Burger Supreme Drive-Inn

My fiance and I came here for lunch today. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. My fiance thinks they have the best burgers in town and prefers them over anywhere else. They had a full house while we were there and they still got our food out quickly and they were kind and respectful. The burgers are huge and packed full of flavor!

One of the best bacon cheeseburgers I've ever had. The meat was crispy, the bacon was thick, and the veggies were fresh. The onion rings and fries were also really good. It is cash or check only. Also, don't judge it by its cover. Look past the worn down building, the drive-in spots that no longer work, and the vacant appearance.

Was sceptical because some reviews talk about thin or overdone patties. The service was super friendly and excellent. I was told by server the patties are kinda thin so I ordered a double cheeseburger. Don't let thin patties fool you. This burger prob weighed half pound and was delicious. I opted for homemade onion rings and they were good. As far as price, the burger was 6.50 but that's a double patty with double cheese. Try getting the same at competitors. Definitely eating here again. Keep in mind this place is cash or check only, so don't plan on using card.

1st visit. No frills inside or out but the food & service are great! We had Jr burgers which were very big with onion rings & fried pickle sides. Delicious 😋 😋

Hamburgers are not frozen beef patties. Hand formed fresh ground beef patties. Great hamburgers here. I wish they served fried "battered" mushrooms. It would be a great added side. And tater tots also. The chocolate shake was very good also.

I had heard for a long time by several people that Burger Supreme had the best burgers in town and that I was missing out if I never tried one so today I ordered a Cheeseburger and I'm here to tell you it was awful! The meat was paper thin and crusty..the mayonnaise tasted like salad dressing to sweet, I personally was not impressed and will not waste my money there again..

Stopped for a burger on our way to Arkansas. Service was quick and accurate - bacon burger and fries exceeded expectations. Great food and ambiance Be advised - cash only, which. Sort of even made it taste better - ha!

We can't wait to go back on our next road trip. My husband said he ordering 2 orders of onion rings. They were so so good.

Server None Ambiance It's a retrofit place kinda like sonic. But, different. It's a diner in cash only place. Food Much better than sonic or their rivals. Everything seems to be made fresh to order. Her burger and fresh made in house onion rings were the best she's had in a long time. The chili burger was pretty good. The fries were.... fries. No frills nothing spectacular. Overall The people here are very nice and cordial. Nice change from the hurry up and give us your money that's common place now. The key take away. Everything seemed to be made fresh. Fast service when you call it in. Burgers are big and tasty! Onion rings are the best in town! It's definitely a greasy spoon atmosphere.

A locally owned spot mostly known for the burgers and onion rings. You know the burgers you'd get at a ball field or rodeo grounds that has the thin patty with griddle char and flavor on a well toasted bun? That's what the burgers from here are like. The onion rings are thick and seem to be hand breaded. Or fooling me with a great product cooked to perfection. Other things are on the menu but I've never ordered them. There's been no reason to venture further. This place is located in an old drive-in, nothing flashy or fancy. It seems maybe only a couple stalls still operate. Walk in, order at the counter from the menu posted on the counter, then eat in or take out. Service is quick with your order cooked right then, all within view of the open kitchen so it's clearly going to be hot and fresh.

This is a great little place. We were traveling and stopped for a bite. Bot only was the food quite reasonable, it was delicious. The steak sandwiches were the best we've had in a while and my chocolate shake was excellent. These ladies do a great job. We'll be back the next time we pass through!

This was a little further off the highway than we thought, but easy to find. The double-patty burgers were big and juicy and the crinkle fries and hand battered onion rings were hot and crispy. All in all very good especially for the price. Not much atmosphere but clean and the service was quick and friendly.

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. I've driven from Fayetteville, AR to Dallas countless times over the last 5 years and never knew this place existed. This will now be my go-to lunch spot when making this drive. These are also some of the most amazing onion rings ever -- homemade. Fries could have been a bit saltier. 10/10 recommend!

Food is great but it's 2023, consider taking cards for payment. Not everyone keeps cash on them and there's been several times we've opted out of going here simply because it's not worth the trip to the ATM.

Very good burgers, onion rings, and fried pickles. Stopped traveling through OK and left my purse but these honest ladies kept it safe for me for a few days until traveled back through. Highly recommend stopping at this local restaurant.

I have driven through here a million times over the last 25 years and never knew this existed. Shame. Fabulous burgers and incredible malts. It's not a drive in anymore (really) since the speakers are broken. Just pull in and park in your spot, then go inside and order away. You can eat inside too. My burger was perfect. Just perfect!!! And I hadn't had a cherry malt in forever - this one made the wait worthwhile.

Very good cheeseburger, the onion rings were excellent! Service was pleasant and quick. We didn't care for the chocolate malt, it was more like old-fashioned ice milk than ice cream. Would definitely stop here again!

Really great burger! Fresh, flavorful and huge! Fries were good but could have used a bit more salt. Quick and friendly service too. It was a bit confusing how to order since it's a drive in but the speakers didn't seem to be working. We just went in and ordered. The place looks old and clearly hasn't had an update in a long time but the delicious burger was worth the stop.

Greasy spoon dinner at its finest. If your looking for some comfort cuisine then this is your place. Definitely not a corporate burger joint but a good ol ' fashioned one. Food seems to stay consistent but the staff and condition of the building is always changing and not always for the better.

Never had a bad burger here. It's not a five star burger by any means but it does taste better than the others in this town. Fairly priced and great service.

This business has been here a long time and the food has always been the best in town to us. There are different types of best in towns for all of us but this business has the best owners staff and food thank you very much.

Traveling to Dallas for vacation - saw the reviews on Yelp.... Kudos to Yelp - this place was excellent. We wish we could give it 6 stars. I haven't had a burger that great in a long long time. The fries, tots, and onion rings were really really good - best onion rings I've had.... Highly recommend this place - it's an old fashion burger joint... Well worth the stop!

Just traveling through town. Looked up reviews for burgers. This was a Very good burger. Meat was flavorful without being too salty. Vegetables were fresh. And we really like the toasted buns. Burger was big size and the price was cheap for this quality. Tater tots good, Onion rings were nicely cooked with a sweet batter. The building is a very old drive-in. Once parked in spot You must call in your order from the car and give them your spot#. Service was quick and friendly.

Stopped in for a carry-out order at lunchtime on a Monday. The place was hopping! Service staff was all over it. They were working hard and as I waited in line to pay for my order, all customers seemed well-served. Burgers are 1/4 pound or 1/2 pound (double). And they are greasy and tasty! Onion rings are homemade. Tater tots and French fries are frozen and both were average at best. The restaurant does not take credit or debit cards, but they take checks. You can order from the counter and carry out or sit at an inside table. Or you can order from the drive-in. Fairly quick service. They also have chicken, chili pie, salad and several other things on the menu, but we didn't order any of those.

I'm basically a burger connoisseur. There's not a pickier person when it comes to a burger and I expect not only flavor, not only a BIG burger, but it has to be cooked perfectly. The fat content of the meat is critical, the seasoning, even the bun choice and preparation. The vegetables must be perfect. Just the right crunch on the lettuce, the tomatoes must be ripe within a 6 hour window. 30 minutes too early, no good. 30 minutes too old, no good. This place nails their burgers on every point. They're massive to boot. And cheap. For the same money as you'd spend at McDonald's on anything but a basic burger and for less than Braum's across the street you can taste the best burger AND actually get full. Some might consider it a dive. I'll be honest, the floors look dirty. The walls and ceiling are a mess of holes and dents. Stuff is stacked everywhere and the tables rock. But that's how I like my burger joint. I want all the attention on my burger and customer service. Seriously though, at first glance it may seem filthy and run down but you won't find a better burger anywhere in the US (except off my personal grill) and the people are absolutely wonderful.

So this place is a dive for sure! If you eat inside, the floor hasn't seen a good scrubbing in a while, but there's a "Ms. PAC-MAN"!! My burger (the Supreme) was excellent, just a great burger! The crinkle fries were fine, the onion rings fine, and my son's bacon cheeseburger was okay (per a kid). The prices are very reasonable, but there are refill charges...so watch for that! All in all a good non-chain place to stop and eat in this small town!

Just OK. For a place that specializes in burgers, they need to up their game. I'm the Roy Rogers of ice cream, but I finally met an ice cream I didn't like.

Passing through town and stopped by for burgers. So glad we did! Our cheeseburgers were very good - super flavorful! The onion rings were the perfect addition real onion slices battered and fried - so good!

Not impressed. My husband thought burger was ok, I did not. Meat was tasteless Would choose someplace else to eat next time we drive through Mcalester.

Large burgers. Good fries. I don't think they've renovated this place in 30+ years, but it adds to the charm! The burger was good. It's not the best I've ever had, but it's definitely worth coming back for. You park and order over the intercom and they bring the food out to your car. Definitely a better place to stop than your typical fast food burgers!

The best old fashioned greasy spoon type cheeseburgers I've found in a long time. Our waitress was helpful and friendly, service was fast. Great place to stop for a quick burger or for takeout.

Hands down the best burgers in McAlester. Only issue is the wait. It's not fast food by any means. Be prepared to wait, and pay for it, but well worth the time and money!

If your in the mood for a really good, greasy burger...and be honest, sometimes you are, this is a good place to get it. They used to have the BEST onion rings but their coating and crispiness have dropped off the last couple of years. Don't expect a fine dining experience...it is what it is, a small town diner with a hot griddle firing up good cheeseburgers.

If you are looking for a burger that isn't just another clone. One that has taste and personality and no two are really the same. This is the place for you! Along with a full menu of other treats such as steak fingers, chili fries, shakes, and the list goes on and on. A family of 4 can have dinner there and all get totally full with out breaking the old wallet ! First off, I going off the food and the friendliness of the people who run it I would give it 5 stars! The only issue there is that they do not take credit cards which prevents me from getting my delicious burger fix! Top of the line burgers here if you have cash on hand!
