Burger Masters

Burger and fries were tasty. I'll be back! Located in the middle office building between 3 larger office buildings. If you park off Classen you have to go downstairs but Western has a bigger parking lot and ground level entrance.

Best burgers, and fresh cut fries! Atmosphere is in a business building so it’s not like an actual restaurant type but there are places to sit

Burger and fries are among the best in town. Fries hand cut and generous portions. Burger was awesome with very fresh veggies and bun. There are no outside signs but it’s easy to find and well worth the trip.

Mushroom Swiss burger was tasty. Fries are amazing! Definitely worth a try!

Order the managers special with onion rings! Great baked potatoes as well. Owner brought out our food and checked in on us. Great service. Go down the stairs to get to the restaurant!

I’ve had the burger and fries several times there and it’s awesome. Really good and the staff/manager are friendly and courteous.

This place use to be good but since they changed cooks, this place is dangerous and extremely nasty. The breakfast isn't cooked thoroughly. The breakfast potatoes are always hard and not fully cooked. The Burgers are raw in the middle not fully cooked. even the frozen corn dogs that the microwaved and then deep fried are still cold in the middle. at first I thought maybe this was just an oversight but my co workers started complaining about the same thing. The lady and the helper she has back there on the grill are not meeting the safety requirements to properly serve food. They have little to no experience and or they just don't care about the job. I mean who brings kids to the kitchen to watch TV while you are working? that is dangerous for the kid to be back there. either way I'll never eat there again. My coworkers after several tries have also said they will not eat at this place ever again, the prices are too high and there are way too many restaurants within a mile of here for a lot cheaper. Word travels fast so business at Burger Masters has declined tremendously. I'm not sure what can be done to improve the situation other than firing those who are currently working there and bringing in real cooks and cleaning crew. the place is dilapidated from lack of care and resources. if you cannot function properly then close down and let someone else use that space to bring in quality food. I work in the Building. Trust me the place is Horrible.

I have been eating at Burger Masters since they first opened. I have had nothing but excellent food. (The double cheese burger is my favorite along with the brisket quesadilla). The employees always make me feel special. They call me by name and they know how I like my food prepared. They interact with the customers making it a very enjoyable place to come. If you need a good burger joint, this is your place.

I love the food. Always great, each and every time. It's convenient for those of us who work in the building and know they are there.

We were looking for a good burger after golf. This is actually inside of the Classen Center business building, which threw me off at first when trying to find it. It's definitely a "dive" type place....my favorites. There is plenty of seating out in the lobby area with a TV etc. The service was great. They were very friendly and helpful. The burgers and hand cut fries were great! We also ordered onion rings which were good, but just normal frozen rings. It's only open until 2:30, which makes sense once we realized it's in the business building. The burgers were great so we will definitely come back sometime!

Tried Burger Masters for the first time today. It was hard to find and had to look at other reviews to see it was in a office building. Was even hard to find once I got into the building (downstairs). I came in after the lunch rush and ordered their special for Monday, Bacon cheeseburger, $8.99 and somehow ended up paying $11.50 (should of asked why the difference, but didn't) I noticed there were already 2 burgers on the flattop already cooked, just sitting their?? They cooked the tots fresh, but I know I got one of the burgers already cooked because they were closing in 45 minutes. It was not freshly cooked and you could tell. I would like to give another chance?? but the discrepancies were very odd, like they were taking advantage of me?? This was a lunch room for the office building, so not a true restaurant.

Ok, this is definitely a hole in the wall, but don't let that or the dated setting scare you off. Located in the "food court" of a seemingly empty office tower off Classen and NW 21st, it was a little confusing to locate. But once I wandered in a little past the lobby, I bumped right into it. The 1/4lb cheeseburger and tots I got were both cooked perfectly. The tots were crisp and hot. The burger was fresh and had that classic greasy spoon diner taste to it that the fancy burger places can't replicate. Along with a ridiculously sweet Coke, it was all under ten bucks. And well worth it!

Love this Walk On's location. We come to this location often and the food and service are always excellent. Monday night, tonight is kids night. Kids eat free and there is face painting. So much fun for my 5 year old. And we love watching the games on all the tvs. Shealey was our waitress tonight and she did an excellent job! Very attentive and pleasant.

It was hard to find. Didn't know it was in an office building. You have to ask or just smell around to find the place. Burger was not seasoned, when I got to the car, I smelled poop. I was confused and ate the fries which were good. It looked like a frozen patty. They have us a coupon for $1 off but we won't be using it. Not many options that fit the name of burger master. More like burger associate.

I've been eating at restaurants owned by Jim for 20 years. This one is best. Old school burger--meat and veggies were very fresh. Fries hand cut and piled high. Easy atmosphere--get there and check it out before the crowds all find out. This one is destined to be a local favorite.

2 stars for great customer service. Fries soggy, told them no cheese on the double onion burger so they messed up and tried to remove it . That didnt go over well for someone who cant eat cheese. Chicken Fried Steak sandwhich Ill stick with Del Rancho

What a great place to grab lunch! We have been there several times and everything is delicious. The best thing though is the service! They go over the top to satisfy the customer. A great place to eat lunch.

Super special today! Enjoyed the salmon sandwich and chips. Perfectly prepared, presented and served!

If you want a good old fashioned type fried hamburger this is the place to go. Friendly service, hamburger excellent, fries good when served hot. Would definitely keep going back.
