its that simple. Fast forward to today when 2 Hispanic workers, one short mid 20's, one tall mid 20s, were rude. When I place an order and you guys get it wrong, and I have to drive 10 minutes back and then another 10.minutes home, I expect to get a full refund AND the item that was missing. For my time and gas. I shouldn't even have to ask for the refund. It should be common sense. Then they muttered something as I pulled off. I was apologetic. I wasn't rude. I told them I hope they understand because I have to do 20.minutes in driving , I have an upset kid at home waiting for their meal, and we all didn't get to eat together as a family. We get fast food once in a while, on days where I have worked 10 hours and days where we just want to grab some food so I don't have to cook, I just expect it to be correct. And if it's not correct, maybe apologize and don't look at me like I'm stupid for being upset. It's not just about messing up, it's about the customer service. SMH. I really hope people quit giving this franchise their business. They never seem to make anything right and their employees got attitude problems. And to the lady who got rude with me, she started speaking in Spanish talking about I'm a little brat and I don't need anymore food.. I'm Mexican, I speak Spanish. I could understand you. You aren't cute for being mean!!

Disappointed with the service today as we did not receive quite a bit of our order. They handed us a sprite and a bag that had 2 boxes of chicken fries, 2 orders of nuggets and the fiery wrap. We reversed & told them we were missing our fries and a 12pc chicken fry. They then gave us our 2 large fries & a bag of 9 chicken fries. We got home and realized we did not receive any sauces, the boxes contained a total of 20 chicken fries not 24, and my wrap that I ordered with no tomato came with tomatoes. I'm not sure what happened a year ago to trigger all the horrible reviews, but I've stopped there half a dozen times over the last four or five months and it's fine. And let's be honest it's a Burger King so it's never going to get four stars or higher. But it's clean the times I've been through. It's been fast, I really can't complain.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I would. And I don't say that lightly. Where do I start? The last time I was there the wait was insanely long, they asked me to pull up to the front, then messed up my order several times before I finally went home with nothing resolved. And the building itself is NASTY. The first window is never used, which isn't that big of a deal but it's covered in this MASSIVE spider web! In fact, the whole building is covered in cobwebs like a haunted house which is incredibly unappetizing to see let alone unsanitary for a food establishment--if it's that bad on the inside and the service is this horrible do you really want to *risk* eating there?? PLEASE power wash your building and retrain your staff!! It's unfortunate because I've gone to this location in the past and it was "okay" but WOW has it gone downhill!!

I ordered from the bk app and went thru drive thru 4/22 about 6:15 pm. The cashier handed me my order and I asked him was it all there? He said yes. When I stopped in the parking lot to check it, only half was there. He didn't tell me the truth. I was pissed. I decided to go inside to get the rest of my items. The counter cashier was very apologetic and gave me the rest of my items. This is not the first time I have had problems at this location. I don't know why I keep going back. McDonald's gets old but at least they get my order correct 90% more times then bk! I don't know how they are still open. Get your act together!!!!!

Just ordered some food in the drive thru. The lady taking the order was so rude. She would leave us hanging after we ordered each food item. It was only four things too. She responded with an attitude and when we came up to the window she kept cussing for who knows why. Horrible customer service. If I could rate this negative I would. Never ever coming back. I'll just go to McDonald's next time.

If I could give it negative stars I would! This Burger King is a mess! Don't come here! Twice in a row I have waited over 15 minutes on the drive through, the staff is rude and inept, and they act as if they don't care. While I was waiting in line (3/31/21 9:10 pm, got here 8:45), I saw angry customers with mixed up orders having to come inside from the drive through. Be warned, avoid this place!

Legit the worst Burger King I've ever been at! They forgot two items that we ordered! We only realized once home. Not usually an issue if it happens once but this has happened over 10 f*ing times. How hard is it to fill a f*ing order correctly. Do your job it's not hard! I'm going to contact corporate!

I was looking for a quick bite to eat but as we entered the drive thru, Burger King had different plans. It seems that there were issues with the drive thru equipment. I couldn't quite hear all that was being asked and said. After the 10 minute wait and 10 counting being served the food and waiting behind the people in front of me, it seems the issues lay in the management there. There were only two people in the whole store! I don't blame the people at the window at all for being severely understaffed. I think management here need to check themselves or see themselves out of business.

Terrible, terrible service. To begin with, some staff was setting on counter with their friends on the other side. One girl was discussing why she married her husband (who was there on the customer side of the counter) and then she remembered. She married him because he had a large sex organ, although that was not the word she used. Additionally, we had to wait 30-35 minutes for 2 orders of chicken nuggets, 3 cheese sticks, 2 burgers and one shake. Received no condiments as in BBQ sauce for the nuggets or marinara for the cheese sticks. However, we were charged for 1 BBQ sauce, which we shouldn't have been charged for to begin with because the nuggets come with sauce. The service at this store has been going down hill for awhile but now has hit rock bottom and we will not be back.

Hi, I'm very disappointed in this Burger King store due to the fact that tonight I ordered and purchased a 20-piece regular nuggets and a medium soft drink. What did I receive? One 10-piece spicy nuggets and no straw for my drink. I had to wait in drive-thru for roughly 12 minutes. I was also told that my order was not being displayed on their monitors even though I payed for it. A few weeks ago, I ordered a chocolate Oreo shake and received a vanilla Oreo shake, also a long waiting period. Terrible service. Very disappointing store.

This spot is usually not to bad of a place to go. Today, it was 6:35 when I went. He said I was not open yet then copped an attitude when I waited for him to open. I won't be going there anymore. Dropped off in service.

My friends and I ordered delivery from this location, and had to wait three and a half hours. We of course tried to call and they responded rudely with "that's not our problem, you need to call the driver". Horrible customer service from the manager. When the food finally arrived it was cold, and incorrect. The driver was very nice and helpful.

They honestly don't have the best service but what really makes me angry is that online it tells us that they are open until midnight but they are always closed hours before that. Just a little disappointing.

Burger King's are Burger King's. Everybody knows what they are and what they have for chow. This BK however really lacks in customer service. I have had multiple times where the employees are either distracted by their own personal conversations or just rude. Last Sunday I stopped at drive through and waited 15 minutes behind the speaker because they were only taking one order at a time and finishing it at the window before taking the next order. Just horrible. If in the area looking for quick burgers go to B-Bops.

Eating lunch at BK and it was fast and they had two registers open so it made it go faster. You know what your getting at BK but they were friendly and eager to help. Food was hot and good.
