Great smashed burger with that nice crispy edge! Lots of other variety options available. Everything was tasty and well presented. Staff were also great, helpful and welcoming.

The grilled fish burger was pretty good and served piping hot. Could use a little more seasoning, so next time I’ll get more dressing. Side salad with avocado was excellent – one of the best I’ve ever had at a burger place.

This is such a chill place. I came in was welcomed by Paola, she was personable, kind and honest. I ordered a Turkey Burger with Avocado and Bacon, Paola recommended the fries and I ordered a Lavender Drink. I enjoy the burger so well, compliments to the cheefff because WOOOWWW, eat the friends warm! I would definitely be back! 🥰

There was two dogs eating and drinking water on the floor and even jumped on the table where people eat. Manager said nothing so I won't be eating there again. Also the chicken club barley had chicken in it. Hamburger was overcooked and made it dry.

One the best burger places I've ever gone to, and I don't usually est hamburgers or fries. Great customer service and better quality of beef patty and fries. I love that the drinks were flavorful and of good variety. Customer service is key for me and was greeted with warm smiles and courteous responses. Sonia was friendly and attentive, I like that kind of service, it is not taught, it is one's professionalism that is outstanding, in my opinion. She is a great asset to the facility and deserves praise for her hospitality.

Came to LA for a business trip and just wanted to eat a burger in a random place. I believe I took the best decision possible. Guys, your burgers are 10/10

Update 9/27/22 it's still my favorite burgers, especially medium rare pink is perfect! They consistently give the most generous amount of lettuce in the protein style version. I love this place and come here every week. They have had the lamb burger on special for July and August and it's amazing, my favorite. When I order protein style with no bun they know how to give plenty Q lettuce unlike most other protein style burgers I've ordered elsewhere. They're happy hour from Monday through Thursday 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. is half price on everything amazing deal. I love the husky with lamb substitute, grilled onions. It's not greasy either.

Amazing place! The food is yummy and they even have amazing vegetarian options! But the best part was the staff. The kind courier noticed we didn’t eat the burger because we accidentally ordered it with blue cheese and offered us a new one for free even thought it was our mistake. Definitely will visit here again

I ordered on the phone and picked it up I only had to wait about 15 minutes till it was ready. The burger was so good! I got the impossible burger with a gluten free bun and vegan cheese. This was one of the best vegan burgers I had I'll definitely be coming back! I also got fries but I ate in the car so i forgot to take the picture lol but they were good also just plain and no salt or seasoning so if you want something on them get the salt and pepper packets and get dipping sauce! Definitely recommend this place! This place feels like a fast food restaurant inside it's very chill and laid back but with quality type food you get at a restaurant!

I didn't catch his name but I think he was a manager, he gave excellent service he was fast and made me smile! Also the food always taste fresh which is the main reason I go!

Wow super Yelp special when you check in you get $2 off!! Came in to get my happy hour 1/2 off grilled chicken sandwich. Manager and staff was super friendly. It's clean here and quiet ambiance. It's right across from the AMC theatres in case you feel like a burger.

Wow. I just finished my lunch and had to come on here to brag about how amazing it was. I'm a vegetarian and always looking for a good veggie burger. I don't do Impossible or Beyond Meat because I don't like meat flavors and genuinely enjoy a creative veggie patty. I was Yelping around to find a good local veggie burger and landed on this. They also have a meat substitute if that's your jam. Honestly, I'm not sure what they DON'T have. Their menu is pretty loaded. I ordered the Ancient Grain burger with vegan cheese, no 1000 island and added mustard. I added jalapeños, too, and they didn't skimp. WOW. What a delish burger. I wouldn't change a thing and I'm about to call them bc I want to know what vegan cheese they use because it was melty and some of the best I've had. Ordered on the app for pickup and used the restroom. Clean, spacious, with inside and outside seating. Great lunch spot or casual dinner spot. Would 10/10 order again.

Ok ok so I went with the lettuce wrap. It was my first time ordering this and did not expect it to be mighty small. While the portion size made my eyebrow raise the patty itself had some flavor! Would I order the same meal?! Probably not as I left the establishment feeling unfulfilled.

The Hache cheese queso burger (grass fed beef -that is better quality/ is much appreciated) is the best burger ever with the fresh avocado!! Thanks to the grill chef's making them. ! I had it as a double (with some arugula) and I made it into two meals. With a large fry. Healthier here too cause they use rice oil for the french fries (no canola or soy oil is another reason I go here). This burger place is the best healthy burger chain in CA or in the United States. Wish there was one in St. Pete. FL where my extended family is Thank you so much also for having can sugar sodas and not corn syrup ketchup. I'm going back soon, before this burgee isn't a limited time offer. I've had a bison burger years back here. As limited time burger special yum:) and that was amazing too!! Great team here and thank you for being here for us in Santa Monica!! Your food brightened my day when life has been tough lately. Even someone said to me recently.... 'you need a burger'. We saw the huge poster advertising the truffle Swiss burger and had to try it. This burger was piled high. The bun was a bit dry, but the crispy edge and very flavorful patty made up for it. Arugula, truffle and swiss make an excellent combo. It costs $12.95. Kids lounge meal was a bit small but kids always like the ice cream treat that comes with it. Come on Tuesdays and you can get a kids meal deal! Friendly service.

Could have been good but their turkey burger is completely stuffed with basil cooked inside the patty. Overpowering.

As I expected, the burgers here were pretty good. I got the cheeseburger with onions and french fries, which also tasted pretty good. The service was decent enough and it didn't take too long. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

Truffle mushroom burger was a bit too greasy , but the kids liked their choices , bison burgers

These are prime burgers at prime prices. The burgers are very good. I would say that it an elevated experience. The price reflects the product so it is fair. The service is also very good. The food came in quickly and the burgers were cooked adequately. I had the Crispy Queso burger with the onion rings. My wife had the Classic. The place was very good. Clean. Comfortable chairs. Friendly service. I think my main concern here is that the drinks were off. The lavender mint lemonade was watery and did not taste like it had lemon. Overall a good experience

Best burger I've had in a while , and come to find out the cook is named Nico as well. I asked for a medium rare and he perfected my truffle burger with the gluten free bun. 100 percent I'm going back and it has to be Nico on that grill.

Frequent visitors here. Always amazing and top quality grass fed burgers. Service is wonderful. Lauren is absolutely amazing. Such a hard worker and professional, I see her handling things very well, she goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. We enjoy seeing her here she makes the place more joyful because the service she offers is genuine. Very impressed with her and happy to come here. 10 stars!

Nice variety of burgers. The salad was good. Everyone who ordered the dairy free milk shake was pleased. I did not particularly care for the cod fish sandwich (breaded)

2 stars for the grilled cod fish sandiwch. $14 for a small sandwich that left me still hungry. Serves me right for getting fish at a burger place. McDonald's File-O'-Fish tastes better, and Jack in the Box cod sandwich when they had it for a limited time a few years back.

Efficient service, prompt, and respectful. Not "fast food". Would recommend to anybody needing a good burger.

This location is pretty cool. Right outside of the farmers market. They are my favorite fast food burger. The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly.

The Daily Greens Salad is really good and healthy, it's probably my favorite thing I've had here. I love coming here to eat after going to the AMC movie theater across the street. I just came out of the Beyoncé Renaissance tour movie, which didn't drag on like the Taylor Swift Eras tour movie. Now I really want to see Taylor Swift again in concert, since Beyoncé's tour is over. I didn't really appreciate the massive amount of work that is involved in going to one of the mega concerts (I've seen both TS and Beyoncé; the most recent tours) until I saw Beyoncé's tour movie. Also this Burger Lounge is really clean and nice inside, and feels like a refuge in grimy downtown Santa Monica.

How I've walked past this place for so many years and never walked in blows my mind. They make the perfect fresh burger imo. I love a good gourmet burger, but sometimes I just want a ton of lettuce, fresh tomato, and high quality meat. HiHo down the street is just meat and messy slaw on top and the Window in Venice just has meat cheese and pickles. Loved every bite. The Lounge burger hit the spot perfectly, huge portion, juicy AF... and I'm keto right now and their lettuce wrap was NEXT LEVEL. I was expecting a little piece of lettuce like in and out but it was like a quarter of ice burg lettuce head. Will be back soon!

We couldn't decide what we wanted to eat and needed a place that would seat 20 of us together. So we called around to the locations that were near and asked if they could accommodate a party of 20 with kids included. This was of one out of two places that didn't have a long wait time. They told us they would be able to put some tables together and we could all sit together. The other option at the other restaurant was to place a few tables close together, they didn't have room to place us all together. We ended up showing up within 3 minutes and the tables were ready for us. There wasn't anyone seated inside so that was great. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. It was a bit hectic with the kids but the staff were really patient. Food came out in a reasonable time and prices were a little bit more than what some of the parents wanted to pay. The food was pretty good so the price was worth it. We would come back the next time we are in the area. I really appreciated the staff at this location!

The service was amazing, that's why i gave 2 stars solely on that, but i ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, and it wasn't good at all. It tasted slightly undercook, and had no flavor super bland. I also think its weird how they charge for a side of bbq sauce. I can understand charging for extra but not for the first one.

First timer here straight to the point this spot is missing it's FLAVOR here !!! I immediately had to get my drinks replaced with water as there soda machines carbonation was off. The cashier never offered to replace my purchased drinks or refund drink money. Crispy Chicken Meal Organic American cheese, ketchup, mustard , pickles , onions. The chicken was truly fresh juicy I couldn't wait to take a bite but when I did "There was no flavor to the chicken or the breading not so ever. Huge disappointment. The coleslaw made the buns a lil more soagy than liked. The Lounge Burger organic cheddar,lettuce, tomatoes. Pickles bl 1000 grilled onions. I liked everything about this burger but there was just no taste , flavor to my burger at all. A tad disappointed as I'm exploring organic grass fed extra extra "Bottom Line for the price im also searching for flavor" The fries were similar to in n out but minus the salt loved them ! The onion rings were awesome seasoned & battered. Parking is tight we got lucky and got a spot in front which is paid parking. Outdoor dinning available. Sanitizer available indoors just not outdoors

An okay burger for a rather high price, you order, get a number, place it on your table and get served by really chill staff members, that's about it, nothing special really

Unfortunately we have to remove this eatery from our local lists do to hidden costs and over seasoning. We ordered a ahi burger w/pickle, tomato, and lettuce on a dry bun and were charged more than the posted price. We omitted everything else so having these items should have been an easy substitute. The manager charged us extra anyway even though it was not a posted anywhere that substitutions not allowed. The ahi was so salty. We have been eating here since they opened with enjoyment but will not return as attitude matters, as well. If you eat mediocrity and do not mind staying in the margins, enjoy!

The inside, specifically the kitchen smells like poo. Probably a sewer leak or something but the fries kind of taste like the smell. At the moment they have a B health rating. Just thought that should be mentioned. It is all delivery service or online ordering. The food is not prepared very well, no care. They just throw it in the bag. I like the idea and the company, but the smell in the kitchen and the overall management needs to get better. Right now it's like an overpriced carls Jr. Burger lounges in other locations I'm sure are better, this one has a lot of room for improvements.

Just ordered $50 worth of burgers to go for my family and for some reason we were given whole wheat buns? They're sweet and completely change the taste of the burger. When I called to point out the mistake I was told they had changed to a different bun and that was the standard bun now but all recent photos show a regular bun and just ate here two weeks ago and did not receive this nasty wheat bun. Wouldn't have been a big deal if they acknowledged the mistake. Really sucks because I love their burgers, but I'll never come back.

Goodish food but for $70 for 3-person, red meat meal, do ya think you can offer a red wine that isn't cold from the deli case and served in a chilled pint glass?

Great food and quality! A little on the pricier side (given the ambiance is very generic) restaurant pricing for not restaurant setting. I ordered the chili hatch burger and it was amazing! The beef was very delicious and not overly fatty and greasy. The fries are soooo good and it seems like all the condiments are made in house bc they are sooo good! I love burger lounge!

This is not your typical fast food burger joint. They're quick serve but quality. They have a simple menu with both gluten-free and vegan options. They have great vegan milkshakes. However, what really makes this place special is the staff. They are incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. I'm glad to have this as an easy option when I want a snack or convenient meal.

Used to drive all the way to Shake Shack, but Burger Lounge gives you more bang for your buck. You spend about the same for a burger and fries, but this is a good size burger. I came here last weekend for the first time and I am in love! Cute, clean and well lit with natural lighting. There is also an outside patio. The workers are so friendly and the food comes out in a decent amount of time. Everything here is delicious and healthier since their beef is grass fed, organic, and cage free. I had a veggie burger which was so flavorful and made perfect. They also use good cheese which is always a plus. Soda options are healthier with less sugar content. Their fries and onion rings are to die for. No complaints here! My sister and I were full for a good chunk of the day after eating here. Definitely my new go-to if I am craving a burger! The veggie burger option is definitely healthier than a shroom burger filled with a whole bunch of cheese. Will definitely be back.

I ordered the quinoa burger meal, which came with my yummy burger, fries, and a drink. There are a few side options such as onion rings and side salad with an option to swap out. The drinks options were great. From non-alcoholic ginger beer to lavender mint lemonade. I went with the lavender mint lemonade. It was so refreshing! I was pleasantly surprised that the staff came by our table for free refills. Although this is a burger joint, it's a high end burger joint with quality ingredients. You order at the counter, but your burger is delivered to you on a nice ceramic plate. Those small details definitely elevated my experience. I will definitely be back! I love that there are multiple locations too.

Nope, not eating here ever again. The ground beef in the burger had a funky flavor as if they mixed sausage in with it. The bottom bun was soggy and gross and only served to completely ruin the burger. The fries were super disappointing. I did like the Pono sauce though. And $20 for a burger and fries, when it's not even good, is just an added insult.

Really disappointed. This is the first time I went to this location. I always go to the one on Washington Blvd and they're so kind and alwayssss grill jalapeños on the side. I came to this location and they told me no twice . Just decided to leave. Not great customer service. Won't be back here. I guess I'll stick to the other location. Sadly there's not consistency.

This might be the best burger joint in town. It's great! The beef is well cooked yet juicy. The veggies also are fresh and crisp. When having guests from overseas wanting a burger, this is where I take them.

Loved the food here. Their vegan patty is really good and the kid's meal comes with a nice treat. Kids enjoyed eating here! I am not local, but I will go back to his place next time I visit!

All I can say is their burgers was super good! A co-worker suggested I try this place and was not disappointed, the burger was flavorful and fresh! It was perfect! Not to mention their cooking response and delivery was unbelievably fast! Will try their other burgers soon!

I love Burger Lounge and I especially love this location. My husband and toddler and I often come to the farmers market on Saturdays at the third street promenade and this is just such an easy place I grab a hearty lunch. We almost always eat here whenever we are on the promenade. I usually get the paleo burger and my husband gets the husky. We always leave full and satisfied without breaking the bank. I also like that they don't overprice the kids meals like some places in Santa Monica do. for $7 my daughter gets a large grilled cheese, fries, ice cream and a drink. It's perfect. Customer service is always excellent! Everyone here is so kind and we have never been treated poorly. Someone comes by to check if we need refills or condiments. They bring your food out to the table so it's almost like table service at a fast food place? It's always clean. Parking is easy. If you're in the mood for a burger, and you're on the promenade, check them out.

I've been going here a long time and the cod burger is my fave. It's not cheap and I get it in a lettuce wrap. Well tonight this is what they gave me. A very small cod burger. Looks like someone took a bite out of it. Very dissatisfied. Pic attached

Wow!! My boyfriend had took me to this place for our anniversary lunch omg !! It was SO DELICIOUS. Everything is natural and very good for your intake. No need to feel bad. Lol im definitely coming back for seconds, thirds, & fourths.... Thank you for this deliciousness meal Burger Lounge!!!

I got super excited when I saw the veggie burger option and the paleo Burger option. I try not to eat carbs and occasionally eat meat here and there, so seeing it was great! Anyway, I ordered the paleo Burger with a side of salad. It was actually really good! The salad dressing wasnt overpowering the salad, and the choice of vegetables in the salad were great. As for the burger, it came on top of a grilled zuchinni, I liked that. The burger was just right, and slightly crispy, and not dry..it was good! Although, It was a bit salty for my pallette. Next time I would order no salt on my burger. I really enjoyed the customer service. The employees came and checked on us with a smile more than once. Thank you! I am definitely coming back.

Amazing burger and fries! The sodas are reduced in chemicals. Best root beer I've ever had. The staff is nice and very attentive. It was a real treat!

This is by far the best burger joint I've found in the entire LA area. Every ingredient here is organic, cage-free, grass fed, and vegan awesomeness. They even have an amazing blend of in-house brewed teas, and root beer floats! More than what you'd expect. I usually go for the turkey burger & I cannot recommend it enough; if you try it once you will make your way back here time and time again. It is that good, seriously. Juicy & tender and cooked to perfection; without a very long wait time to boot! The fries are also seasoned to perfection; they are a tad on the salty side but lack nothing when it comes to flavor. Prices are reasonable; bathrooms are well-stocked & clean; no code or key required to access from the dining room. Also; indoor & outdoor seating (both with table service) are available. I cannot say it enough; come here!!

We arrived in Santa Monica around 8pm on a Thursday night. After checking in at our hotel, we wanted a close place to grab a meal and bring back to the hotel to eat. The clerk at the hotel recommended the Burger Lounge a couple blocks away. We arrived there about 10 minutes before closing. It was obvious that they had cleaned up and we're ready to close, not expecting last minute patrons. I completely understand that and apologized for our late timing. We ordered two burgers, French fries and onion rings, a milkshake and a root beer float to carryout. They were very kind and made us feel welcomed. We walked back to our hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our food. The burgers were very good and the onion rings were better than most fast food places offer. We would recommend Burger Lounge to anyone wanting to grab a good burger.

Okay, these are the best burgers in ALL OF CALIFORNIA but this is my opinion and the fries and onion rings rock. I was excited to see my Hometown burger joint moved to Campbell which is not far from where I live. I usually have one visit every other week with friends who have not had the experience of eating true comfort food. The service is second to none. Excellent, friendly and efficient makes the experience even better. Jared the manager recognized me from my visits from the San Diego location and greeted me with the upmost kindness. They have this delicious lavender lemonade that I love. The food is super fresh, natural and organic. It is one block from the mall and very affordable food. They give you a free refill on your drink to go... May I suggest to avoid dining hours and lunchtime, this location is really popular and there is not a lot of parking. Other then that I highly recommend this place.
