I love this place so much I wish there were more locations , I drive from Love Field area every other Saturday just to sit in my car and enjoy a delicious bacon cheeseburger and onion rings , the burger is always so hot , fresh. PLEASE BUILD MORE LOCATIONS !!!! LOVE YOU BURGER STREET !!!!

If you want a good ol fashion hamburger, I highly recommend this restaurant. This is the way burgers are supposed to be. I definitely am a regular customer now. The food was fresh and hot. Examples of good ol fashion hamburgers include this Single Deluxe from Burger Street with no cheese, BK Whopper no cheese e.t.c

My food is always hot and fresh without even asking. The staff is always nice and they never rush you. The food is awesome, you can add or take away anything. The frozen lemonade is wonderful.

Google
First time here. Area is sketchy as heck, but this burger and fries were SO GOOD! I got the #1. And the girl taking my order was so friendly and sweet! Will be back !

Google
Can’t believe this place isn’t more popular… the burger and curly fries are fantastic!

Google
The food was pretty good. It was a massive burger and tasty! The curly fries and onion rings were super good too. The guys working there were super nice and friendly. It was a bit of a wait but probably because they didn't anticipate a line of cars at the time we went.

Google
Service was good . I actually has delivered but….. the food was horrible, I don’t know it’s it was a bad batch but the meat tasted dated and spoiled. Not recommending to anyone, try at your own risk!

Google
Burger was bomb but fries, waaaayyy too much grease. I could not eat them

Yelp
Well this place is amazing . The burger was really good and juicy not hard and salty . I really enjoyed the fries and the onion rings . 8.7/10 . It was quick and I enjoyed every bit of it.

Yelp
The best fast food burgers in North Dallas. Service is prompt and ready to get you anything you want. French fries are really good, also. Quaint little restaurant near the Addison airport.

Yelp
Always a reliable old school burger. Maybe a bit too big for me nowadays. The hot Turkey is also a good option.

Yelp
I was looking for a new burger spot. And tbh their burger is good . Tater tots were crunchy, but their ranch ... i just wish it was homestyle or buttermilk something different. But other than that the burger just needed more cheese to my liking ... maybe next time ill try the chili cheese burger

Yelp
I sent my boys to get food, first of all the food is not worth the receipt paper. The prices are ridiculous they messed up my order. When I walked back over the return the wrong food, the young man said that he couldn't give me the correct food and that he wasn't going to get fired for me. Know I will never go back there, ever if my boys are starving.

Yelp
Pros : it's yum and they give you free sauce. Frozen lemonade is good. Cons : they stuff everything into one bag so it'll get cold Bc u can't close it ... expensive

Yelp
Saw the review for this place online & thought I'd want to try it. Pulling up to it, I was skeptical. It looks like your typical hole in the wall type of joint. Limited menu, but all the necessities are covered (burger options, chicken sandwich, drinks, pie, etc) This place has become a staple for me and I've introduced many to it. Overall a GREAT small burger shop to support.

Yelp
I was very impressed with just how tasty burger street was. Double cheeseburger was huge & I wish I would of gone with a single but don't let that change your mind on ordering a delicious double. Curly fries are amazing, cherry limeade is super cherry. All around 5 stars. Very clean inside but not much room for a crowd. Customer service is superb. Will be back!

Yelp
Amazing food and lovely customer service. Every time I enter I get something different. That's normally not what I do. I'm a big creature of habit. However, the various things I have tried have been great. If you haven't tried, you most certainly should

Yelp
This place used to be so good and such friendly staff. The people that work here. Especially one particular girl. Have seen her 2 times. Decided to give them another chance. The most hateful rude staff working I have ever encountered. When you ask for the manager she acts like she's her. They don't talk. They don't smile. It's like it is an inconvenience to be there. The drive through is 30 minutes long. By the time I got my food it was all freezing cold. I will Never go back here again. Manager needs to look at the reviews. They should be happy with all these restaurants closing that they are lucky enough to even have business. There are so many places to go that are happy to receive our service and need us during this time. One last I happen to look into the kitchen area and it disgusted me. Also needs a health inspection.

Yelp
This was my 1st time trying burger street and I must say its worth the money. I had the double cheeseburger and it was well seasoned and well cooked. I had chili cheese fries but the chili was bland and there was wayyy too much chili. The fries were soggy. I didn't finish them at all. The cherry limeade was great. Overall I would try again but no chili !

Donna D.

Yelp
Slow but excellent service from first greeting to goodbye. They have never messed up on my orders and the price+quality+menu variety is always well worth the time it takes for their great food!

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic burgers and curly fries. Large burger patties and everything was super fresh. And the fried apple pies are wonderful. Two burger/fries/drink combos, upsized, with two apple pies for under $26. We are now dedicated regular customers.

Yelp
I've been living next door for 10 yrs now and though the burgers have been a bit pricey their quality was consistant for near half that. I even went to far as to give a few employees a minimal Christmas $$ gift for a number of years up till about 4 (maybe 5) yrs back. I have had my share of illness over the last couple of years (particularly stomach/intestinal) and thus require bland burger w/o any condiments or vegs even cheese I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran and in good standing with the Lord (whom I serve diligently) a member of same church ove10 yrs now and I must tell you I rarely have had the poor quality and mistreatment by the manager today but I explained that I had been quite ill lately (over last 4-5 months) and the grease just won't do thus I asked to not put the bun through the bun greaser machine and actually requested my buns be toast on a non-greasy grill/ to please cook it well (but not burnt) please smush the burger w/ spatula (for grease) and if possible put them on a few napkins before wrapping it up. I took it home and upon taking it out of the stiro holder placing on my plate the bun was totally soaked with grease as well as the burgers. oh this was the remainer of the original double burger 2/3rds lb w/o cheese and like I said nothing on it the price was $7.03 I brought the plate w/ burger over to the mngr and took the napkins they had alloted I placed the bun in between the 4 or 5 napkins on both top and bottom and besides having grease saturate the paper it oozed out of the bun and the bun was flat before I ever touched it. at this point (realizing I am not to trust the food there nor my becoming ill, I simply asked for refund and as she places in my hand. tells me to never ever come back..... LIKE I WOULD ANYWAY... WHAT DO I REALLY SEEM THAT STUPID TO YOU FOLK.. BUT SERIOUSLY FOLK - BUYER B E W A R E ! Amen

Yelp
The Hispanic ladies who worked today were very rude. It was 8pm and said they were closed. I hate to assume they were being racist. But I can not think of any other reason.

David D.

Yelp
Double double is the deal!! Don't mind waiting for a tasty burger! Tator tots and coke!

Robert W.

Yelp
Good drive thru burger joint. Similar to Whataburger or In and Out. Takes a little longer, but overall the wait is justified by the quality of the food which produced. However, due to the price being somewhat high in my opinion, I can only give 4 stars. I would rank it behind Whataburger, but Burger Street is a solid alternative.

Yelp
I love Burger Street, it's my favorite fast food hamburger ever. The burgers are fresh and juicy, but it's the toppings that make it taste home made. Nice fresh tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and red onion it's just how I like my burgers. The curly fries barely make it all the way home, I have to get a larger size so I don't eat them all in the car. They also have cherry limeade, another awesome treat. I'm surprised that this place isn't everywhere. They may a little bit more expensive than a standard fast food burger and you have a wait a bit while they cook it fresh, but they are the best around.

Yelp
When I was in high school I worked at the Plano location. It was my first real job, and I LOVED IT!!! I spent over 5 years with this company, but I'm far enough removed from it (20 years) to judge it now. I still love the taste of their burgers. The hickory seasoning they use just makes the burger. It's so damn good..so damn good..so damn good..YUMMY!! (Sorry the record skipped...) The difference though from the old days are apparent. The sesame seed buns are gone, and I really miss them:-(The patty's have gotten bigger though, so I guess that trade off is OK. They use to use red leaf lettuce, now it's all shredded lettuce, which I've never been a fan of. But the pickles are still the yummy, zippy pickles they've always had...so again I can handle the trade off. No one else uses the Mayo, Mustard and Ketchup all together as their sauces; it definitely gives it a great flavor when mixed with that hickory salt. I always eat the Double Double, it's huge and it's so full of juiciness that I'm good for the rest of the day. They've started in recent years cooking more to order. I applaud that, because we always worried about the patties drying out in my time. Fresher is always better!!! I will always have a soft spot in my heart for Burger street; it paid my rent, my car payment and most importantly...it paid my stomach!!!!
